(一)、搞好理论学习，提高政治素质

按照区党委政府的指示精神，结合我站工作实际，上半年主要围绕“建立国家卫生城市”工作任务要求，提高思想认识和认真学习中央、自治区经济工作会议和市委十届九次全会精神作为中心工作紧抓不放。

1、针对环卫工作实际，组织学习法律法规，增强安全生产工作，上半年无安全生产事故发生。强化市场服务意识，克服工作中法制观念淡薄、不依法办事的陋习。

2、认真开展工作满意度民意调查活动。根据市委、区委的指示要求，配合做好**年**区各相关职能部门工作满意度民意调查工作。站党支部为活动的开展，结合《区各相关职能部门工作满意度民意调查工作方案》，一把手亲自抓，党员和干部职工用心参与，完成调查问卷的填报工作。

3、为了进一步促进党员干部尤其是领导干部转变作风，廉洁从政，营造“清正廉洁”和谐向上的社会氛围，我站从今年4月份开始，按照区委《关于认真学习宣传贯彻的通知精神，透过结合已发案例和开展学习教育活动，要求党员干部严以律己、廉洁从政，自觉理解监督，及时纠正和处理违反《廉政准则》的行为，坚决杜绝违反《廉政准则》行为发生，提高制度的执行力和约束力。要求党员干部参学率到达0%，安排学习时刻不少于20个小时，做到个人学习有计划、有笔记、有学习心得体会，做到工作学习两不误。高标准严要求使各项学习指标到达了具体要求。

(二)、实行岗位竞聘，优化人事制度改革

为深化人事制度改革，激发用人机制，坚持干部能上能下，以“精简、统一、高效”原则，我站从起开始实行干部职工两年一聘的岗位竞聘制，到开始实行一年一聘制。这项工作我站走在**区事业单位岗位设置管理工作的前列。**年4月我站已完成今年的岗位竞聘工作，参加这次竞聘的干部职工83人，干部身份20人，有12名干部到一线工作。

透过岗位竞聘使职工明确了各个岗位的责、权、利，打破了事业单位“铁饭碗”制度，做到因事设岗、按岗聘用、合同管理，实现由身份管理向岗位管理、由固定用人向合同用人的转变，重点向一线岗位倾斜。既提高了全站职工的工作用心性又提高了工作效率和经济效益，推动了环卫工作有序且全面发展。透过人事制度的改革，建立起了贴合环卫发展特点，进一步推进环卫公益事业市场化运作的进程。

(三)加强站属各部门的内部管理，提高日常工作效率

1、完善制度，规范管理。结合岗位竞聘方案，年初我们完善各工作岗位的岗位职责，使各种制度更趋科学性。各部门每周定期召开班子成员例会，对照月度考核标准认真分析工作中存在的不足，发现问题及时整改。根据环卫站建立“国家卫生城市”长效管理方案，各部门将工作职责落到实处，使辖区市容环境卫生质量明显提高。

2、狠抓建立“国家卫生城市”工作。开展建立“国家卫生城市“工作时刻紧、任务重，全站各部门都紧急行动起来，进一步加强领导，明确职责，落实各项目标任务，切实将建立”国家卫生城市“活动不断引向深入。结合站实际工作状况，把辖区内道路清扫保洁分为十二个标段，领导分片负责，要求各分片领导对各自职责路段进行督办、检查到位，并建立工作例会制度。各部门认真对每一天的工作状况进行汇报和汇总，对出现的问题要汇报并立刻整改，营造齐抓共管、通力协作的环境氛围，狠抓落实各项工作。

3、加强垃圾中转站、果皮箱和垃圾斗放置点的管理，减少二次污染。车队加强每日对垃圾中转站、垃圾斗放置点的冲洗、消毒，及时收运垃圾，及时清洗果皮箱，做到垃圾日产日清。认真落实日常上门收集生活垃圾制度，加强对垃圾运输途中防洒漏管理，防止在收运中因污水滴漏、飘洒造成二次污染，1-6月份车队共清运垃圾48437吨，道路清洗洒水14532、9吨，维护修复果皮箱308个。

4、部门之间通力合作，清理城中村卫生死角。为了配合做好建立“国家卫生城市“的专项检查工作，我站认真贯彻**区政府的要求和部署，在站长的带领下，我站严密部署各项工作，加大监督力度，保障城区环境卫生干净整洁。在今年的3月份，站领导组织全体职工对星光大道的道路护栏进行清洗，全站职工经过两天的细心清洗最后还护栏“金属”的本色。

5、做好安全防范及处理数字城管案件和群众投诉工作。各部门始终把安全防范工作放在首位，规范一线工人和司机作业行为，防止重大事故的发生。同时，及时处理数字城管案件和群众投诉，1月份至6月份我站共接收城区数字城管案件907起，其中已处理826起，驳回81起，案件处理率到达0%，共收到市长投诉热线13起，处理率0%，群众满意率0%。群众投诉主要集中在城中村、集贸市场周边、门面、物业小区环境卫生等，今后我们将加强对这些重点区域的监管。

6、做好新一轮道路清扫和公厕保洁承包的招投标前期准备工作。为做好这项工作，站办公室和清扫质检办对辖区各路段进行细心测量和核算，按时完成了各种数据核算、道路清扫承包方案、公厕承包方案等材料的上报工作，待城区审批后才能开展各种招投标工作，计划在7月30日前完成招投标工作。做好清扫工人续签一个月劳动合同及其思想稳定工作。

景区为加强旅游景区的安全生产管理，确保景区财产和游客生命免受危害，根据县安监局的要求认真组织学习和贯彻落实国家、省、市、区有关安全法规（细则）和景区、景点安全规章制度，把安全工作贯穿于每个工作环节。节前开展了自查，并进行了整改。

1、召开会议，教育员工自觉遵守旅游安全法规和各项规章制度，时时防范，处处注意，增强“忧患意识”。把安全教育、职工培训制度化、经常化，培养职工的安全意识，普及安全常识，提高安全技能，对新招聘的职工，必须经过安全培训，合格后才能上岗；

2、进一步明确了安全管理工作的职责：调整了安全管理机构，配备安全管理人员；建立并完善安全规章制度，并组织实施；建立安全管理责任制，将安全管理的责任落实到每个岗位、每个职工；接受县安监部门、县旅游行政管理部门对旅游安全管理工作的行业管理和检查、监督。

坚持日常的安全检查工作，重点检查安全规章制度的落实情况和安全管理漏洞，及时消除不安全隐患；经常对景区内的电源、易燃、易爆物品和电器设备进行安全检查或重点检查，发现隐患及时消除，并落实整改措施。景区区域内进行维修、改造等施工且不停止营业时，景区与施工单位签订专门的安全生产管理协议，明确安全责任；施工区域与其他营业区域相隔离，并采取安全措施，确保安全。

4、制定了生产安全事故应急救援预案。应急救援预案包括应急救援组织、危险目标、启动程序、紧急处里措施等内容。应急救援预案计划节前演练1 次。景区的有关人员能够熟练使用消防器材，了解安全出口和疏散通道的位置以及本岗位的应急救援职责。景区发生生产安全事故后，能迅速启动应急救援预案，采取有效措施，组织人员疏散，防止事故扩大，并按照国家和本省、市有关规定及时、如实报告公安、安全生产监督管理、旅游等有关部门。

5、完善安全设施。节前景区内道路全部安装了路灯，为入住宾馆的游客提供了方便。更换了洞内的用电线路和照明设备，对原有监控进行了维修，延长了河边的防护栏杆等，大大提高了景区游览的安全系数。

一、回首这一年

刚加入的时候正好是旅游行业的旺季。由于毕业之前在凤凰沟实习过半年，因此对园区比较了解，在非常短的时间就适应了工作。主要负责景区团队的安排以及咨询电话的接听。在3～5月每天非常忙碌，可以说是累并快乐着。我非常积极的去迎接每天，那时候感觉状态特别好。

6～8月，相对来说是园区的淡季。突然之间忙完旺季，不知道每天该做些什么。一开始很没有方向感。这种消极的态度，被领导及时发现，受到了严厉的批评。于是及时端正态度，和同事增加了拜访合作社的频率，去了解行业的最新动态，夏季最佳线路，多次向合作社取经，在所谓的淡季景区应该怎么做?怎样让淡季不那么淡?如何挖掘自身良好的资源优势?

于是我们和其他景区串线，推出套票、做特色活动产品线路，景区间相互宣传。虽然最后的旅游人数增长量不是很理想，但至少去努力了很充实，也积累了一些经验。

9～12月的重大活动就是11月的音乐节了。首届草地音乐节总体来说还是很成功的。从9月开始宣传造势，最后在11月初点

燃爆点，一周内演唱会门票售罄。在这中间，跑组团社、高校、大型企业、合作单位，最终结果很理想。努力都获得了应有的结果。很庆幸自己能加入了这个年轻且睿智的市场部团队，跟随团队一起努力一起成长。在这一年，非常感谢领导们的教导、同事们的帮助，让我不断成长。

二、存在的问题

虽然已经在旅游行业工作一年，但依然还是行业的新兵。在工作中也发现自己存在一些不足之处：

1、游客和团队经常会有一些突发问题。有时候明显感觉处理非常吃力，不能迅速娴熟的处理。主要原因有：处理突发事件经验不足，缺乏锻炼;不能顾全大局，考虑不周全;因此在今后须要多向同事以及领导请教，同时自己多思考。每次要及时总结经验，在总结中不断提高。

2、在旅游行业淡季的时候，有时候思想会松懈。没有用积极的心态去对待工作。很多时候做事也比较马虎，做旅游日常的工作比较杂细，有时候会遗漏。后来每次就随身带纸笔或者用手机备忘录。后来类似事件也就少了很多。

3、在带团过程中，会遇到各种各样的游客。面对游客的疑问，时常感觉专业知识的匮乏。在游客的心中，我们导游就是他们的百科全书。 在接下来的日子里，我会在工作之余一如既往的丰富自身的知识储备，拓宽视野，做一名合格优秀的园区讲解员。让游客在旅途中，收

三、对于工作的几点建议

1、希望公司建立完善的培训系统，加强旅游从业者的服务意识以及服务技能系统的培训;

2、丰富旅游从业者的学习方式，不仅要引进来，也要走出去，向其他景区取长补短。

3、公司内部各部门一线人员定期的组织交流会，能更好的发现工作中的问题，有利于部门之间更好的协调工作。

以上几点拙见，如有不足之处，还望领导批评指正。

四、展望未来

旅游业是朝阳产业，随着人们经济水平的提高、出游欲望的不断增加、国家政策的大力支持、未来旅游业将会具有远大前景，我对自己现在所从事的事业深信不疑。
