2、认真开展工作满意度民意调查活动。根据市委、区委的指示要求，配合做好**年**区各相关职能部门工作满意度民意调查工作。站党支部为活动的开展，结合《区各相关职能部门工作满意度民意调查工作方案》，一把手亲自抓，党员和干部职工用心参与，完成调查问卷的填报工作。

3、为了进一步促进党员干部尤其是领导干部转变作风，廉洁从政，营造“清正廉洁”和谐向上的社会氛围，我站从今年4月份开始，按照区委《关于认真学习宣传贯彻的通知精神，透过结合已发案例和开展学习教育活动，要求党员干部严以律己、廉洁从政，自觉理解监督，及时纠正和处理违反《廉政准则》的行为，坚决杜绝违反《廉政准则》行为发生，提高制度的执行力和约束力。要求党员干部参学率到达0%，安排学习时刻不少于20个小时，做到个人学习有计划、有笔记、有学习心得体会，做到工作学习两不误。高标准严要求使各项学习指标到达了具体要求。

(二)、实行岗位竞聘，优化人事制度改革

为深化人事制度改革，激发用人机制，坚持干部能上能下，以“精简、统一、高效”原则，我站从起开始实行干部职工两年一聘的岗位竞聘制，到开始实行一年一聘制。这项工作我站走在**区事业单位岗位设置管理工作的前列。**年4月我站已完成今年的岗位竞聘工作，参加这次竞聘的干部职工83人，干部身份20人，有12名干部到一线工作。

透过岗位竞聘使职工明确了各个岗位的责、权、利，打破了事业单位“铁饭碗”制度，做到因事设岗、按岗聘用、合同管理，实现由身份管理向岗位管理、由固定用人向合同用人的转变，重点向一线岗位倾斜。既提高了全站职工的工作用心性又提高了工作效率和经济效益，推动了环卫工作有序且全面发展。透过人事制度的改革，建立起了贴合环卫发展特点，进一步推进环卫公益事业市场化运作的进程。

(三)加强站属各部门的内部管理，提高日常工作效率

1、完善制度，规范管理。结合岗位竞聘方案，年初我们完善各工作岗位的岗位职责，使各种制度更趋科学性。各部门每周定期召开班子成员例会，对照月度考核标准认真分析工作中存在的不足，发现问题及时整改。根据环卫站建立“国家卫生城市”长效管理方案，各部门将工作职责落到实处，使辖区市容环境卫生质量明显提高。

2、狠抓建立“国家卫生城市”工作。开展建立“国家卫生城市“工作时刻紧、任务重，全站各部门都紧急行动起来，进一步加强领导，明确职责，落实各项目标任务，切实将建立”国家卫生城市“活动不断引向深入。结合站实际工作状况，把辖区内道路清扫保洁分为十二个标段，领导分片负责，要求各分片领导对各自职责路段进行督办、检查到位，并建立工作例会制度。各部门认真对每一天的工作状况进行汇报和汇总，对出现的问题要汇报并立刻整改，营造齐抓共管、通力协作的环境氛围，狠抓落实各项工作。

3、加强垃圾中转站、果皮箱和垃圾斗放置点的管理，减少二次污染。车队加强每日对垃圾中转站、垃圾斗放置点的冲洗、消毒，及时收运垃圾，及时清洗果皮箱，做到垃圾日产日清。认真落实日常上门收集生活垃圾制度，加强对垃圾运输途中防洒漏管理，防止在收运中因污水滴漏、飘洒造成二次污染，1-6月份车队共清运垃圾48437吨，道路清洗洒水14532、9吨，维护修复果皮箱308个。

4、部门之间通力合作，清理城中村卫生死角。为了配合做好建立“国家卫生城市“的专项检查工作，我站认真贯彻**区政府的要求和部署，在站长的带领下，我站严密部署各项工作，加大监督力度，保障城区环境卫生干净整洁。在今年的3月份，站领导组织全体职工对星光大道的道路护栏进行清洗，全站职工经过两天的细心清洗最后还护栏“金属”的本色。

5、做好安全防范及处理数字城管案件和群众投诉工作。各部门始终把安全防范工作放在首位，规范一线工人和司机作业行为，防止重大事故的发生。同时，及时处理数字城管案件和群众投诉，1月份至6月份我站共接收城区数字城管案件907起，其中已处理826起，驳回81起，案件处理率到达0%，共收到市长投诉热线13起，处理率0%，群众满意率0%。群众投诉主要集中在城中村、集贸市场周边、门面、物业小区环境卫生等，今后我们将加强对这些重点区域的监管。

6、做好新一轮道路清扫和公厕保洁承包的招投标前期准备工作。为做好这项工作，站办公室和清扫质检办对辖区各路段进行细心测量和核算，按时完成了各种数据核算、道路清扫承包方案、公厕承包方案等材料的上报工作，待城区审批后才能开展各种招投标工作，计划在7月30日前完成招投标工作。做好清扫工人续签一个月劳动合同及其思想稳定工作。
