为了贯彻在中央文明委全体会议上“要促进红色旅游持续健康发展，更好地发挥红色旅游的教育功能”的讲话精神，省旅游局组织了全省红色旅游景区(点)部分导游员、讲解员在瑞金集中培训，意欲以培训等方式来提高江西各个景区(点)导游员讲解员的综合素质。井冈山管理局派了四名讲解员、导游员去参训。当听说我被派去瑞金培训时，感觉很开心，很兴奋。作为一名井冈山革命博物馆的讲解员，瑞金一直都是我向往的地方。瑞金的革命斗争是井冈山斗争的一个延续。毛主席在《星星之火，可以燎原》一文中说井冈山的斗争是“躁动在母腹中快要成熟了的一个婴儿”，我想，瑞金就是在中国革命在井冈山十月怀胎后降生的一个婴儿。瑞金和井冈山有太多的渊源和联系，而且我馆的陈列版面中也有较多内容提及瑞金和中央革命根据地，所以我特别想去瑞金看看。

到了瑞金之后，感觉一切都是那么亲切自然。火车站和我们井冈山火车站的风格一样，从“红都大道”、“东升路”等市政命名中充盈着的红色的气息使我想到了我们的 “红军路”，我们下榻的瑞金宾馆始建于1958年，是为迎接毛主席视察而建的，其园林式的环境让我们感觉是回到了井冈山宾馆。接下来几天的培训都在瑞金宾馆进行。

省旅游局非常重视此次培训，开班仪式上邀请了全国“红办”副主任罗迪辉、省旅游局副局长屈乾娜以及瑞金市委副书记付春华等领导讲话致辞。我印象最深刻的是罗迪辉主任的讲话，在他半小时的讲话中多次提到井冈山，提到井冈山的红色旅游。罗主任对井冈山的肯定和推崇让我做为井冈山的普通一员感到非常骄傲。

接下来的几天时间里有多位教授、专家为我们讲课。课程有瑞金革命斗争史、全国红色旅游发展情况、导游员讲解员的发声训练及语言表达、江西红色旅游发展形势及旅游接待服务要求、导游员讲解员的礼仪规范、中国革命史及红色革命精神、如何培养文化型的导游员讲解员以及导游员讲解员服务技能等。通过老师的讲课，我较全面地了解了瑞金的历史，明白了现在红色旅游发展的情况，学会了多种方法发声和语言表达，了解了做为讲解员的礼仪规范和需具备文化知识底蕴等的重要性。

在这一周的课程中，让我印象最深的就是来自北京的杜敏老师的发声培训，真的是使我受益匪浅。因为做为讲解员，嗓子就是工作的工具，怎样去保护?怎样去将它发挥到最佳处?这些一直都是我们讲解员关心的问题。杜敏老师的正确意识观念和她精心总结的几点经验将我们的问题迎刃而解。我们既学会了保护嗓子，又学会了利用先天的嗓音条件扬长避短去工作。如杜敏老师传授的胸腔扩大音量、增加中低音能使声音洪亮浑厚结实;使用口腔非常重要的共鸣腔(又称中音共鸣或中部共鸣)可使字音圆润动听;喉部要放松，“抓两头，放中间”，不挤不撑、不模仿别人的声音;情要取其高、声要取其中、气要取其深，以达到字正腔圆、清晰持久、刚柔自如、声情并茂的境地;有声语言表达的是口耳之学，必须勤练多练，才能成功等观念和方法均是她发自肺腑的珠玑之言。这堂课是大家问题最多但秩序最好、感受最多效果最实的一堂课，是我终生难忘的一堂课。

一周的培训结束时，当我们即将踏上归途时，当瑞金的一切将被打包进我们记忆的匣子时，才发现时间是那么飞快地流逝了，才发现我们还存在很多问题和差距，还有很多很多的知识和理念要学习，还有很多很多东西需要充实。“工欲善其事，必先利其器”，我们非常感谢馆领导给我们这个开拓视野、提高改善的机会，也非常珍惜这个帮助我们交流和提高的培训机会，我们要这次学习的经验和体会带回去与同事们交流，并在今后的工作中学以致用、去进一步地完善和提高。

三、  实习目的

a)    通过野外实习，了解自然旅游资源和人文旅游资源的特点、分类、分布规律及其各组成要素；、自然条件、社会条件等在旅游发展中的地位和作用；

b)    通过实习，以峨眉山旅游景区为主要对象，了解旅游行业运作机制；

c)    通过实习，了解旅游管理专业的研究和学习对象、内容和任务，进一步巩固专业思想；

d)    学习野外工作方法，加强实践技能的培养；

e)    结合社会实践，了解国情、民情，了解社会，激发学习动力，增强竞争意识，自觉调整知识结构，迎接社会的挑战。

四、实习内容

1.峨眉山景区环境概况

峨眉山103.48东经29.59北纬，与山西五台山、浙江普陀山、安徽九华山并称为中国佛教四大名山，是举世闻名的普贤菩萨道场。有山峰相对如蛾眉，故名。包括大峨眉、二峨眉、三峨眉、四峨眉。主峰3099米，高出成都平原2,500～2,600米。为褶皱断块山地，断裂处河谷深切。一线天、舍身崖等绝壁高达700～850米。山势雄伟，隘谷深幽，飞瀑如帘，云海翻涌，林木葱茏，有「峨眉天下秀」之称。山上多佛教寺庙，向为著名游览地。

峨眉山在四川盆地西南部，地处长江上游，屹立于大渡河与青衣江之间，在峨眉山市西南7公里，东距乐山市37公里，是著名的佛教名山和旅游胜地，有“峨眉天下秀”之称，是一个集佛教文化与自然风光为一体的国家级山岳型风景名胜区。

峨眉山主峰万佛顶海拔3099米。全山形势巍峨雄壮，草木植被浓郁葱茏，故有“雄秀”美称。因为高度可观、面积庞大，登山路线几近百里，对普通攀登者形成有力挑战。近年来建成了登山索道，游人已可轻松登临，去极顶俯瞰万里云海，在金顶可欣赏“日出”、“云海”、“佛光”和“圣灯”四大绝景。峨眉山优美的自然景观、良好的生态环境使它成为人们探奇揽胜、求仙修道的理想处所。1982年，峨眉山以峨眉山风景名胜区的名义，被国务院批准列入第一批国家级风景名胜区名单。1996年，峨眉山与乐山大佛共同被列入《世界自然与文化遗产名录》，成为全人类自然和文化双重遗产。XX年，峨眉山景区被国家旅游局首批正式批准为国家5a级旅游风景区。

峨眉山山区云雾多，日照少，雨量充沛。平原部分属亚热带湿润季风气候，一月平均气温约6.9度，七月平均气温26.1度；因峨眉山海拔较高而坡度较大，气候带垂直分布明显，海拔1500米~2100米属暖温带气候；海拔 2100米~2500米属中温带气候；海拔2500米以上属亚寒带气候。海拔XX米以上地区，约有半年为冰雪覆盖，时间为10月到次年4月。峨眉景区随海拔高度的不同，而呈现不同的气候特征。清音阁以下为低山区，植被葱郁、风爽泉清，气温与平原无大差异，早晚略添衣着即可。清音阁至洗象池为中山区，气温已较山下平原低4℃－5℃，游客需备足衣物。洗象池至金顶为高山区，人行云中，风寒雨骤，气温比山下报国寺等处低约10℃左右。山上为游客准备了大量棉大衣，可供游人租用。峨眉山中间有一条“界线”，山下被称为“阳间”，山上被称为“阴间”。积云有一定的重量，所以在峨眉山的那条界线的位置。因此，游人在金顶时时常会听见雷声，但只有“阳间”在下雨，“阴间”不会下雨。

峨眉山景区面积154平方公里，包括大峨、二峨、三峨、四峨四座大山。大峨山为峨眉山的主峰，通常说的峨眉山就是指的大峨山。大峨、二峨两山相对，远远望去，双峰缥缈，犹如画眉，这种陡峭险峻、横空出世的雄伟气势，使唐代诗人李白发“峨眉高出西极天”、“蜀国多仙山，峨眉邈难匹”之赞叹。峨眉山以多雾著称，常年云雾缭绕，雨丝霏霏。弥漫山间的云雾，变化万千，把峨眉山装点得婀娜多姿。峨眉山层峦叠嶂、山势雄伟，景色秀丽，气象万千，素有“一山有四季，十里不同天”之妙喻。清代诗人谭钟岳将峨眉山佳景概括为十种：“金顶祥光”、“象池月夜”、“九老仙府”、“洪椿晓雨”、“白水秋风”、“双桥清音”、“大坪霁雪”、“灵岩叠翠”、“罗峰晴云”、“圣积晚钟”。现在人们又不断发现和创造了许多新景观，如红珠拥翠、虎溪听泉、龙江栈道、龙门飞瀑、雷洞烟云、接引飞虹、卧云浮舟、冷杉幽林等。峨眉新十景为：金顶金佛、万佛朝宗、小平情缘、清音平湖、幽谷灵猴、第一山亭、摩崖石刻、秀甲瀑布、迎宾滩、名山起点。无不引人入胜。
