其次、标准一旦确立，就必须不折不扣地执行。

再次、一旦出现员工自感不公平的迹象，要及时采取措施消除影响。坏情绪具有极强的感染性，一旦有员工感到不公平，为了寻求心理上的平衡，便会四处找人倾诉，负面的情绪便会蔓延开来。这时候，管理者要通过与当事人的沟通，动之以情，晓之以理，作深入的分析使，之接受自己的意见。同时，采用会议或发文等形式作适当的解释。
