要想当好幼儿教师有以下几点，都是我自己的看法哈，第一，有爱心要懂得照护，呵护她们，说话要让他们感觉的温馨，不会觉得这老师好凶哦，要让她们当姐姐看待，多和他们沟通交流，知道她们在想什么，从而得到他们的信任，第二，要有耐性现在的小朋友可不是以前的小朋友了，他们都是家长的宝贝，不能对他们打骂，而且现在的小朋友很调皮、很难缠，你就必须静下心来好好教导他们还要让他们听进你的话。第三，要再小朋友里建立威信，让他们知道你不是好欺负的，最好是软硬都使，好让他们觉得这老师都是为他们好，但然你就是个好老师了，这是我的看法，但然很欠缺，其他的就让其他友友补充吧

面对天真灿烂、活泼可爱的幼儿，首先教师一定要具有爱心、耐心与细心，教师的感情对幼儿有感染作用，因此，教师良好的情感品质是其职业的要求之一。学前幼儿知识经验少，是非观念差，独立生活能力缺乏，他们不仅需要成人对他们生活上的细心照料，行为品德上的细心引导，而且需要得到老师感情上的关爱与呵护，教师只有关心爱护儿童。才能得到更好的信任，才能取得良好的教育效果。当然，教师对孩子们的爱应该是发出内心的，是一种建立在理智基础上的爱，教师即应对孩子一视同仁，尊重他们的人格，保护他们的自尊心，提出合理而严格的要求。
