一、复习计划

首先，将每个单元的重点单词和句型进行全面的串讲与申述，帮助学生构建知识框架。然后把大纲上强调的重点，难点及平时练习中反映出孩子们掌握的的薄弱环节再一步地细化，分解，力求做到复习全面，不留“死角”;之后是强化练习阶段，具体计划是在学生熟练掌握课本上实用的单词与句型后，再穿插练习与测评，对学生在笔试练习与口语问答中出错频率高的题型(包括阅读理解)及句型进行及时，集中的纠正辅导;最后帮助学生再次整合归纳知识结构框架，总结应试和做特定题型的技巧。

二、具体目标与复习重点

1、通过有效的复习，进一步激发学生学习英语的兴趣，巩固本学期所学知识，同时提高自主复习、归纳的能力。

2、掌握四会单词、词组。

3、掌握每个单元的基本句型。

4、掌握日常交际用语及应答。

5、培养良好的书写习惯，能做到书写整洁、规范。

6、加强文化意识的渗透，进一步培养学生的跨文化意识，提高学生的礼仪修养水平。

学习计划技巧

第一阶段的复习，主要针对于教材的复习与梳理，把每单元的AB两部分快速地过一遍，通过教材的重现来归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时注意基础单词、词组、句型的过关，让学生对所学的英语知识进行“查漏补缺”。

第二阶段的复习是横向复习。根据各知识点的前后联系，将课本中零散的语言点进行整体归纳、小结，帮助学生构建紧密联系的“知识串”。例如，我们复习Are these/ those。。的一般疑问句时就可以和单数形式的Is this/ that…对比起来学习，让学生通过问不同的物品体会单复数，再通过位置的不同区分它们的意思。

这一阶段的复习中我将遵循精讲多练的原则，让学生通过对比进一步加强理性认识，然后通过针对性练习题做到灵活运用。

第三阶段的复习是对各单元做总结，进行书面表达方面的指导。在学生对基础知识已掌握的前提下老师适当引导，鼓励学生运用学过的知识进行“练笔”，然后全班交流，相互学习，共同提高。

第四阶段的复习，有选择性的做一些练习题和模拟题，侧重对做题技巧的讲解和做一些学生易出错的题目，指导学生掌握一些做题的要领。比如做单项选择可以用排除法来做等等，通过分析和操练让学生掌握每题的做题技巧。

当然，在复习的最后阶段，对于重难点、易混淆、易出错的语言点， 还应多加复习指导和练习，再拿出来跟学生细嚼，让他们重点消化吸收。对于“学困生”还要倍加关注。

一个寒假转眼间就过去了，新的学期又将开始，为了下学期更好地搞好七年级英语教学工作，特做以下教学计划：

一、指导思想

根据初一学生的生理和心理以及发展需求，英语课程的目的是：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使他们建立学习英语的自信心;培养学生的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，使他们形成初步运用英语进行日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。

能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到的差异。

三、学生基本情况分析：

本届七年级学生连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。

主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听不懂，学不会，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

针对种种问题，在本期的英语教学中，应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能;另外，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。采取任务型教学，运用灵活多变的方法。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

四、教学措施：

1、培养学习兴趣，引导学生掌握正确的学习方法和策略，提高学习效率;

2、用良好的师生关系，协调课堂气氛，培养学生开口说英语的勇气和信心;

3、任务型教学：教师提出指令，学生规范操作。听说领先，读写跟上。综合训练，扎实双基。抓好英语的常规教学，确保基础知识过关

4、有计划的加强学生的写作练习，提高学生的作文能力。

5、注重培养学生的阅读习惯，改进阅读方法，提高阅读能力，为以后的学习与中考奠定基础。

6、适应中考改革，加强学生课上听说能力的陪养，积极进行听力训练。

7、每天背诵课文中的文章。要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感，掌握语法知识的应用技巧。

8、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业。制定合适的学习评价方法，让他们树立学习的自信;

9、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量

3、教师要转变观念，适应新的教学评价机制，小学英语教学评价的主要目的是激励学生的学习兴趣和积极性、评价形式具有多样性和可选择性。评价形式以形成性评价为主，以学生平时参与各种教学活动的表现和合作能力为主要依据。

二、引导校本教研，提高教研质量

教育部基础教育司副司长朱慕菊指出，教研工作对于创造性地实施新课程，全面落实课程改革的目标，切实提高教学质量，促进教师专业发展，提高学校课程建设能力，具有重要意义。

1、加强课程管理，各校领导要认真对待，积极指导，努力开好各年级的英语课程。同时要积极利用音像、电视、书刊杂志、网络信息等丰富的教学资源，拓展学习和运用英语的渠道, 使学生乐学、爱学，以避免部分学生过早失去学习兴趣和信心，造成高年级的两极分化。

2、积极帮助学校开发校本课程，研究英语学科在学校课程中的地位和作用，针对一些学校校本课程的开发和评价、校本教研的途径和方法等，开展专项研究，注重研究实效，及时推广研究成果。

3、各校要加强对英语教研组工作的指导，根据“常州市中小学教研组建设章程”，定期检查学校英语教研组的工作。要真正形成钻研教材，研究教法，探讨学法的浓郁教研氛围。要帮助教师使用科学的、切实可行的方法去处理教材,提高驾驭教材的能力,促使教师创造性地使用好新教材。

4、积极参加市级“学习英语学科课程标准，改进课堂教学”学术研讨会和专题学术沙龙，把握课改方向，转变教学行为，交流课改经验，增强教师素质，提高教学质量。

5、继续征集教学设计典型案例，积极发现、总结、推广教学第一线教师的教学改革成果。

6、培养学生良好的学习习惯及听说读写技能和综合语言运用的能力是英语教学的重点。因此要根据小学生学习的特点创建以活动课和任务型的教学模式。采用韵律儿歌、歌曲、表演等教学方法，鼓励学生大胆运用英语。同时，积极开展各种生动活泼的英语课外活动，增长知识，开阔视野，发展智力和个性，促进学生的发展。本学期将组织四年级学生的听能竞赛、五年级学生的朗读竞赛，六年级学生的书写比赛，英语歌咏选拔赛并推荐优胜校参加市第二届歌咏比赛。还将组织部分校班的分析性检测等工作。加强对英语学科教学过程的管理、调研和教学质量的监控。

由于我非常热爱和崇尚教育事业，为此我在报考高等院时，特意选择了毛泽东主席曾经求学、深造的湖南第一师范大学。在这所千年学府的深厚文学底蕴的熏陶下，我受益非浅。几年的大学生活，养成了我严谨、博爱、善学的习惯。曾获得过优秀团员、优秀班干部的荣誉，并历年荣获奖学金。学习固然重要，但能力培养也必不可少。三年多来，为提高自己的授课能力，积累教育经验，我在学好各门专业课的同时，利用课余时间积极参加家教实践活动，为多名初中和小学学生进行补习，使他们的学习成绩和习惯都有较大程度的改进，我的工作也得到了学生和家长的肯定、好评。为进一步积累系统的语文教育经验，我到劳动东路小学进行了长达数月的教育工作实习，在实习期间，我积极向有经验的老师请教，注意学习他们的教学艺术，提高自身的工作水平和授课、表达技巧，力争使自己的教学风格做到知识性和趣味性并举。通过自己不断的努力和教学实践，我已初步具备一名教师素质，强调过硬的工作作风，扎实地教学基本功，较强的自学和适应能力，使我对未来的教育工作充满了信心和期望。

每年寒暑假期间，我都到各用人单位勤工俭学。曾在蒙牛奶业、三星手机、田七牙膏等大型公司的促销活动中兼职促销员。积累了丰富的社会、工作经验，学会做人之道。

十年寒窗，我已豪情满怀、信心十足。事业上的成功需要知识、毅力、汗水、机会的完美结合。路是靠自己走出来的,现在对我来说一个合作的机会，便是一个良好的开端，我愿意将个人价值放在努力工作中去实现。
