一、回首这一年

刚加入的时候正好是旅游行业的旺季。由于毕业之前在凤凰沟实习过半年，因此对园区比较了解，在非常短的时间就适应了工作。主要负责景区团队的安排以及咨询电话的接听。在3～5月每天非常忙碌，可以说是累并快乐着。我非常积极的去迎接每天，那时候感觉状态特别好。

6～8月，相对来说是园区的淡季。突然之间忙完旺季，不知道每天该做些什么。一开始很没有方向感。这种消极的态度，被领导及时发现，受到了严厉的批评。于是及时端正态度，和同事增加了拜访合作社的频率，去了解行业的最新动态，夏季最佳线路，多次向合作社取经，在所谓的淡季景区应该怎么做?怎样让淡季不那么淡?如何挖掘自身良好的资源优势?

于是我们和其他景区串线，推出套票、做特色活动产品线路，景区间相互宣传。虽然最后的旅游人数增长量不是很理想，但至少去努力了很充实，也积累了一些经验。

9～12月的重大活动就是11月的音乐节了。首届草地音乐节总体来说还是很成功的。从9月开始宣传造势，最后在11月初点燃爆点，一周内演唱会门票售罄。在这中间，跑组团社、高校、大型企业、合作单位，最终结果很理想。努力都获得了应有的结果。很庆幸自己能加入了这个年轻且睿智的市场部团队，跟随团队一起努力一起成长。在这一年，非常感谢领导们的教导、同事们的帮助，让我不断成长。

二、存在的问题

虽然已经在旅游行业工作一年，但依然还是行业的新兵。在工作中也发现自己存在一些不足之处：

1、游客和团队经常会有一些突发问题。有时候明显感觉处理非常吃力，不能迅速娴熟的处理。主要原因有：处理突发事件经验不足，缺乏锻炼;不能顾全大局，考虑不周全;因此在今后须要多向同事以及领导请教，同时自己多思考。每次要及时总结经验，在总结中不断提高。

2、在旅游行业淡季的时候，有时候思想会松懈。没有用积极的心态去对待工作。很多时候做事也比较马虎，做旅游日常的工作比较杂细，有时候会遗漏。后来每次就随身带纸笔或者用手机备忘录。后来类似事件也就少了很多。

三、对于工作的几点建议

1、希望公司建立完善的培训系统，加强旅游从业者的服务意识以及服务技能系统的培训;

2、丰富旅游从业者的学习方式，不仅要引进来，也要走出去，向其他景区取长补短。

3、公司内部各部门一线人员定期的组织交流会，能更好的发现工作中的问题，有利于部门之间更好的协调工作。

四、展望未来

甲乙双方依据《中华人民共和国民法典》及其他有关法律、行政法规，本着平等互利、诚实守信的原则，协调一致，订立本结算合同。

第一条 项目概要

乙方团队到甲方参观，以专门卡片换取条码门票，甲方同意用卡片每月统一结算付款。

第二条 保证金

合同签订后，乙方须向甲方缴纳 元作为结算保证金，以保证乙方按时与甲方结算、汇款。

第三条 结算日期

同时，乙方的保证金在抵扣未结算、未汇款的金额之后，甲方须予以退还。

第六条 违约责任

1、乙方若不能按时结算、汇款，即构成违约，甲方有权拒收乙方卡片，改收现金，同时甲方使用乙方的保证金进行抵扣。

2、乙方若逾期结算、汇款，乙方应向甲方每日支付未结算款总额的3‰的违约金。

第七条 合同期限

如需续约，乙方在合同期满前30日内向甲方提出重新签订参观券结算合同，是否续约由甲方在10日内予以书面答复。

第八条 不可抗力

由于不可抗力致使本合同不能履行或者不能完全履行时，遇到不可抗力事件的一方，应立即书面通知合同相对方，并应在不可抗力事件发生后十五天内，向合同相对方提供相关证明文件。

由合同各方按照时间对履行合同影响的程度协商决定是否变更或解除合同。

遭受不可抗力的一方未履行上述义务的，不能免除其违约责任。

第九条 争议解决方式
