一张圆脸，一束扎起来的马尾,这形象一直跟随着我的小学6年。我今年12岁了，已经是个初中生了,却总还是脱不了这满脸的稚气。

我的主要爱好是爱看书。说起看书，我还有一段小故事呢!小学5年纪的时候，我看当时的同桌买了一本《茶花女》，这本书我向往了许久，可是爸爸始终没有答应我的要求。我的自尊心很强，从小到大几乎没有求过别人，这次，我硬着头皮，只好向他去借。谁知，他说可以是可以，可得拿我的《木马屠城记》跟他交换，我只好把书给他，向他要了那本《茶花女》。

我的缺点就是爱掉哭。呵，你可别笑，这也是我的爱好哩!宠物死了，哭!受欺负了，哭!考试不好，哭!看书看到感人处，鼻子一酸，又落下两排“金豆豆”。不过，我不觉得难为情.我很喜欢一句话“当笑则笑，当哭则哭，无须掩饰。” 坦荡荡的.

要说我讨厌的，就数运动了。所以体育成绩也一直不好了。垒球最远能扔四五米，考试成绩从没有过70分的。这个缺点，我以后一定要改。

Hello ,everybody.My names ,Im from .Its really a fantacy place,people there are very friendly and helpful.Therere also some places of interests in my hometown,I love it and hope that you can visite it someday.I was graduated from School/University,its also a nice school.Therere 3 people in my family,you know,my parents and I.We love each other and live a happy life.I usually play ballgames in my spare time,and I think Im good at basketball.My dream is to play a basketball game with my idol--Kobe one day. :) So,you see,Im really an easygoing guy(如果是女的就说gal).Thats all,thank you.

I am actually a native of this city and entered -x university after i passed the higher educational entrance test. that is why i love this piece of land and want to make contribution for my hometown.

I have been working hard as a student and a part-time teacher. sometimes friends ask me whether im a tireless person. of course i am not. but i just like that sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. i enjoy the alternative roles: being an english teacher and a student at the same time.

In my class, i encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach english study in their unique ways, because i believe study is a personalized process. last week when i gave them the first class of this semester, i said,"everyone should become a critical thinker in my class, and i want to be a good teacher in its real sense". im not the traditional teacher. i try to reform the english teaching in my classes. hope i can do something to change the present situation of english teaching.

一、抓好英语的常规教学，确保基础知识过关

1、单词过关

利用自修时间、早读时间，由科代表主持听写、默书。

2、词组过关

(1)把学过的词组归纳，方便学生记忆。

(2)用词组造句和中译英训练。

在各个教学班内进行竞赛。

(3)句型过关

组织学生结对子，一有空就你问我答，营造学习氛围，同时加强笔头的练习，使学生能熟能生巧。

(4)课文过关

把课文分段，按学习组为单位，进行朗读比赛，对学过的课文尽量做到人人会背，有些课文还要求学生会默写。

二、抓好语法学习

1、掌握形容词、副词的比较级和最高级的构成和用法。区分单音节词和多音节词的构成，规则和不规则变化。

2、学习一般过去时态，重点突破不规则动词。

3、学习过去进行时与现在进行时的区别。

4、学习联系词的用法。

三、培养学生综合运用知识的能力

每个单元围绕着知识点反复训练，层层渗透。每个单元结束都进行测验，找出存在问题，及时补漏补缺。

四、抓好阅读能力培养

每周规定学生阅读三篇短文，带着问题阅读，阅读之后要回答问题。

五、培养学生写作能力

逐步创作一些简笔画要学生写出他们的动作编成故事，逐步培养他们看图写话的能力。

六、抓尖子培养，努力做好后进生转化工作，促进全体学生共同进步。

1、指定学习成绩好的学生利用业余时间多读和多做课外书，每月进行一次知识竞赛，评出级组学习积极分子。

2、多关心后进生的思想和学习，平时要检查和督促他们的作业及时给予他们帮助。
