其实，从辨证学的角度出发，公司团队管理不公平是绝对的，公平是相对的。整个社会的发展也就是由不公平到追求公平的奋斗史。到目前为止，无论是从整个社会的宏观上讲，还是从公司团队管理部门的局部上讲，没有一个层面能够做到完全的公平。所以，一方面，我们要尽量地追求公平，另一方面，也不能苛求公司团队管理绝对的公平，要允许“合理的不公平”的存在。
