景区讲解员述职报告

尊敬的各位领导、各位同事：

大家好！我是经营部的讲解员徐丹。

我是XX年12月28日以实习生的身份加入了神龙水世界的大集体中。一开始我对与所学专业不对口的工作很不熟悉，在领导和同事的帮助与支持下，我花了三个月的时间逐渐找到了适合的方式、方法，顺利适应并融入讲解员的工作中。

在讲解过程中，我是以下列的标准严格要求自己：

1、迎客走在前，送客走在后；全程讲解，讲解词熟练，知识面广，做到游客有问必答，满足游客的合理要求。

2、结合景点自然景观传播科普知识。及时有效地讲解景区线路中有关注意事项和旅游知识，随时解答游客提问，不得敷衍。

3、做到站姿标准，讲解生动，语言文明规范，仪表整洁，举止端庄。

4、接待热情耐心，微笑服务；对有残疾智障的游客主动帮助，给予特别关照。听取游客批评意见时，态度诚恳，虚心接受。

5、使用普通话接待观众，使用文明礼貌用语，说话得体，语言亲切。

6、不得迎合个别游客的低级趣味，在讲解、介绍中掺杂庸俗下流的内容。

7、不得欺骗、胁迫游客消费。不得向游客索取小费及提出其他要求。

接下来我给大家报告，我在工作中遇到的一些问题及其解决的办法。

到神龙水世界的第一个月，我学会办公室常用工具的基本操作。同事们忙不过来时，我很乐意帮他们复印急需的文件，或者帮来访客人泡泡茶。记得有一次，央经理急着要开会，开会用的工程设计图纸90份没复印好，她情急之下给我帮忙复印，我正在复印时不知道为什么复印机罢工了，这下可急死人了，该怎么办呢？这时央经理来拿图纸了，见我这么久没把图纸复印好，她并没有责备我办事不利，而是安慰我，不用急，其实她心里比谁都急。她说：“没复印好再复印一次就ok。”心里涌出一股暖流，想着在这样一个和谐的大家庭里成长很是庆幸，我一定要好好努力发挥自己的优势，把自己和公司的利益结合在一起，为公司创造出更多的财富。

景区没有正式开放前，有时候餐厅和客房确忙得热火朝天。领导们身体力行，他们忙碌的背影时常出现在餐厅和客房。在领导的带领下，我们也没闲着，哪里需要人手，我们就往哪里去。虽然经常累得汗流浃背，当顺利完成艰巨的工作任务时，我们都觉得很有成就感。这就是累并快乐着的含义吧！

一直以来，刘经理耐心的给我们培训。加强了我们的业务学习能力，提高了自身职业技能和综合素质。我们做得不妥、说得不当的地方，她都会认真给我们指出，并给我们做标准示范，直到我们都学会为止。刘经理的尽职尽责感染着我们每一位同事，我们严格要求自己向她学习，以便更好、更快的胜任我们的本职工作。

“三人行，必有我师。”我们给游客讲解景区景点就是一个资源共享的过程，不单单是游客一味听讲解人员的介绍，互动的讲解不仅能够提高我们的讲解水平，还可以通过吸收游客提供的信息资源增加我们的知识面。一次带团过程中，走在回程的养生步道时，我向游客介绍了我们将要建设的昆吾文化展示区，其中有提到畲族。有游客老家是潮州凤凰山的，潮州凤凰山是畲族发源地，我就从这点切入，在与她的交谈中，我了解了更真实的、更确切的畲族民族风情。我感激的说：“谢谢您！给我们提供这些很有价值的信息。”我们一直苦于收集这方面的资料，您帮了我们的大忙。为了更多的了解苗族、瑶族、畲族的信息，刘经理曾带领我们到书城查找过资料，但是由于资源有限，我们掌握的信息并全面。根据这位游客的指点，通过网络搜索，我对畲族有了更深刻的了解。

诸如此类的例子还有很多，就不一一给大家列举了。在工作中我也看到了自己的不足之处，比如：普通话不够标准；知识面不够广；工作中没能很好的发挥自己的潜能。相信通过努力，我能改善自己的不足之处。

希望在以后的工作中，大家多给我提宝贵意见，指出我的不足，这样我才能成长得更快，更符合工作岗位的要求。我也会努力完成领导安排的各项工作任务，不辜负领导和同事对我期望。
