In short, four years of college life is full and colorful, during which I learned a lot of knowledge, made a very good friend, which is very meaningful for me, for me later is also very helpful of.

一、回首这一年

刚加入的时候正好是旅游行业的旺季。由于毕业之前在凤凰沟实习过半年，因此对园区比较了解，在非常短的时间就适应了工作。主要负责景区团队的安排以及咨询电话的接听。在3～5月每天非常忙碌，可以说是累并快乐着。我非常积极的去迎接每天，那时候感觉状态特别好。

6～8月，相对来说是园区的淡季。突然之间忙完旺季，不知道每天该做些什么。一开始很没有方向感。这种消极的态度，被领导及时发现，受到了严厉的批评。于是及时端正态度，和同事增加了拜访合作社的频率，去了解行业的最新动态，夏季最佳线路，多次向合作社取经，在所谓的淡季景区应该怎么做?怎样让淡季不那么淡?如何挖掘自身良好的资源优势?

于是我们和其他景区串线，推出套票、做特色活动产品线路，景区间相互宣传。虽然最后的旅游人数增长量不是很理想，但至少去努力了很充实，也积累了一些经验。

9～12月的重大活动就是11月的音乐节了。首届草地音乐节总体来说还是很成功的。从9月开始宣传造势，最后在11月初点燃爆点，一周内演唱会门票售罄。在这中间，跑组团社、高校、大型企业、合作单位，最终结果很理想。努力都获得了应有的结果。很庆幸自己能加入了这个年轻且睿智的市场部团队，跟随团队一起努力一起成长。在这一年，非常感谢领导们的教导、同事们的帮助，让我不断成长。

二、存在的问题

虽然已经在旅游行业工作一年，但依然还是行业的新兵。在工作中也发现自己存在一些不足之处：

1、游客和团队经常会有一些突发问题。有时候明显感觉处理非常吃力，不能迅速娴熟的处理。主要原因有：处理突发事件经验不足，缺乏锻炼;不能顾全大局，考虑不周全;因此在今后须要多向同事以及领导请教，同时自己多思考。每次要及时总结经验，在总结中不断提高。

2、在旅游行业淡季的时候，有时候思想会松懈。没有用积极的心态去对待工作。很多时候做事也比较马虎，做旅游日常的工作比较杂细，有时候会遗漏。后来每次就随身带纸笔或者用手机备忘录。后来类似事件也就少了很多。

3、在带团过程中，会遇到各种各样的游客。面对游客的疑问，时常感觉专业知识的匮乏。在游客的心中，我们导游就是他们的百科全书。在接下来的日子里，我会在工作之余一如既往的丰富自身的知识储备，拓宽视野，做一名合格优秀的园区讲解员。让游客在旅途中，收获知识、收获快乐，满意而归。助力景区宣传，成为我们景区良好的宣传员。

三、对于工作的几点建议

1、希望公司建立完善的培训系统，加强旅游从业者的服务意识以及服务技能系统的培训;

2、丰富旅游从业者的学习方式，不仅要引进来，也要走出去，向其他景区取长补短。

3、公司内部各部门一线人员定期的组织交流会，能更好的发现工作中的问题，有利于部门之间更好的协调工作。

以上几点拙见，如有不足之处，还望领导批评指正。

四、展望未来

旅游业是朝阳产业，随着人们经济水平的提高、出游欲望的`不断增加、国家政策的大力支持、未来旅游业将会具有远大前景，我对自己现在所从事的事业深信不疑。

未来景区发展需要高水平的专业人才以及复合型人才。景区的特殊性，对我们提出了更高的要求。不仅要懂旅游，还得懂园林、传媒、互联网等其他关联度高的行业。作为旅游从业人员，在今后的工作中，我会严格要求自己：不断提升服务水平、专业技能。在这样的大环境下，不断学习。去适应未来旅游行业的对旅游从业者的高要求。

I am an accountant professional graduates, four years of professional learning makes me a solid grasp of the professional knowledge, proficient in word, Excel, U8 and ERP UF financial software management system.

I am a stable personality, patient who is diligent, hard-working, positive attitude. Accounting professional learning but also cultivate my careful, rigorous learning attitude. The school and the relationship between teachers and students is good, full of team spirit, strong logical thinking ability and strong sense of responsibility, and in future work will continue. It is because of this personality, I love the accounting work very much.

In practice, financial software lesson, we modify the input data, customer and employee business processing, vouchers, and report the production output has done a lot of practice. By accounting simulation practice, understanding from the collection of original documents, check vouchers, registration books, to the whole process of making statements. I firmly choose the accounting profession through professional learning, I think it is very suitable for the job, and hope for the success of accounting occupation career!

I was admitted to junior accountant and certified public accountants at present, hope to enrich the accounting professional knowledge, and strive to become a qualified accountant. I hope to find a financial work, can let me to learn the full play, improve the ability of business accounting, as a contribution to a force. The financial situation of extreme enthusiasm and persevere the spirit is the biggest factor I have the confidence to do accounting work.
