xx年至xx年我在香江分理处工作，做为该分理处的第一位柜员在营业室尚无法营业的艰苦条件下，通过分行临时搭建的移动式营业厅为刚刚迁入香江市场的商户办理业务，在短短的一个月的时间里，香江分理处储蓄存款迅速从零突破至500余万元，抢在其他金融机构进驻香江市场之前有效的吸收了商户的存款，防止了存款的流失。

三、参与竞聘的主要优势

(一)有良好的道德品质
