旅游业是世界公认的朝阳产业，我县第八次党代会明确提出实施“三县并举”战略，其中旅游产业担当强县富民利器之一，发展好旅游业也是历届县委县政府工作的重中之重。经过多年的努力，我县举全县之力用二年时间成功创建了“中国乡之窗”和“云中”二个国家级4A旅游景区，开创了我县拥有高等级旅游景区的新纪元，对促进民族县域旅游经济的发展，加快新农村建设有着极其重要的意义。大家都清楚，我县的两个4A景区的环境卫生、资源保护、形象维护、运营工作，还只是低规范、低标准化。游览项目方面还是比较单调，大均景区除了常年化婚俗表演外，能够提供旅客自娱自乐的自选项目基本没有，满足不了不同季节、不同层次游客的需求。在购物方面，虽然有一些旅游商店，但商品比较单一，没有较全面体现的特色。在经营管理方面，依照老办法的多，特别是承包经营后，后续投入不足，表演水平不高，满足不了游客的游玩需求。因此，在取得4A牌子后如何继续深化建设，提升服务，是我们急需要考虑的问题。

一、多选精品旅游项目，助游客体验族风情

景区的概念是全面的，它包括“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”六大要素，在完善表演节目的同时，要加大开发夜游项目、自选项目、举办景区节庆活动等。让游客进的来，住得安心，玩得开心，购得满意，才能把游客的钱掏出来。

大均景区目前主要有族婚俗表演、大均漂流、水上乐园、晚会活动(包括夏季的洗井泼水节、山火神节、对歌节)、家大菜(餐馆)等。如：大均的表演厅就没有发挥正常的作用，建议实行定期的表演，白天上午9：00—10：00，下午2：30—3：30，晚上7：00—8：00作为定期表演。这样，即增加了表演项目又增加散客的观赏度。在景区要增设抢猪、花鼓戏等有一定文化底蕴的精品表演项目，让游客参与互动，提高游客的兴趣。同时，对景区工作人员，特别是表演人员要加强接待礼仪、表演基本功等方面的知识培训，逐步提高服务能力和水平。景区内的每一位工作人员要学会常用语，教会每位游客记住1--3句语，增加游客的记忆度。

二、建立管理长效机制，使村景发展和谐共赢

景区管理的各种长效机制应当包括景区全方位立体管理机制，景区管理问题及各类突发事件协调组织和协调机制。

大均、两个景区都是村景合一，村景合一的特点是不便管理，易产生矛盾。如大均景区的入口处就是村民的正常通道，景村不分对景区的管理会增加很多的难度。避免景区游客“逃票”是景区入口管理的重点，设卡的主要目的也是要解决这个“逃票”问题。云中景区是由云中省级风景名胜区管委会负责管理，管委会一套人马二块牌子，既是乡党委、政府，又是景区的管理人，的风景与村庄是大体分开的，景区的入口和大门没有像大均那样尖锐的矛盾，但雪花漈的流水问题一直没有与水电站方面达成妥善协议，造成不少游客站在雪花漈只能看到雪花漈的眼泪!景区的服务设施不够足，人气不够旺，没有人气就没有未来。

所以运营和管理问题需要研究并得以解决。景区管理问题及各类突发事件协调与解决，应当是政府、行业管理部门、业主单位、景区、村民代表、农家乐经营户代表各有一定份额的人员组成。在协调机制上，政府牵头，行业管理部门主力，以景区的生存和发展为中心，全面协调各方利益，不偏不倚，完满和谐，如考量大均景区入口设计存在的不够合理成分，要考虑业主单位的利益、也要充分体现村民和农家乐的权利，恰当的设计景区停车场和游客中心以及游客入口处，是景区管理科学顺畅的充分而必要的条件。的电站发电和游客观赏美景也如此。景区的管理机制无需多言，应该抓窗口，树形象，这是景区全面提升服务水平的工作重点。景区管理开发必须着力于“一切为了游客、为了游客的一切”的服务宗旨，各项规章制度，落实到位，责任到人。做到事事有回音、件件有着落。要强化员工责任意识，培养员工优质服务意识，通过提高基层员工工作的能力和水平促进管理上台阶。

三、树立人性服务理念，为景区塑造一流环境

景区的文明程度在一定意义上代表了一个地方的文明程度。建设一个文明的、人性化的景区是每个景区都追求的目标。将“游客满意”作为景区发展的灵魂，为游客营造一个环境优美、生态良好、文明和谐的场所。景区要把游客视为上帝，通过开设网站留言板和电子信箱、意见箱、热线电话、咨询台、座谈会、问卷调查等多种形式面向社会征求管理意见和建议，最大限度调动广大游客的参与热情，邀请游客共同参与谋划景区发展的美好前景。为能够在第一时间收集游客对景区建设、服务、管理等工作中存在问题的意见和建议，景区管理单位还可以特别设立公开接待日，实行随时接听和电话预约相结合的方式解答游客和群众的咨询和意见建议。在卫生环境方面，景区不仅要给游客提供一个体验、休闲、游览的功能平台，更要给游客提供优美的环境，让游客在轻松、自在的氛围中享受大自然、体验乡独特的魅力。为此，在增加管理清扫人员的同时，还要积极探索与有关村庄、学校建立卫生保洁联合机制，进行几方定期组织共同参与的卫生大清扫活动。激活共管机制，有效清除景区卫生管理中的“盲区”和“死角”。

四、加大旅游宣传力度，让乡声誉内外扬名

旅游景区只是乡的美丽缩影，特别是我们的景区升级为4A景区之后，更有利于扩大的知名度，吸引更多的游客来观光旅游，因此打造成功的景区是助“自然生态”、“族文化”金名片闪闪发光的捷径。一个成功的景区除了自身硬的设施条件外，主要是靠宣传来提高景区的知晓度。宣传必须内外结合，县内主要依靠电视台、广告牌、标志性建筑等。县外要每年组织人员到客源地促销外，同时应积极参加旅交会、展销会等多形式多手段的促销，不断扩大客源市场，保障景区人气长盛不衰，促进我县旅游业进一步做大做强。

i take with me the memory of my office on the fourth floor of lopata hall - the room at the end of the hallway that was too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and always too far away from the womens restroom. the window was my offices best feature. were it not for the physics building across the way, it would have afforded me a clear view of the arch. but instead i got a view of the roof of the physics building. i also had a view of one corner of the roof of urbauer hall, which seemed to be a favorite perch for various species of birds who alternately won perching rights for several weeks at a time. and i had a nice view of the physics courtyard, noteworthy as a good place for watching people run their dogs. its amazing how fascinating these views became the longer i worked on my dissertation. but my favorite view was of a nearby oak tree. from my fourth-floor vantage point i had a rather intimate view of the tree and the various birds and squirrels that inhabit it. occasionally a bird would land on my window sill, which usually had the effect of startling both of us.

i take with me the memory of two young professors who passed away while i was a graduate student. anne johnstone, the only female professor from whom i took a course in the engineering school, and bob durr, a political science professor and a member of my dissertation committee, both lost brave battles with cancer. i remember them fondly.

i take with me the memory of failing the first exam in one of the first engineering courses i took as an undergraduate. i remember thinking the course was just too hard for me and that i would never be able to pass it. so i went to talk to the professor, ready to drop the class. and he told me not to give up, he told me i could succeed in his class. for reasons that seemed completely ludicrous at the time, he said he had faith in me. and after that my grades in the class slowly improved, and i ended the semester with an a on the final exam. i remember how motivational it was to know that someone believed in me.
