自从较好的带了第一个团后，我就陆陆续续的带了五六个团。这些团虽然都带下来了也没出现什么大问题，但是整个过程也是一个不断发现问题解决问题的过程。开始时以为背熟了导游词，掌握了一些避免麻烦的技巧就能把团带好，但是每次带的游客都不不一样，所会面临的问题也会各不相同，如果还是生硬的根据套路去做，往往达不到良好的效果。所以自己要学的还很多，因此，每次带团之后我都会将遇到的问题进行总结，然后通过各种方式寻求解决对策，可以看书、上旅游论坛或者向有经验的导游求教。虽然所带团很累，遇到的问题很麻烦，但是不断地去学习，去解决问题也会从中获得巨大的收获和乐趣。

在旅行社实习的一个多月带了多个旅游团，这不仅使自己的专业技能得到了提高，增加了旅游带团的经验，也使自己更加真切的体会到了工作的酸甜苦辣。当我实习期满离开旅行社前，老板对我工作的认可和对我认真工作的表扬让我感到了极大的快乐!
