这两个多月里，我大部分时间是在一个办公室里办公，办公室里有很多英语组的老师，平时一起讨论教学，试卷以及讲课进度。每次我有什么疑问的时候，他们都很热情的告诉我。如果我对一些答案提出质疑，他们也会认真思考，一起讨论，从不会觉得我们水平不够，不予理睬。在办公室里，我真的感觉我就是他们英语组的一份子，我们是合作多年的同事，而不是新来的实习老师。期中考试结束后的那个晚自习，所有英语组老师都要留下来批改卷子，他们十几个人一起去吃饭时还不忘叫上我们实习生。当时我不在校内，办公室里一个老师还催促我的同伴给我打电话，边吃时还不忘问：小伊怎么还没来，快点叫她来。后来我到了那儿，她还叮嘱我一定要吃饱了再走，不着急改卷子。我真的觉得无比的感动，无比的温暖。英语组就像一个大家庭，什么事情都是统一战线，什么事情都是大家一起行动，什么事情都会考虑到所有的组员。这种氛围正是我所殷殷期盼的，希望我在以后的工作中间，也可以遇到这样好的一个大集体。

实习要结束了，英语组的老师们都说很舍不得我们，我们走了以后办公室都会不热闹了。我心里也特别舍不得这样的一个大家庭，真希望能这样相互扶持照顾一直走下去。不过天下没有不散的宴席，我只好带着我对他们的感谢，带着他们给我的感动，继续向前行。未来教学路上，我期望能遇到如此的一群同伴，与他们一起携手一直一直地走下去。

从20xx年6月底到7月底，我在xx小学实习，在实习期间，先后任三年级、四年级两个年级的英语老师。

由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。

以下是对于我这个月的教学情况和调查报告：

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。

最初到学校的时候，我对学校学生的基本情况和基础都不了解，也没有注意到学生这个角色在我的教学活动中的重要性。我一开始只是研究书本和教材，不断的翻阅资料，想方设法让课堂生动，而忽略了教学的内容和学生的联系，也没有注意去了解学生的水平。在讲授第一堂课的时候，我碰了钉子。我按照自己的学习计划，跟着教案，上了一堂自认为生动又容易接受的英语课。我在讲台上很卖力的说着事先准备好的教学内容，慢慢地发现学生从最初的满眼的期待渐渐失去了学习的兴趣，最后能认真听课的人越来越少。

课后，我认真听了同学们的反应，作了认真的思考才知道，学生们的基础没有我想象中的好，而我讲的口语大部分同学都听不懂，学生最开始听课，是冲着新老师那股新鲜感来的，由于对英语的掌握不够，听不懂了之后就干脆不听了。可见，我上课之前没有了解学生的真实情况，让我的教学工作走了歪路。仔细想想，一方面，农村的学生，英语听说能力相对较弱。尽管他们这几届的学生都是从小学三四年级就开始学英语，但是由于小学甚至初中的学校里教育设施从硬件上和软件上都没有一个相对较高的水平，硬件没有好的学习条件，没有语音室，没有多媒体设施，而软件上没有很好的英语老师，他们的英语学习只强调了一个考试的时候有好的分数，几乎完全忽略了听英语的能力和说英语的能力，因此，授课的时候采用全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，我上课的班级比较活跃，上课的气氛一开始很积极，但是事实上学习成绩中等生占多数，尖子生相对较少，也就是说中下层面比较广。把知识讲得不够详细就没有照顾到整体的水平。我备课的时候完全没有注意到这一点，因此才会出现教学的效果不理想。

由此，我得出的结论是，了解和分析学生的实习情况，事实求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课的效果有直接的影响。在教育学中，“备教法的同时要备学生”，这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

在教学活动中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。实习的时候，有一个老师跟我说，“上课之前一定要备好课，备课备不好，还不如不上课，否则就上白费心机浪费时间。”我明白了备课的重要性之后，就花了很多的时间在备课上面，认认真真钻研教材和教案，不到满意的程度就不收工，后来的事实证明我是正确的一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

例如，我在给学生上到Unit3的时候，这课的主题是“Looking good and feeling good ”，即“外表和健康”。我体会到这是一个学生比较感兴趣的话题，但是教学难度比较大，如果照本宣科的讲课，就浪费了一个好题材，学生提不起兴趣，当然就不能很好的理解这一单元的重点。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我到网上和别的地方找了很多与这个单元有关的知识，比如说有：有的人为了变漂亮而减肥整容的新闻消息;怎么样靠穿衣服和改变气质来改变外表的方法;还有关于运动对于人的身体的作用等等。在这个单元的warm-up的环节，我计划用这些找的资料来引入这个单元的主题，然后再进入正题。事实证明我的想法是合适的，我的备课是成功的。在进入单元的重点之前，我给学生们讲述的这些信息和资料和故事，让他们对于整个单元后面的学习非常的感兴趣，连平时候上课都不积极的几个男生也认真听了起来，对于我所用到的英语词汇和表达，有不懂的都积极的提了出来。这样的上课效果是对我认真备课的最好的回报。

由此可见，要上好一堂课，备课是非常关键和重要的，特别是对于英语这样一门学生们不甚熟悉的科目来说，充足的准备一堂课，会让学生学习起来更轻松，也会让教师教学变得不那么复杂。

备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好，但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力。学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学，上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心。要做到让学生整堂课45分钟都投入到课堂上是很讲究方法的。对于上课要让学生投入到学习中来，我的理解是，上课内容丰富，现实，教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。对此，我的做法就是，每天都要有保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然欢快的气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。现在回看自己的授课，因为年纪上比学校里原来的英语老师要小，相反的和学生们的年龄相近，我在讲台上精神充足的上课确实能吸引学生的眼球，所以只要我有充足的准备，能够把上课的内容掌握恰当，在让学生投入到课堂这一点上，做得还是很不错的。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿意学成绩就自然不能提高。为此，我采取了一些方法。首先，我帮助班上的同学改英文名，让学生叫我的英文名字而不是单纯而老土的称呼“ Miss Tang ”;然后，我在上课的时候尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，事实上，我在大学里所学的英美国家概况和美国文化等课程给了我很大的帮助;最后甚至帮部分同学交上了“penfriend in America ” 这样的一些方法确实能让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。只有兴趣上来了，他们才回积极主动的去学习，这样才能让成绩和能力有所提高。学生主动去学，比填鸭式的教学更让老师事半功倍。

因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在七班，我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平; 第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

为此，我在了解了这样的情况之后制定了具体的计划和目标：对于基础和成绩好的学生，我不放弃对他们的鼓励，对于他们的进步我不断的表扬并鼓励他们去学习新东西;而对于基础很差的同学，我常常单独的找他们聊天，适当的引导，告诉他们学习是一个缓慢的过程，不能因为一时的成绩而放弃了以后的学习，对于他们取得的小点的进步，我也会给予极大的鼓励;对于那些有一点基础，但是学习态度松散的同学，我给他们单独布置任务，监督他们完成，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应该有的水平。

一个月的实习完了，在整个过程中，我学到了不少的知识，懂得了很多课本上没有的技能，但是在整个月的表现中，也有很多的不足和还值得去认真学习的地方，希望在未来的日子里，得到有经验的老师们的指导，我也会通过自己的努力，不断的改进自己，获得好的学习经验和取得好的学习成绩。

首先，我请班主任给我一份名单，因为我知道，记不住学生的名字，看似小事，其实它在学生眼中是很重要的，如果记不住学生的名字，学生就会觉得自己在老师心中没有地位。觉得老师不关心自己，甚至会产生隔阂。而后我便找了个机会认识了全班同学，下课后同学们都围着我唧唧喳喳地说：“老师，你怎么才来就知道我们的名字呀?好多老师教了我们一年都没记住我们的名字。”这也使我明白了：沟通是一种重要的技巧和能力，时时都要巧妙运用。认识一个人，首先要记住对方的名字。了解一个人，则需要深入的交流。而这些，都要自己主动去做。

下课后，孩子们经过我时，都亲切地喊一声：“李老师好!”，我也带着按捺不住的羞涩和欢喜应着，同时我也发现了快乐竟如此简单，只因被一群天真的孩子们认可并充满亲切地问候一句。

在我从事教育教学活动时，我第一次深入课堂时，我就遇到了许多学校里没学过、没想过的难题，即自认才出众的我绘声绘色地讲完一节课后，我问学生：“你们听完课，印象最深的是什么?”学生面面相觑，茫然无语。学生何以如此呢?在我看来主要是由于学生没有学习的兴趣。

初为人师，总是有些紧张。我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多准备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。“同学们，现在开始上课。”我机械得重复了在台下不知念了多少遍的开场白。然而，这句话说完，下句该说什么呢?突然间我的脑袋一片空白，只能感觉到有几十双眼睛正齐刷刷地盯着我，让我感到十分地不自在。短暂的犹豫之后，我剩下来的只有微笑，因为我想起了那句话：“微笑是法宝。”学生也对着我微笑，看着他们那一张张稚气的面孔，我所有的紧张都在这一瞬间消失了，透过那一双双澄澈的眼睛，我也似乎读到了那一颗颗纯净的心。在此后的时间里，我一直微笑着。所以，课堂气氛也显得轻松活泼了一些，40分钟的课一下子就过去了。虽然，我知道我的这节课上得并不成功。突然一次，一个学生递来一张字条：“李老师，我喜欢你的微笑，当你微笑着走近我时，使我感到了从来没有过的亲切，我很喜欢你，李老师。”这是出自一个三年级学生之笔，这也是我在实习一个月的时间里收到的最好的，最值得珍藏的礼物。也使我明白了，其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。

在课堂上我遇到了许多困难：比如学生的不配合就常常令我痛心疾首。当时，有人建议我使用强制方法。比如说罚站、罚蹲等更或者是打。诚然，这种方法可以勉强维持班级秩序。然而，这也无疑加深了老师与学生之间的隔阂，甚至会使学生产生厌学的心理。作为教育工作者，就要想方设法创设民主和谐的教学气氛，在教学活动中建立平等的师生关系。而且，教师要把自己当成活动中的一员，是学生活动的组织者、参与者、引发者，是学生的学习伙伴、知心朋友。我想，在我以后的教育工作中打学生，这是绝对不会发生的!

在刚开始的三周里，我发现我在孩子们心中留下的印象还算可以，我也因此而告诉自己：“继续努力!”可是，在一个雨天里，我第一次和学生发火了，那个男生是班里最捣蛋的学生，上课时老讲小话，还不时地影响其他同学学习，他还对我的屡屡警告无动于衷。那天上课，他竟然在教室里随意走动，并高声喧哗。虽然作为一名老师，和学生发生冲突是在所难免的，但对我这个初为人师的新手来说，处理这样的突发事件是毫无经验的，我一边尽量冷静自己，一边对他呵斥到：“不想学就出去!”顿时，教室里鸦雀无声，而那个男孩还把头扭到一边不看我，我一下子窘在了那里，我转过身背对着一屋子的学生，后悔、生气、委屈、难过各种滋味混在一起。虽然我一再努力，却还是没控制住满眶的泪水。教室里一片寂静，我也听到了一个孩子小声地对那个男孩：“都是你把老师惹哭了!”我第一次在学生面前脆弱得一塌糊涂，这时那个男孩也主动来承认错误了，他说：“老师，我错了，你打我吧，我不该惹你生气，以后我一定听你的话，你不要生气……”说着他也哽咽了。其他的孩子也来劝我：“老师，你别哭了，再哭就不好看了。”“老师你笑一笑嘛!”那天，我反倒像个孩子似的，被学生哄着，心里突然涌动的温暖又催化了我的第二拨泪水的涌动，擦了半天才把眼泪擦干。

在给孩子们上最后一节课时，我故作若无其事地讲课，却不敢多说一句话，也不敢多看他们的眼睛，就怕自己善感的性情泄露了秘密，包藏不住脆弱的眼泪，那一节课气氛很沉重。或许孩子们也知道我们要分别了，他们都很认真地听讲，谁也不说话，可我却从他们的眼里读到了浓浓的依依不舍。 在这最后一节课上，我答应教他们音标，这是一个星期前我就承诺过的。在这一音标的学习中，我感到很欣慰，他们很配合，或许是我上的最后一节课的原故吧!

尽管听了无数次“老师好”，但每每回应的时候我依然带着欣喜的笑容。每当站在讲台上，被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时，作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。这一个月的时间里，我并没有做到一名好老师，也不可能让所有的学生都喜欢我，但只要有一名学生记住我，那么我的实习生涯就有了难以泯灭的闪光点。

在实习中，我还发现了，有些东西不能选择，有些东西却可以选择。份内的工作当然要认真完成，但勇敢的“主动请缨”却能为你赢得更多的机会。只要勤问、勤学、勤做，就会有意想不到的收获。

回顾这35天的时间，我是用心的，但用心不一定等于成功，我毕竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，学生把错误指出来而无地自容、羞愧几天的事情也有过。在为人师的这条路上，我迈出了第一步，接下来还有第二步、第三步……但不管怎样，我都会以人为本，把实习中学到的一切加以融会带到今后的事业中去，我会以我的真心去呵护学生，因为我面对的是一颗颗纯真的心。

总之，教育是一个互动的过程，老师只要认真投入教学，孩子就会积极配合。这种过程是很开心的!

实习，就像进了社会大熔炉一般，千淘万漉虽辛苦，就算被磨练得遍体鳞伤，也要摩拳擦掌，做好又一次投身熔炉的准备。我在实习中逐渐变得“勇敢”。虽然开始也会有顾忌，怕“主动出击”会招惹“不知天高地厚”的蔑视。但事实告诉我，应该对自己有信心，应有勇气去尝试。即便在尝试中失败，也能让自己成长，没有锻炼的机会，谈何积累和成长?而这一切，只能靠自己去争取。等待，只能让你在沉默中消亡，只有主动，才能为自己创造良机。实习，陪伴我经受了挫折，也经受了欢乐!

实习的经历虽已经过去，可我还会回头去看一下我在那里留下的脚印，我相信那不会是我旅途的归宿，而是我充满挑战和希望的开始!

一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式授课等讲授情况的概述

二、对英语讲堂讲授予英语讲授法的思考

起首在这我自己得重新审阅一下大学里所学的讲授法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的了解，觉得它在讲授中最少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不论我们衡量一节课上的优劣，还是评价一个老师讲授水平的坎坷，我们都在有熟悉或无熟悉地用讲授法课上学到的知识往衡量。这远比只看考试结果要公道的多。既然是标准那也就是偏向，也就是我们作为老师不停完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让门生喜好的老师，简单地说既要有学问魅力，又要有人格魅力。讲堂上讲授严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与门生打成一片，时刻进步自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎样做才能有学问魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照讲授法课上所学，一点一滴的往渐渐学习、积累、探究了。

写教案从何动手，修正时应细致哪些题目。评课，议课应遵照甚么样的准绳。与门生交换和上课处置惩罚意外情况应当朝着哪一个偏向。到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要连续发扬的等等这些具体题目的办理我们都需要参照讲授法。

的讲授，几个单元讲授的重复与堆砌就是一学期的讲授。而讲授法不同，它让我们的堆砌有了章法，有了布局，可以堆出高楼大厦，也能够堆出艺术作品。总之，它让我们的讲堂活了起来，没必要遵照甚么死理，有了自己的生长偏向。让我们的讲授活了起来，可以四周走动。

第三条线，它相当于一个桥梁性的东西，让我们的讲授从应试教育峻峭的过渡到素质教育。

实习已接近尾声，以下是我对本学期实习的总结，我的实习学校是*中学，坐落于**市最美乡村――，背靠*公园。是集初中、高中于一体的*镇中心校，又名。初中的招生主要面对的是*镇各小学，而高中的招生则主要面对的是整个**区各中学。学校师生共有一千余人，有教师一百多人，其中有三名市骨干教师以及多名**区骨干教师。有学生八百余人。学校正处于教学改革的第三年，为提高教学效率，引进了高效课堂教学模式，正在摸索前进中。

我在初二年级任实习英语教师一职，学校则为我们实习生安排了指导教师，我的指导教师是初二四班的班主任――*老师，在半年的实习生活中，我随*老师一起跟班教学，向*老师学习班级管理以及英语教学技巧。在这半年里，在*老师的指导下，我曾为初二3班、4班授课五节左右，课前，独立制作课件以及导学案。课中，*老师进行现场指导。课后，*老师指出问题并提出解决方法。半年里，我曾参加了两次**区初二英语教研活动，第一次是开学初**区教研员对于新教材的分析。第二次是以听评课形式，关于初二英语写作课的教研活动。此外还参加了本校的一次教研活动，此次教研活动是针对我们两个英语实习生，由我们进行教学设计，教研组其他成员提出意见与建议。除了教研活动，学校还组织过一次同课异构教学活动，与二中进行交流学习。

除了在初中的教学工作。我们还在高一年级担任了一个月的见习班主任工作，以辅导晚自习形式参与班级管理。因指导教师是班主任，所以我有幸参与了班级布置工作，陪学生参加情。景剧比赛，以及社会实践活动。还在初二年级担任活动课教师，带学生参加课下业余活动。

在生活方面，学校除了每月的生活补贴外，为照顾我们实习生的特殊情况，一日三餐免费。住宿和其他教师一样，住在教师公寓，电器齐全。教师公寓的其他教师也对我们非常友好。在工作方面，实习学校领导给予了一定的关注，但对于实习生的后期工作安排，实习学校缺少计划性，导致实习生很少有实践机会，在实习学校无事可做。虽然指导教师对于指导实习生缺少经验，但指导教师对于实习生的指导认真负责，从知道教师身上学到了很多东西。

总而言之，此次实习是有收获的，在工作上，了解到了当前英语教育的形式，同时接触到了之前从未接触的高效课堂教学模式。在课堂教学上，我明白了运用多种教学方法的重要性，灵活处理课堂问题，得体的课堂用语，对学生适当地鼓励与惩罚，这些都是影响我们课堂教学的重要因素。

此外，课前准备以及课后反馈也是至关重要，课前准备也就是备课，备课是一个漫长的过程，我们要准备充分，才能上好一堂课，提前备好教学内容、备好学生，做出情境预设，而我存在的最大问题就在备课上，我总是在情境预设上存在不足，内容准备了很多，而学生却根本没有做出我想要的反映，有时总是高估学生们的水平，导致这一堂课无法正常进行下去，事后指导教师对我说是我对学生们的水平了解不够，所以后期我多余学生接触，基本掌握了学生们的知识储备量，现在我的课堂已经可以顺畅进行，我备课时，试着想好每个环节，想好我要说的话以及学生们可能说的话，这也让我体味到做好情境预设的好处。课后反馈，学生的反馈以及教师的反馈都是至关重要，由于我没有完全接手整个班级的教学，没有完全参与到教学工作中，所以这一方面在我这几次的课堂上做的不是很好，平时辅助知道教师判作业，也是我的反馈方式之一，每个学生在作业中就能显示出对知识的掌握程度，通过评语帮助学生们认识错误。其次，从高效课堂改革中我们学到了，教师不能墨守成规，要敢于创新，从学生的实际情况出发，具体问题具体分析。对于高效课堂改革要发扬其提高学生学习能力之一优势，但是也不能照搬照抄这种模式，要推陈出新。

在实习中也切实感受到自己还存在很多不足，在工作上，知识的积累还学要加强，在课堂上，存在自信心不足，语言有欠缺等问题。在生活上，初入社会的我们还不能达到自立生活的能力。不过经过半年的生活历练，我们也有所成长。此次的实习让我收获到了很多，不仅是对于课堂教学的有了深入了解，而且收获了与学生们、老师们的深厚情谊。半年的实习在我的脑海里留下了深深的印记，为我留下了美好的回忆。希望帮助过我的教师以后工作顺利。

英语听课评语

听课、评课是双赢的。在授课者成长的同时也促进了听课者的提高，授课者因为受听课者的指点、帮助、激励而提高，听课者在指导帮助授课者的过程中，因为及时反馈，不断调整对授课者的评价内容和评价方式而提高，同时还随时可以发现好的可以推广的经验，在与授课者的交流中还会捕捉到一些有价值的问题。

评课是对上课教师的课堂教学是否确立现代教学观和对其课堂教学的得失、成败进行评议的一种活动。通过听课、评课活动，能提高教师的教育教学水平，提升教师的教育教学素养，促进教师改进教学实践，深化课堂教学改革。

当然，要想真正评好课，作为教师必须加强学习，学习新的教学理念，学习教育学、心理学、美学、演讲与口才，学习课的模式，掌握学科特点，熟悉各种课型，并在实践中学会推敲点评的语言，这样才能给优秀者锦上添花，给不足者雪中送炭，使点评别有一番风味。

作为教师，听课评课是常有的事，笔者有幸听了不少课，以下是听了杨浦区高级中学程冉老师的英语课的点评：

我觉得这节课很成功，它较好地体现了课程的三维目标，具体我将从以下四个方面进行点评：

第一大点：教学目的。这堂课的教学目的明确，教学效果好。

1.学生在课堂上用英语表达旅游景点和名胜古迹，培养了用英语思维的能力;

2.课文阅读教学目标如scanning、skimming都能很好地完成;

3激发了学生对祖国美好河山的热爱。

第二大点：教学过程和方法。

1.整堂课的教学设计符合高中学生的实际和教学内容的需要，教学各环节过渡自然，从开头freetalk导入课文，通过图片启发提问到quiz测试，再到词汇paraphrase和reading阅读、dialogue对话、discussion讨论，完全符合学生认知水平;

2.设计有层次、有深度，特别是反馈形式多样，可见该教师花费了不少心思，如小测试、词汇解释、提问、填空、对话、预测等设计有坡度，并且都是为了一个共同的教学目标。

3.教学方法处处体现以学生为本，如注重对学生的语言只是检测(词汇学习时注重部分学生的单词拼写能力)，讨论时分为上海组、漓江组、香港组、长城组，充分尊重学生意愿和个性差异。

第三大点：学生学习情况。

因教师的教学设计有新意，学生始终保持良好学习心态。在获得知识的同时，思维能力也得到了锻炼，我粗略统计了一下，该堂课中，学生自主活动时间达2/3左右，学习兴趣高涨，课堂气氛热烈，参与面广，体现出学生乐于探索、乐于参与的精神，如有一位学生自己还准备了图片，准备补充，真可谓意犹未荆

第四大点：教师素养方面。

1.教师口语流利，发音标准，语言基本功扎实，可见教师对教材吃的很透彻，备课充分;

2.教师教态自然，有时配合手势，有亲和力，教师指令明确、到位，善于启发学生，因人而异，因材施教;

3.教学亮点:教师的教学机智，特别是善于抓住细节，处处体现二期课改目标，以学生为本，与学生“零”距离，如开始有一学生答不出，教师并未放弃，后经过反复启发诱导，学生答出landscape一词;再如一学生说的英语谚语“hewhodoesn’treachthegreatwallisnotatrueman.”极好，但很多学生并没在意，教师故意装作没听清楚，却故意让学生再复述一遍，还有一学生答出rainbow一词，教师立刻表扬“imaginative”等等，所有这些，都给学生以极大的鼓励和信心，这正是该教师最成功之处，非常值得广大一线教师学习。所以说教师的理念十分重要，因为它决定了教学行为。

i am a third year master major in automation at shanghai jiao tong university, p. r. china. with tremendous interest in industrial engineering, i am writing to apply for acceptance into your ph.d. graduate program. education background

when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by diffferent research groups in nust. i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

in retrospect, i find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the ph.d. program. my future research interests include: network scheduling problem, heuristic algorithm research (especially in ga and neural network), supply chain network research, hybrid system performance analysis with petri nets and data mining.
