婺源：清华景区旅游考察报告

说起清华，最有名的就是彩虹桥了，这是宋代的一座廊桥。自美国《廊桥遗梦》电影播放后，人们对廊桥也特别感兴趣了，因而对这彩虹桥也有了更多的想象。

其实，清华镇的历史远比这廊桥要长，称千年古镇，是婺源建县时的县治所在地。按婺源建县时算，已有近1300年的历史了。

一、清华镇的地理位置

清华镇位于婺源中部偏北，是整个婺北的中心点：由清华向东北方向可到浙源、虹关、岭脚；向北可到沱川；向西北方向可到鄣山乡、大鄣山；西北偏西方向的黄村（百柱宗祠）、古坦、灵岩洞群、石城石林；向西可到甲路、赋春。交通极为便利。

二、清华的旅游景点

1、从县城到清华途中的长滩

从县城到清华要经过思口（延村、思溪），思口的情况将单独介绍，快到清华时（距清华约5公里）经过一个较大的转弯，到一个坡顶就可看到公路下一个较大的村庄，这就是长滩了。在这个角度看，有河、有桥、密集的民居，很有特色。

与婺源许多村庄进村都要收费不同，长滩村是不需要门票的，你可以随意地在村庄里的巷子里转来转去。如果不是特意要赶景点的可以下车看一看，然后在路边等车继续去清华。

2、清华的彩虹桥

到清华，很多人就是冲着彩虹桥来的。在文革前，清华有二座彩虹桥，从“两水夹明镜，双桥落彩虹”即可得知，其中一座文革中被毁建了公路桥。这是南宋时期建的，距今已有800多年历史了，很多人以为彩虹桥是一座拱桥，但实际情况并不是如此。只因桥建好后，天边出现了彩虹，人们认为是吉祥的兆头，就取名为彩虹桥了。该桥的桥墩从建造开始至今没有任何变动，但桥面上的亭、木栏杆，桥面的木板是重修过的，最近的一次是83年。因栏杆漆成了红色，很多人以为这座桥是新修建的，这是一个误解。

观赏彩虹桥可选择在早晨和晚上。在凌晨时分，河面上有薄薄的晨雾，或者是大雾弥漫。远观彩虹桥，拱檐的亭子、红色的栏杆、青黑的瓦就若隐若现在这雾里了。夜间去，选择在一个有月光的晚上，坐在桥上供行人休息的桥凳、石凳上，听着水声，看着月光及水中的倒影，极适合热恋中的男女进行海誓山盟了（游客评价）。看来这廊桥真的要遗梦了。

选择早、晚去还有一个好处，可免去10元的门票了。一早一晚去一下，白天就不用去了。

彩虹桥西侧桥头还有一个水车磨坊，这也是婺源目前各景点中独有的。在我孩提年代的记忆中，这里是村民们磨粉、舂米的地方。随着80年代机器磨粉、碾米的普及，这个磨坊废弃不用了，随着旅游的发展，又重修启用，但仅仅是用来观赏，失去实用价值了。

3、清华的老街

许多到清华的旅客只知道彩虹桥，而忽略了清华还有婺源最长的一条老街。老街的历史可追溯到唐代了。过去的诗里写道“上下街连五里遥、青帘酒肆接花桥”，可见这老街有五里路长。现在保存下来的约有三里多路长。老街的街巷全是青石板铺成，两旁的房屋多为清代建筑。当年老街的下街这一段有许多瓷器店铺，被称为瓷器街。据说三户就有一个窑货铺，五步就有一个瓷器店。上街多为百货店、南货店、茶叶铺和客栈，到处是青帘酒肆，经商者络绎不绝。踏着老街的青石板路走上一遍，特别是在清晨，那种体验历史的感觉应当是极好的。街道两旁还有许多的巷子，也可走走，也许有什么新的发现呢，但也有一些新建的房屋与此不协调，破坏了老街的整体性。

4、婺源建县的标志——唐代苦槠

在我家，也就是驴友驿站的楼顶平台上站在东面向下看，可以看到两棵大树，一棵是樟树，估计有几百年树龄了，枝繁叶茂。另一棵苍老的苦槠就是婺源建县的标志——唐代苦槠树了。

据县志记载，婺源建县时，县衙设在我们村庄—东源村的胡氏宗祠，当时宗祠门口就有一棵苦槠树了。据此推算，此树的树龄已有1300年以上了。现在县衙已无影无踪，仅留这棵苦槠树记载了历史的沧桑。

5、清华的洪村

许多旅客抱怨婺源许多景点带有商业色彩，失去了原先的味道，我多向他们推荐清华的洪村。洪村距离清华镇8公里，因历史上此村多百岁长寿老人，被称为长寿古里。此村生态环境十分好，在大山的环抱中，村中有一小溪穿村而过，还有一棵古银杏树，一座规模较大的宗祠。

洪村位置较隐蔽，从山路碾转而上，又碾转而下，看见村庄时，感觉有若世外桃源。因没有认真去考察，该村景点没有详细资料，待将来再行补充。

三、清华的交通

清华的交通极为便利：

1、县城到清华：在紫阳镇大型停车场坐车，从早上六点三十分开始直到傍晚五点半，基本隔十五分钟就有一趟车到清华。反之，清华至县城也是如此。路程25公里，票价4-5元。

2、清华到浙源、沱川、鄣山、古坦、甲路等周边乡镇：这些周边乡镇往返县城的中巴车必经过清华，基本规律是这样：早上七、八点多钟从这些乡经过清华到县城，然后在10点到下午2-3点返回各乡镇经过清华。

除了这些中巴车，还有福田小卡车也装客，每天都往返清华到这些乡镇，这些车在8点半以后就会出现在清华的圆盘附近、信用社门口，基本是有人就走，所以随时都有，但上车后要等上一些时间才会走。过了4点钟后基本没有了。

3、清华到景德镇：清华到景德镇有直达车，可不必经过县城转了，每天有三趟，分别是早七点、八点；中午1点半。路程约80多公里。

四、清华的餐饮、住宿情况

住宿情况：清华多宾馆，家庭旅馆也有不少。因为清华的中转位置特点，对住宿要求较高的可以选择在清华住宿。

1、  驴友驿站

因我在清华，因而“驴友驿站”就在这里，是一些驴友、网友们在婺源旅游的“大本营”和“指挥中心”（我经常在电话里指点线路、安排等）。我这的建设采纳了许多驴友的建议，特色有：

①干净、卫生，床上用品按宾馆标准办，为白棉布床单、被套、枕头套，做到一客一换，有热水洗澡。

②每一个楼层有一个客厅，客厅里有彩电、电脑（可以上网，免费），一个公用卫生间。

③每一层有一间带独用卫生间、彩电、电脑的客房，设施完备一些，两人间。

④普通客房，多为二人间、三人间。

⑤自行车出租，可以去附近的长滩、延村、思溪、或者洪村等地转转。

这是清华最大的宾馆，距驴友接待站100米，接待能力可达140多人，基本为标准客房。在淡季时房价多为60元左右，旺季时（五一、国庆、春节）时达到120元以上，不适合驴友。

3、鄣公山招待所

就在我的驴友接待站斜对面，规模仅次于清华宾馆，基本为标准客房，接待能力为100人，房价同上。

4、金星宾馆

位于清华宾馆和鄣公山招待所之间，接待能力为33人，有三个标准间，其余为普通二、三人间，带公共卫生间。房价为30/人，旺季会翻倍。

5、其他家庭旅馆

清华的家庭旅馆多分布在老街，去彩虹桥时会路过他们的门口，没有招牌，门口写着“住宿”二字，条件较差，收费10-20元不等，接待能力多为6-7人。

在清华的吃：清华的餐馆较多，我的驴友驿站也提供餐饮服务，这是请我的邻居烧的，能烧一些婺源特色的菜。除此之外，还有一些不错的。

①彩虹桥水车磨坊的一个餐馆，这里的菜味道不是最好的，但吃饭的环境、气氛是最好的，坐在大水车旁，听着水声，抬眼就看见彩虹桥；

②清华宾馆餐饮部，当地人办酒席基本去这里，规模较大；

③金星宾馆餐饮部，新办的；

④鄣公山招待所餐饮部；

⑤乐乐餐馆；

⑥志成酒家，专业的餐饮店，口味较好。

除了以上这些就是街头一些小店里的摊档了，也许一些小店能吃上别有风味的特色菜呢。

五、清华的旅游建议

清华的位置特点决定了这里有两种旅游方式：过境游，中转游。

所谓“过境游”指的是要去北线其他景点，路过清华，然后看看彩虹桥，继续下一段路程。目前这种形式最多的是选择去沱川理坑，然后在清华花上一、二个小时，看看桥、吃餐饭就走了。将来至灵岩洞、大鄣山的路修好了,游客将有更多的选择。

第二种是“中转游”，因清华的中转站地位，同时该镇餐饮、住宿接待能力强，许多游客把清华做为一个中转站，以清华为中心，分别去周边的景点，特别是一些自驾车的朋友。这样，在清华就耽搁上二、三天时间了。下面就这种形式详细介绍一下：

1、对骑自行车在乡村旅游感兴趣的可以选择这样：

我的驴友驿站提供自行车出租，到了我这后，一般多为中午前后，可以放下行李，吃了中饭，骑车去：

①长滩、延村、思溪

这一段骑车行程来回约20公里，全部是柏油公路，时间上有半天时间差不多了，而且自己骑车，自由性、随意性很大。

②清华洪村

清华至洪村约8公里，其中有6公里的柏油路、2公里的山村公路，骑自行车可以进入大山深处的村庄，感觉又是不一样了。以上都为半天时间，如果是在上午去的，返回清华约中午，吃饭后刚好有车去沱川或者大鄣山、古坦灵岩洞。如果是下午去，返回就是傍晚了，安排住宿休息，第二天开始新的行程。

2、以清华为大本营，去北线景点

如果以清华为大本营可以安排这样：

①包车沱川理坑、浙源虹关一日游；乘当地农用车沱川理坑一日游。

②包车大鄣山一日游。

③包车黄村、灵岩洞、石城、石林一日游。

如果是自驾车者可以参考以上的包车游，注意的是：目前北线的公路多为乡村公路，等过了今年国庆后，交通条件将大为改观。

3、在清华住的朋友，我强烈推荐在早晨沿着老街再到彩虹桥去一趟，这种感觉与你白天匆匆看到的完全不一样，特别是有雾的清晨。另外，有月光的晚上去坐坐也是一个很不错的选择。
