20__年是天遂的开局之年，更是天灵公司检票班工作的开局之年，虽成绩显著，但经历艰辛。首先感谢我们有好的领导，也感谢我们班所有成员的团结互助、认真积极的工作及各项付出。船的行驶在舵手，天灵公司检票班在集团公司、分公司和景区管理部的正确领导下开展工作，开拓出20__年度的各项工作：

一、 日常工作，抓思想管理

1、 组织召开班组例会25次：例会总结本周工作，听取员工工作情况，指出员工在工作中的不足，讨论并提出改正意见，布置下周工作。多开会，多总结，多指出，最后达到工作团结一心，做好本岗位职责。

2、 组织员工学习培训近十期：原《员工守则》第七条至第十条内容，主要内容为员工仪容仪表及礼仪;《员工休假管理办法》和《集团公司员工劳动纪律》，强化员工日常工作和休息管理;林永匡教授《21世纪旅游文化产业发展的创新之路》，让员工了解什么是旅游，遂宁旅游如何发展，及旅游发展的特色，意在增长班内员工的旅游文化知识;《神秘遂宁 八大奇观》旅游文化知识，意在强化我们做旅游的人了解本土文化，能够更好的将遂宁特色及市情介绍给游客，提高遂宁旅游发展的知名度;学习《开展“平安景区”创建活动实施方案》，本班成员能够利用一线岗位优势宣传“平安景区”，与游客共同创建“天灵平安风景区”等。

3、 协调团结互助：了解员工与员工间的关系，调节同事间的团结互助，与“兄弟班组”和部门间的团结互助，做到以“企业为家，分工不分家”的思想。

4、 开导并分担班组成员的委屈：景区周边环境复杂，几乎所有检票人员都受过至少20次以上的委屈(游客对景区门票价格的不理解，游客对工作人员的服务工作的歧视，游客故意到景区滋事，景区周边居民以本地人为由强行进入景区或强行带人进入景区，野面的、野摩的到检票处滋事、闹事等)，及个别员工还受到威胁或身体受到创伤等;劝导成员工作第一，个人安全更重要，千错万错游客“没错”，我们做的是服务工作。

5、 班内软件资料整理和建立：《景区来访登记》、《管理部与安保部物品交接》、《岗位电话使用记录》、公司及班内各种工作预案、会议纪要和培训材料、班内排班表、公司通报等，做到管理有理有据，检察有条有礼。

二、 团队业绩，促团结协作

1、 协助安保人员补票：安保人员协助检票岗位维持正常秩序，分工不分家，检票人员协助安保人员补票、森林防火等，如2月份一次风水苑补票720元(16个外地游客、2个老年游客)，5月份一次和尚坟补票240元(12个游客，5月份对外半价优惠)等;6月份一天中午主检票口接到索道工作人员报和尚坟处着火，检票人员全体男同胞主动出击，并通知安保人员，且协助安保人员扑灭火势等。

2、 配合售票组补票30余万，景区临时票口的设立，极大的方便了游客的购补票，完善了景区的服务功能，更好的留住了游客在景区的旅游量。

3、 完成全年各大国假及三大香会节的游客接待，做到了无重大事故、无服务质量投诉。

4、 组织班内成员参加集团公司会议及培训多次，次次均为重点，运用最多的是员工礼仪培训，和岗位游客接待中的“五声服务”，员工受益非浅。

5、 班组成功喜迎庆祝祖国60周年，以多种形式庆祝，如认真做到本职工作，参加公司组织的观看《建国大业》爱国主义教育等。

6、 制定和运用VIP接待流程：和公司各部门密切配合，做到VIP接待的顺利圆满，极大的树立了旅游景区作为市委市府对外交流、宣传的重要形象作用。

7、 接待集团公司成渝新干线团队90余个，本外地游客接待量3500余人。

8、 顺利完成市委市府创“国卫”通过，接待市检、省检、国检创卫小组数次，为“国卫”创建工作争分，并争得荣誉。

三、 游客接待，创四项“之最”

1、 全年景区游客接待量达150余万人次(含寺庙信众、居士等)，本年度是景区对外开放以来游客接待量之最;

2、 预计09年全年检票额近400万，是灵泉景区(天灵)历史门票销售额之最;

3、 20__年春节大年初一，西山门检票额3000余元(门票5元/人次)，创西山门检票额之最;

4、 20__年“6.18”香会节期间，景区检票额33万，阴历6月18晚游客接待量同本年春节大年初一差不多，门票检售和接待量均是历年“6.18”之最;

四、 两项正在完成的工作

1、“平安景区”创建：班内成员大力宣传、多角度完善，如森林防火、高香鞭炮禁入、景区内环线车辆不能下山等，和游客协调沟通，做到景区与游客共建。

2、配合市委市府创“全国绿化模范城市”：做到班内应尽的宣传、接待。

五、 对景区发展提出两项建议

1、灵泉湖水上升降舞台运用：邀请社区老年娱乐队，每周(周末)游客量最多的日子，进行数小时的文娱表演，公司可以提供一定资金的有偿费用，以增强老年游客在景区的停留时间。

2、公司可以增加一定数量的娱乐性项目，以满足中、青、少游客层的消费需要。景区现有风水苑处空地一块。

再次、一旦出现员工自感不公平的迹象，要及时采取措施消除影响。坏情绪具有极强的感染性，一旦有员工感到不公平，为了寻求心理上的平衡，便会四处找人倾诉，负面的情绪便会蔓延开来。这时候，管理者要通过与当事人的沟通，动之以情，晓之以理，作深入的分析使，之接受自己的意见。同时，采用会议或发文等形式作适当的解释。

今年以来，我会在管委会党委的坚强领导下，在政治处和市总工会的指导下，认真开展了上半年的工作，取得了一定的成绩。

二、狠抓组织建设

为加强基层工会组织建设工作，专门召开了机关工会组织建设会议，就机关工会建立职代会、职工入会手续、临时工入会、签定无固定期限合同及部分工会换届问题等有关工作进行了明确和布置。对一些入会率存在明显差距的基层工会进行了调研，对会员发展提出了要求和计划，确保入会率达标。指导交通局完成了换届工作，工商局、干部疗养院的换届工作也正在筹备当中。

三、切实维护职工权益

为做好职工维权工作，就企业员工的薪酬问题，多次与股份公司协商，薪酬制度于四月份全部兑现落实。争取管委会党委的支持，对签定无固定期限合同事宜进行了明确，符合条件的第一批九人已着手签订无固定期限合同的签订。

四、开展丰富多彩的职工文化活动
