Most of the learned youth in this country consider Politics to be "a refugefor the scoundrels" and this derogatory remark may be true if we look at thedeceptive and degenerated type of politicians indulging in a dirty thesepolitical parties are votaries of democracy,but the way they conduct themselvesinside their own parties is nothing but senseless efore a very few studentschoose to pursue Politics as a profession,but what they dont realize is that ifwe dont take a stand the system can never be ,I want to study Politics so I cancome back to my country and contribute what little I can do for my homeland andits I can inspire even a single person,it would be worth world today is growingare now not only to think of our own nation but as and when we think of it,wehave to keep the international perception in mind;consequently,I chose Politicswith International Relations as one of my courses.

Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies,economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its globalposition. The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to mychildhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modernentrepreneurs. Mymother was also involved in business as an accountant, helping him with simplecalculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I, also, would somedaybe able to enter the realm of business.

With the time of growing up, I preferred reading books to satisfy mycuriosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered.Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and myknowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasingrapidly.

As a high school student in China, I had to concentrate on the CollegeEntrance Examination (CEE), even so, books not related to the exams were neverexcluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June, 20__, Iwas so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I enrolled in thedepartment of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional ChineseMedicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be afailure at the beginning of my college life. After several terms, I realizedthat I would never be interested in being a programmer or an engineer. At thatmoment, I lost my direction and objectives.

My persistence in reading saved me from the dark situation. As a matter offact, I enjoyed reading the books included Encyclopedia American, and some booksabout management by Peter F.Drucker. I began to notice something interesting:Why some companies can produce more than others? Why some company can sell morethan others? Why some companies can build up but others cannot when facing thesame difficulties?

With the questions in my mind, I started to read many relevant books. I waslucky to read the book “Jack: Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch, in Which JohnA. Byrne makes a clear illustration that the management is important for acompany. When I was a junior, I ran a bookshop by myself near my school. Ishould manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shopeven made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the runthe shop. From this, my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business hasbeen greatly developed, definitely I was increasingly interested in what I wasdoing. By December, 20__, I had finally determined to take business managementas my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge, I strived togain more practical work experience in some big companies.

Fortunately, as a senior, I began by conducting an internship in theArchitecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months, I worked as anassistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship between the differentdepartments in this company and to draft some management system, which broadenedmy perspective of management conditions and business performance in differentindustries. The experience showed me that management is much more important thanthat of I thought in big companies. After graduation, I continued my work inthis company. In May, 20__, the company offered me an opportunity to participatein an training program held by a famous management school. Through in-depthdiscussions with teachers and students in the classes, they all encouraged me topursue my future career in management field because of my intellectual abilityand the brand new ideas I mentioned.

During the short period of training, I realized that pursuing a higherdegree in management is a wise choice for me now. I don’t know what kindof chocolate life will give me, but I believe I can achieve my target if I workhard with my unwavering belief and persevering efforts like Forrest Gump. As astudent of Mechanical Engineering, I have just finished my undergraduate studysince July. Next what I have to face is to choose the new chocolate which I haveyearned for all long. With four-year study of M.E. in China, I would like toscale higher intellectual heights by undertaking advanced studies in __University, as I believe its rich learning environment and free academicatmosphere will open my eyes to new realities and influence me to confront thesituation back home.

My strong interest in research was born during the undergraduate years at_University. Upon entering the university in 20__, I began to embark on myjourney of industrious study in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Myexceptionally solid foundation in mathematics and physics provided me with astepping stone with which I proceeded onto the exploration of othersophisticated and erudite subjects. My performance in all the specialty-relatedcoursework not only enabled me to secure good GPA ranking me about top 17 in mygrade among 169 students but also furnished me with a powerful instrumentwhereby to materialize my dreams in the research. I constantly congratulated myluck to obtain a lot of scholarships and awards, due to my academic achievement,from the university, especially the scholarship of “_University – AmericanUnited Technological Corporation”, awarded only for the best students who areboth good at academic and social capacity. Not contented with doing a good jobin mere coursework, I endeavored to keep abreast with the latest theories andtechnologies by reading extensively technical literature in recent journals andattending the lecture some famous professors made. During my undergraduatecareer, I have grasped every chance to do some researching work. I used toparticipate in at least six projects including the intern work in the factory,mechanical designs and graduate design.

Especially during the period from September to November of 20__, I readmany books and journals in the field of mechanical engineering such as “Handbookof Practical Gear Design” (Written by __). In these books, I did intensivereading on the theory of the speed reducer. I investigated and discussed with myteacher on how to apply the theory into the practice. Then according to myteacher’s advice, I tried to organize a team consisting of five members to makea harmonic gear reducer. As a team leader, I should not only take charge of thewhole arrangement of project but also make every member of the team cooperatewith each other harmoniously. Before starting the program, I, together with myteam, made a detailed plan covering the schedule, materials, and equipment. Thefirst step of our work is the design of the reducer. The design plan is asfollows: (1) Set down the blue print. (2) Complete 3-D solid model with Pro/Esoftware. (3) Finite-element analysis with ANSYS software. (4) Assemblingsimulation by using Pro/E. (5) Complete the 2-D draft of part and assembly.After two-week design work, we stepped to the next work, manufacture of theproduct. With the aid of the technique of computer, we plan the manufacturingprocess of every part. And then, all parts were made with various machine toolssuch as C lathe, wire electrical discharge machine, vertical machining center,and so on. Finally, we had toassembly all parts to the harmonic gear reducer,and test-drove it for many times. With five-week unremitting efforts, wesucceeded in the project of harmonic gear reducer and obtained the highestpraise. This special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and practice. Textbooks couldhardly cover everything, therefore, if we want to learn more, we should pursueevery opportunity to have practices. Meanwhile, I experienced the importance andmightiness of cooperation. In the project, we divided ourselves into severalparts, not only doing one’s own work well, but also cooperating with each otherharmoniously.

Another case worthy mentioning is my design project for graduation,“Manufacturing and Performance of Electroplated CBN Tools”. The main objectiveof this project is the manufacturing of the electroplated CBN (Cubic BoronNitride) wheels and the research of its performance when grinding theheat-resisted steel. I had completed three steps of task. Firstly, I took chargeof the manufacturing of electroplated CBN wheels, covering the following work:selecting electroplating solution, computing various electroplating parameterssuch as electrical current and temperature, adhering CBN to the tool base byelectroplating a nickel layer. After these basic preparations, I had to do thesecond part of the research work to compare grinding abilities of electroplatedCBN wheels with those of other wheels such as SiC wheels, Al2O3 wheels etc. Thispart of the work needs the researcher’s highly particularity and staidness. Idid the detailed work as follows: (1) Grind heat-resisted steel with variouswheels in the same grinding conditions. (2) Record data and compute the grindingratio of various wheels. (3) Measure the surface roughness of the heat-resistedsteel ground by various wheels. (4) Observe dulling and pullout of abrasivegrains of various wheels by using optical microscope. In this part, we canconclude that electroplated wheels have far better grinding abilities than otherwheels, by comparing parameters, such as grinding ratio, surface roughness etc.The final assignment of the project is to find out the most suitable parametersof grinding heat-resisted steel with electroplated CBN wheels, through comparingthe grinding ratio and surface roughness of heat-resisted steel ground indifferent grinding parameters. By investigating the attributes of electroplatedCBN wheels and concluding their practical grinding parameters, this project isvery important in promoting the application of them.

China’s unique advantage of labor force predicts the resplendent future ofits Mechanical Engineering, especially the manufacture, and it is our beliefthat this day will come soon. On the other hand, there are so many experiencedtechnicians in China, however, with the absence of advanced experts manyadvanced producing method cannot be used in practical yield. When I worked asintern in some factories, I found that most of them were still using facilitieswhich were used in America about thirty years ago. Therefore I want to use theadvanced knowledge earned in United States, combined with my acquaintance withChina, to improve the present situation and apply best the advanced scientifictechnology to practical social wealth as soon as possible. I hope to become asuccessful researcher in Mechanical Engineering, the arduous but exhilarativefield. The significant progress achieved in M.E, with the extraordinary culturaland intellectual sources in your university, has attracted me greatly. 1. 参观和考察学校

预约参观考察学校(首先进入学校的,先注册,然后通过邮件在网上预约参观学校的时间,一般学校都需要你提前预约,也可以自己接打电话预约)。收到回信按预约时间访问学校,会有招生办的老师带领参观校园然后帮助你了解相关学校信息。

2. 网上提交申请材料

确定学校后就可以在提交申请材料,学校的通常都会有完善的申请流程,按照提示和要求来就好。学校收到递交材料后如果有不完善的地方仍然会通过邮件形式与家长沟通,所以记得时常看看邮箱以及垃圾邮件箱。

3. 等待面试通知

从申请到收到面试通知这个过程会比较漫长,至少一个月,两个月也完全有可能。

因为,泰国人办事速度较慢,申请的学生越来越多,而招生办通常就是两三个负责人,她们每天有接待不完的访问者以及上百封邮件要回复。

所以如果怠慢你是非常正常的,建议勤发邮件沟通以防被疏漏。准备的这期间可以好好帮助孩子准备面试。低龄儿童面试对英文的要求不高,能简单的交流。

但是一年级以后的需要有一定的基础,面试包括听说读甚至写,比想象中要难。所以一定要有英文基础。(但各个学校都存在不同程度的差异,所以看你选择的是哪个学校)

4. 面试结果

参加学校面试后,不会立马有结果,通常等上一个月两个月都很正常。所以建议你至少提前半年开始办理申请。泰国开学时间一般都在八月份,一个学年分四个学期,平均两个月为一学期。

如果面试成功学校会学校会通知你按时缴费(建校费和学费,学费可以按一学年交也可以按一学期交)学校收到款项会给你邮寄收费单据和签证所需的推荐材料(单据和签证材料都得保存好,这个后续去大使馆办签证要用到)。

In this age of information, traditional education, both in its ideology andmethodology, has met unprecedented challenge like many other aspects of humanexistence. Meanwhile, the pursuit for higher levels of educational developmentand of the quality of life has largely transformed the educational valueorientation of the general public. The educational model that is centered aroundthe cognitive and intellectual instruction has been seriously questioned.Greater attention has been devoted to the cultivation of well-developedpersonality and to the ontological status of the individual in education. Suchissues as the internal studies of education science, scientific decision-makingin education, and meta-education have also been increasingly emphasized upon.There have also been innovations in educational research methodology. Thetendency has been to combine modern technology with humanistic researchcategories and with naturalistic research categories, and to organicallyintegrate qualitative descriptions with quantitative descriptions. It is alsoimportant to carry out educational experimentations in which educationalpredictions are complemented by educational feedbacks. Both the complexity ofeducation and the complexity of human individuals have made the comprehensiveapplication of diverse educational approaches necessary. Those new horizons arewhat fascinate me.

In view of the following qualifications that I have acquired, I believethat I will acquit myself satisfactorily in the prospective Ph.D. program ineducation that I am currently endeavoring to apply for. First and foremost, asis often claimed, ones interest is ones best director. I believe that I willdo well what I am really interested in doing. Secondly, though I majored ineconomics as an undergraduate, my trainings during that stage helped developeffective modes of thinking and research approaches. "All I know about leadership I learned from . . ." What items could a person use to describe leadership qualities?

Inspired by the student council advisors at my high school.

Student council was a big part of my life in high school. I have participated in it since my frst year of high school. When I frst joined, I was quiet, na?ve, and unwilling to participate in many activities. I was scared to meet new people and afraid to apply myself. This all began to change. Half way through my frst year in student council, one of the advisors can up to me and asked why I did not participate that much. I did not have an answer for her and did not know how to respond. After this, I began to think of an answer. I became frustrated and decided to change. I started to show up at events and had a great time. I realized I loved this and wanted to start leading these activities. In my sophomore, junior, and now my senior year of high school, I asserted myself and took on a strong leadership role in student council. I did not fgure out the answer to why I was so reserved until this year with the help of this question.

When I looked up leadership in the dictionary, it said that it was the capacity to lead and the act or instance of leading. These are two very broad defnitions of leadership. Many people have different notions of what this word actually means. When I was challenged to use different items to describe what leadership actually is, I thought this was going to be a hard and obnoxious task. What could I learn from comparing leadership to a stuffed animal or a rubber chicken? But when I sat down to come up with a couple of answers, I realized that leadership could be compared to almost anything a person wants.

All I know about leadership I learned from a calculator. A calculator can add everything together to come up with the best answer. It can delet e what is unnecessary and only include what is important. It can solve any type of problem. These are all important equalities a leader has to have. A leader has to be able to add all of the ideas together to make the best possible plan. Leaders have to know how to decipher the good and the bad out of an idea. They have to be versatile and know how to deal with different types of issues.

All I know about leadership I learned from a ball. A ball is able to bounce back up after it is dropped. It is round and has no creases. A ball can be thrown back and forth to different people. All of these qualities are also leadership qualities. A leader has to be ready for every situation that is thrown at him or her. He or she has to be able to bounce back from any setbacks and never dwell on the past. Leaders have to exhibit many qualities and never be closed-minded about a situation. A leader must be able to delegate when he or she cannot get the work done. They have to trust everyone they lead to be able to "catch the ball" and keep a project rolling.

This activity made me realize that being a leader is so much more than just having authority and having the ability to take control of a situation. A leader has to be trusting of all the people he or she leads and, leaders must be able to combine ideas into one encompassing idea. They cannot sit in the background and watch events happen; they have to jump in and be involved. They should not delegate all their responsibilities away.

Leadership is more than what the dictionary says it is.

I learned through all of this that I have many of these qualities.

I have the ability to solve problems, lead through adversity, and be versatile. From answering this question, I realized that I could lead effectively, even if my leadership style is different from other individuals. When I joined student council in my frst year of high school, I did not have these qualities because I was never put into a situation where I had to lead. I was too reserved to try. When I tried, I learned that I could succeed in this. I did not realize until I answered this question about leadership. I was never able to see that being a leader is not just about taking control of a group and telling everyone what to do When I was a freshman, I thought leadership was this. I did not know that did not have to be forceful and strict. I stereotyped a leader then. Thisis where I went wrong. A leader is about being yourself and never letting anyone change you. I thought I had to change to be a good leaderOnly when I expanded my comfort zone did I realize this was not trueIt only took three years and a silly question/game to fgure this out.

为乙方提供加拿大学校申请和留学签证的相关政策咨询,指导乙方及时正确地准备有关文件材料和缴付学校申请费用和学费,并在乙方提交所需相关申请材料后向加拿大移民部递交,并根据乙方的具体情况为乙方设计申请方案与组织申请材料。

在乙方的签证申请成功后,协助其联系学校安排住宿,接机等。

阶段性向乙方报告申请进展情况,如申请中出现任何特别的情况,甲方要及时通知乙方,并协助乙方解决有关问题。

为乙方提供的所有材料进行保密(除了向需要办理公证评估等机构提供所需文件的情况)。

本合同效力及履行中,如因甲方过错造成损失,甲方方向乙方赔偿的损失仅以乙方所支付的服务费为上限。

三、 乙方责任

乙方需要在全程办理过程中,按甲方的指导下按要求在提供的限期前提供所需要的文件资料及补充资料以配合甲方的申请。

乙方需在甲方的指导下,及时安排体检。

七、不可抗力:

因不可抗力不能履行合同的,根据不可抗力的影响,部分或者全部免除责任,但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的,不能免除责任。(本合同所称不可抗力,是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况,如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱、移民政策变更等)。

因不可抗力不能履行合同的,当事人一方有义务立即通知对方,说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质、预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响,并应当自不可抗力发生之日起 10 日内提供来自主管部门或者中立第三方的证明;

对不可抗力所造成的影响,双方应及时商议解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方,应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失,否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

乙方已充分认识该项目存在包括但不限于商业风险、项目方的违约风险、道德风险、该等风险由乙方自行承担。

八、如协议双方在执行过程中产生争议,应进行友好协商解决,如协商后仍未能解决争议,可交由广州仲裁委员会仲裁或广州法院裁决。

到乙方委托其收取任何费用,款项的授权,如甲方擅自支付任何款项给办事处或其任何人员,则由

此引发的风险概由甲方承担,与乙方无关。

二、乙方义务

第五条 提供服务

1、乙方承诺向甲方提供Au Pair的基本信息、协助甲方完成申请材料及材料审核/提供相关培训

和咨询辅导服务;甲方赴美参加Au Pair项目的待遇以赴美国国务院章程中关于互惠生待遇的相

关条款为准。

2、乙方应当向甲方介绍前往美国交流家庭的详细情况并安排面试。

3、乙方应当告知甲方申请Au Pair的收费项目,收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条 申请Au Pair

1、乙方协助和指导甲方准备申请的相关材料。

2、乙方代为甲方办理Au Pair申请手续,必要的培训辅导并安排面试。

3、乙方为甲方办理缴纳报名费及相关费用的手续。

4、乙方应当及时向甲方报告申请的进度和结果。

第七条 办理签证

1、乙方指导甲方签证申请准备,协助甲方办理签证或入境批准文件。

2、乙方收到甲方前往美国要求准备的全部申请签证材料后,向领事馆递交签证申请材料。如领事

馆在递交签证申请材料,送签时间有特别要求的,应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的,乙方可协助

安排预约时间等。

3、乙方不保证签证一定成功,甲方需要足够了解美国签证的风险性。

第八条 其他

乙方对甲方提供的所有材料。均负有保密义务。

三、甲方义务

第九条 甲方按照约定向乙方支付相关费用;甲方应积极配合乙方按照Au Pair的要求学习英文,达到Au

Pair项目的英文要求。并积极学习驾驶,掌握所需的驾驶技术,确保在签订合同之日起两个月内,

达到Au Pair项目的基本要求(即包括配合乙方的材料操作培训,按照双方协商制定的申请进度

表完成相关材料,报名去学驾驶技能,驾照不要求在两个月内必须拿到但是需在签订合同的当日

起两个月内去争取在最短的时间内拿到驾照),否则将视为甲方自动放弃Au Pair项目的申请计划,

乙方扣除甲方所缴费用人民币________元,剩下余款退还给甲方。

第十条 甲方积极配合乙方准备相关的申请材料,确保在签订合同之日起两个月内,按双方协商制定的申

请计划,把申请Au Pair项目所需的材料安置交与乙方,否则视为甲方自动放弃Au Pair项目申

请计划,乙方扣除甲方所缴纳人民币_________元,剩下余款退还给甲方。

第十一条 甲方保证其向乙方送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效、完整的。提供不

实材料骗取出境证件的后果自负,乙方保留追究其法律责任的权利。

第十二条 在申请办理过程中,如Au Pair项目的申请政策、签证以及Au Pair机构的申请要求发生变化,

甲方应根据新的要求,及时提交补充材料。

第十三条 在申请办理过程中如领事馆要求甲方进行面试,甲方应按要求如期赴美国驻华领事馆参加签证面

谈。

第十四条 甲方同意,参加此次文化交流活动期间所有相关照片,乙方可以作为公司相关业务广告宣传需要

使用。

四 违约责任

第十五条 乙方和甲方应履行合同中的全部条款,违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十六条 甲方未能在约定时间的三个月内完成与美国家庭的配对,甲方有权利解除合 同,但应及时通知

乙方:如在约定的三个月内完全没有家庭联系甲方进行面试,甲方要求解除合同,乙方扣除人民

币陆仟元后,余款退回给甲方;如在约定三个月内有家庭联系甲方进行面试,甲方要求解除合同。

乙方扣除人民币壹万元后,余款退回给甲方。

第十七条 甲方因向乙方提供虚假的文件材料产生的后果和责任由甲方承担,乙方将不予退还甲方任何费用,

乙方将保留追究甲方的相关法律责任的权利。

第十八条 甲方在获得Au Pair资格评审合格通知及通过家庭配对后并递交签证申请之后,如甲方美国签证

被拒签,甲方要求退出Au Pair项目的申请,则乙方扣除人民币陆仟元后剩余服务费退还给甲方,

合同自动解除。如甲方同意再次申请签证,则甲方和乙方继续履行本合同的约定,甲方自行承担

再次申请签证所需的签证申请费以及赴美国领事馆签证差旅费用。

第十九条 甲方必须按合同要求完成Au Pair计划:甲方到达美国后因违反互惠机构规定或美国有关法律被

开除:甲方客观原因提前退出项目;甲方完成项目后没有按时回国或非法滞留在美国,乙方将根

据相关法律追究甲方的责任;如发生上述任何一种情况,乙方有权追究甲方相关责任,此外,如

甲方发生上述任何一种情况被中途回国的回程机票由甲方自行承担。

第二十条 甲方因自身原因,要求解除合同,按以下办法处理:

1、甲方获得Au Pair评审合格确认通知并签订合同后,未开始与美国家庭配对之前,要求解除

合同,乙方在扣除甲方所交的项目服务费中的人民币伍仟元,将余款退给甲方。

2、乙方已经向美国Au Pair机构递交材料,并开始与美国家庭配对。在未满3个月的配对期间

内,如甲方要求解除合同,乙方在扣除甲方所交项目服务费中的人民币壹万元,将余款退给甲方。

3、甲方和美国家庭配对成功,甲方要求解除合同,甲方已缴项目服务费用共计人民币壹万元不退。

4、甲方已获得美国签证后要求解除合同的,乙方有权收取项目服务费用人民币______元,所缴任

何款项不予退还。

5、本合同中所指退还的款项,只包含本金,不包括利息。

五、不可抗力条款

第二十一条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的,根据不可抗力的印象,双方均可部分或者全部免除责任,但法律另

有规定除的外。当事人延迟履行后发生不可抗力的,不能免除责任。本合同所称不可抗力,是指

不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况,如重大自然灾害,瘟疫,战争。骚乱,众所周知的

移民政策和美国关于Au Pair的政策变化等。

第二十二条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的,应当立即通知对方,说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性

质。预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响,并应当自不可抗力发生之日起10个工作日内提

第二十三条 对不可抗力造成的影响,双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方,

应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失,否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

六、适用的法律及争议解决办法

第二十四条 本合同的履行,解释及争议均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

第二十五条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议,应先由双方协商解决。如协商不成,提交合同签订地法院诉讼解

决。

七、合同的补充、更改、修改

第二十六条 对本合同的更改、补充、修改应采用书面合同形式。补充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等的法

律效力。

八、生效及其他条款

第二十七条 本合同里甲方或者其代理人、乙方、乙方法定代表人签署,自签字、盖章之日起生效。

第二十八条 本合同正本一式二份,具有同等的法律效力,甲方执一份与乙方执一份。复印件无效。

第二十九条 本合同虽由乙方起草,但在签订之前已经双方逐条讨论,双方均已明确订本合同的法律后果并自愿

签订本合同,没有受到任何的胁迫,强迫或误导。

第三十条 双方确认,本合同开头部分所列地址为向其送达为执行本合同或诉讼而发出的通知或文件的地址,

对方或法院只需提供其已以挂号信或邮政特快专递将有关通知或文件交付邮局的凭证,即应视为有

关通知或文件已于交付之日起五天内送达对方,该方不得否认。

◇制定本次出国留学计划的背景

近年来国际上多酸化学的相关研究进展极快,无论从设计思想、研究领域还是在研究手段方面的创新性都迅速提高。我们多酸化学研究所也是一样,近年来成果倍出,得到学校的高度重视,通过二期211工程给予了大力支持,并已得到教育部批准建设教育部重点实验室,成为国际上多酸化学研究中心之一。作为多酸化学研究所的博士生导师,为了更好地与国际先进水平接轨,本人非常希望能够得到国家留学基金的资助,到美国的多酸化学研究中心进行合作研究,以迅速提升我们的科学研究水平。

◇本次出国留学目的

本次出国留学拟去美国Emory大学化学系进行访问学习和合作研究。具体研究方向为多酸绿色催化剂的研究。多酸的一个重要应用领域是作酸碱和氧化还原双功能催化剂。因为许多多酸化合物具有可以调制的酸碱性和可逆的氧化还原性,参加催化反应后可以再生利用。美国Emory大学化学系Hill教授的科研组与多家国际研究机构和企业合作,开展了多酸化合物催化降解木质素漂白纸浆的研究,他们采取氧气/空气法再生多酸催化剂,开拓了取代造纸工业中传统的氯漂工艺的前景。近年来我组也进行了多酸催化剂催化氧化降解木质素的研究,采用的是电化学再生法。虽然已于20xx年末申报了“多金属氧酸盐电化学漂白化学纸浆和纤维的技术”中国专利,但是其推广应用受到技术条件的限制。本次出国留学是希望能有机会与Hill教授学习和合作,进一步研究多酸催化剂的催化和再生机理,共同推进多酸催化剂应用于绿色催化氧化的研究。

◇实施本次出国留学计划所需的时间、方法

时间:≤12个月

具体时间安排:20xx年9月~20xx年9月。

在美国Emory大学化学系Hill教授的研究室做有关多酸催化剂的合成、多酸催化剂绿色催化氧化还原机理和改进多酸催化剂的再生技术研究实验和进行相关的理论学习。

◇申请本次出国留学的意义

近年来我组也进行了多酸催化剂催化氧化降解木质素的研究,并申报了中国专利。如果能有机会去美国Hill教授的科研组进行合作研究,一定能使已有成果得到深化,对研究水平加以提升,共同推进多酸催化剂应用于绿色催化氧化的研究。并开拓与Hill教授的合作。

◇选择拟进入的学校或研究机构的名称及选择的原因

Hill教授研究组在无机催化和纳米材料及相关领域的研究成绩卓著,特别是在多金属氧酸盐化学研究领域独树一帜,在化学评论(Chemical Reviews)1998年第1期的多金属氧酸盐专刊中Hill教授曾作为特邀编辑。他也是诺贝尔化学奖的提名人。尤其是在将多酸催化剂应用于绿色催化氧化和木质素降解的研究中取得重要成果,在著名的Nature期刊相继发表相关论文(1999年、20xx年),处于国际领先地位。本人带着研究过程中存在的尚未解决的问题有目的的进行学习,有充分信心在较短的时间里完成留学计划,达到本次出国留学目的。

◇学成回国后继续开展工作(学习)的计划

学习回国后将继续开展多酸催化剂绿色催化氧化的研究工作,争取将研究成果尽早应用于全无氯漂白工艺和工业废水治理,使之由实验室研究成果转化为社会效益和经济效益。
