4、开导并分担班组成员的委屈：景区周边环境复杂，几乎所有检票人员都受过至少20次以上的委屈(游客对景区门票价格的不理解，游客对工作人员的服务工作的歧视，游客故意到景区滋事，景区周边居民以本地人为由强行进入景区或强行带人进入景区，野面的、野摩的到检票处滋事、闹事等)，及个别员工还受到威胁或身体受到创伤等;劝导成员工作第一，个人安全更重要，千错万错游客“没错”，我们做的是服务工作。

5、班内软件资料整理和建立：《景区来访登记》、《管理部与安保部物品交接》、《岗位电话使用记录》、公司及班内各种工作预案、会议纪要和培训材料、班内排班表、公司通报等，做到管理有理有据，检察有条有礼。

二、团队业绩，促团结协作

1、协助安保人员补票：安保人员协助检票岗位维持正常秩序，分工不分家，检票人员协助安保人员补票、森林防火等，如2月份一次风水苑补票720元(16个外地游客、2个老年游客)，5月份一次和尚坟补票240元(12个游客，5月份对外半价优惠)等;6月份一天中午主检票口接到索道工作人员报和尚坟处着火，检票人员全体男同胞主动出击，并通知安保人员，且协助安保人员扑灭火势等。

2、配合售票组补票30余万，景区临时票口的设立，极大的方便了游客的购补票，完善了景区的服务功能，更好的留住了游客在景区的旅游量。

3、完成全年各大国假及三大香会节的游客接待，做到了无重大事故、无服务质量投诉。

4、组织班内成员参加集团公司会议及培训多次，次次均为重点，运用最多的是员工礼仪培训，和岗位游客接待中的“五声服务”，员工受益非浅。

5、班组成功喜迎庆祝祖国60周年，以多种形式庆祝，如认真做到本职工作，参加公司组织的观看《建国大业》爱国主义教育等。

2、预计20--年全年检票额近400万，是灵泉景区(天灵)历史门票销售额之最;

3、20--年春节大年初一，西山门检票额3000余元(门票5元/人次)，创西山门检票额之最;

4、20--年“6.18”香会节期间，景区检票额33万，阴历6月18晚游客接待量同本年春节大年初一差不多，门票检售和接待量均是历年“6.18”之最;

四、两项正在完成的工作

1、“平安景区”创建：班内成员大力宣传、多角度完善，如森林防火、高香鞭炮禁入、景区内环线车辆不能下山等，和游客协调沟通，做到景区与游客共建。

2、配合市委市府创“全国绿化模范城市”：做到班内应尽的宣传、接待。

五、对景区发展提出两项建议

1、灵泉湖水上升降舞台运用：邀请社区老年娱乐队，每周(周末)游客量最多的日子，进行数小时的文娱表演，公司可以提供一定资金的有偿费用，以增强老年游客在景区的停留时间。

6.协助办公室主任，做好公司内部的宣传工作，包括树立企业员工信心的宣传，传统节日的文化宣传，以及日常工作中的各类通知事项。半来的工作虽然学到了很多知识，工作上取得了一些进步，但是仍存在这很多的不足需要改进和完善。首先，本职工作还不够认真负责，岗位意识还有待进一步提高。其次，不能严格要求自己，工作上有时存在自我放松的情况。作为秘书，要有很好的记忆力，要牢记工作中的每一个细节、每一份文件的归档位置、甚至是一个数字都不可以犯错，因此在这方面，我需要进一步加强，将该记的东西都牢牢的记在心里。

第三，对工作程序掌握不充分，对自身业务熟悉不全面，缺少前瞻性，至使自己在工作会遇到手忙脚乱的情况，甚至会出现一些不该出现的错误，以至于给领导和同事带来不必要的麻烦。第四，办事不够细心谨慎。文秘是一项相对简单但又繁多的工作，要求文秘人员具备良好的专业素质，办事细心，思路缜密。在这方面我做的远远不够，时有粗心大意、做事草率的情况。最后，对于办公室礼仪和社交礼仪的执行度不够，在服务礼仪方面仍有欠缺，往往会造成没有礼貌、不懂规矩的反面影响。

走过了201X，我们即将迎来崭新的201X年，在总结了自己的不足之后，更重要的是不断的提高自己的职业技能和岗位意识，因此我为自己制定了一些要求：

1、注意多向领导、同事虚心学习工作方法和工作形式，多与大家进行工作中的协调、沟通，保证整体工作不出现纰漏。从大趋势、大格局中去思考、去谋划、博采众长，提高自身的工作水平。

2、要提高工作质量，还要具备强烈的事业心、高度的责任感。每一件事情做完以后，要进行思考、总结工作，真正使本职工作有计划、有落实。尤其是要找出工作中的不足，善于自我反省。

3、爱岗敬业，勤劳奉献，不能为工作而工作，日常工作要主动出击而不是被动应付，要积极主动开展工作，摈弃浮躁、等待的心态，善谋实干，肯干事，敢干事，能干事，会干事。

4、平时多注意锻炼自己的听知能力。在日常工作、会议、领导讲话等场合，做到有集中的注意力、灵敏的反应力、深刻的理解力、牢固的记忆力、机智的综合力和准确的判断力;在办事过程中，做到没有根据的话不说，没有把握的事不做。由于秘书岗位的特殊性，因此必须严格遵守保密原则，平时采取措施保证文件、资料的安全，让领导放心;迅速，工作要及时、高效，保证效率有序运行。

8.3 the ownership of such improvements on or developments of the ontracted productshall belong to the party who has effected such improvements or develpments. the otheparyt shall not apply for patent ortransfer the same to any third arty.article 9 guarantees and claims

9.1 party b guarantees that the technical& nbsp;documents to be supplied by party b are thelatest technical information which has been put into practical use by party b. party balso undertakesto supply to party a in time the technical information relevant to anydevelop-ment of or improvement on the contracted product.

9.2 party b guarantees that the technical documents to be supplied by party b arecom-plete，correct，legible and are to be despatched in time.

9.3 if the documents suppied by party b are not in conformity with the stipulationin article 6， party b shall， within the shortext possible time but not later than 3odays after re-ceipt of party as written notice， despatch free of charge to party athe missing or the cor- rcet and legible technical socuments.

9.4 if party b fails to despatch the said documents within the stipulated period asper appendix 2 party b shall pay penalty to party a in the following proportions:

（1）percent of the total contract price for delay from 1 to 4 weeks.

（2）percent of the total contract price for delay form 5 to 8 weeks.
