二、狠抓组织建设

为加强基层工会组织建设工作，专门召开了机关工会组织建设会议，就机关工会建立职代会、职工入会手续、临时工入会、签定无固定期限合同及部分工会换届问题等有关工作进行了明确和布置。对一些入会率存在明显差距的基层工会进行了调研，对会员发展提出了要求和计划，确保入会率达标。指导交通局完成了换届工作，工商局、干部疗养院的换届工作也正在筹备当中。

三、切实维护职工权益

为做好职工维权工作，就企业员工的薪酬问题，多次与股份公司协商，薪酬制度于四月份全部兑现落实。争取管委会党委的支持，对签定无固定期限合同事宜进行了明确，符合条件的第一批九人已着手签订无固定期限合同的签订。

四、开展丰富多彩的职工文化活动

二、投资90万元的_风景区_年旅游基础设施建设旅游公厕两座项目主体已完成，正在进行装饰装修工作，预计9月份可完工投入使用;

三、加大景区宣传力度，投资15万元，通过各种形式设立广告牌、印制宣传页、在《_旅游》做专版等形式对景区进行广泛宣传，提高景区知名度。

四、投资300万元的_遗址博物馆展馆布展项目已完成设计，6月26日将进行施工招标，7月底前完成监理询价程序后，预计9月底可完成施工投入使用。

五、精准脱贫工作我单位包抓_镇李家庄村，第一书记已调整，不在担任，驻村工作队员一名，已脱离单位工作，保证工作时间和工作质量，共包抓贫困户7户23人，按照统一安排开展了困难慰问、户容户貌整治、三同、产业扶贫等活动，圆满完成各项工作任务。

六、环境卫生整治工作我单位包抓_镇姚家村，多次和村级干部一起进行环境卫生整治，为村上印制告村民书100份，印制环境卫生宣传标语10条，投资20__元购置垃圾清运车一辆。

第六条：协议的解除

4、乙方将场地擅自转租、转让、转借给第三人，或和其他租户交换场地的，甲方有权终止协议。

第七条：其他违约责任

1、甲方未按约定提供场地致使乙方不能正常生产经营的，应减收相应租金，乙方有权要求甲方继续履行或解除协议，并要求甲方赔偿相应的损失。或致使乙方相应的损失无法得到赔偿的，甲方应承担赔偿责任。

2、甲方未按约定提供耕地或协议签订后甲方反悔，视为甲方违约。应补偿因此对乙方造成的所有经济损失。

第八条：免责条款因不可抗力或其他不可归责于双方的原因，使土地不适于使用或租用时，或发生重新分配土地时土地所有权发生变化了，甲方应协调解决，满足乙方正常使用。如果协调解决不了的，由此造成的损失由甲方承担。

第九条：租赁场地的交还租赁期满或协议因解除等原因提前终止的，乙方应于租赁期满或协议终止后5日内将租赁的场地交还甲方。乙方未按照约定交还的，甲方有权采取必要措施予以收回，由此造成的损失由乙方承担。
