刚放假，觉得真轻松，随即过了8天的老师隐，挺辛苦的，但同时也取得很大的收获。

实习的经历虽已经过去，可我还会回头去看一下我在那里留下的脚印，我相信那不会是我旅途的归宿，而是我充满挑战和希望的开始!

回顾这8天的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，学生把错误指出来而无地自容。

每当站在讲台上，被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时，作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。这此实习的时间里，我并没有做到一名好老师，也不可能让所有的学生都喜欢我，但只要有一名学生记住我，那么我的第一次实习就不遗憾了。记得那是第四天，一个学生递来一张字条：老师，我喜欢你的微笑，当你微笑着走近我时，使我感到了从来没有过的亲切，我很喜欢你。这是我在实习里收到的最好的，最值得珍藏的礼物。我想，其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。

初为人师，总是有些紧张。我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多预备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教unit3的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到“quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是“quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? it’s…”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，如果我没有认真备课的，那课堂将会气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

一个老师告诉我：备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实;教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。

以上就是我的工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足。

能当上__百年校庆的志愿者是多么荣幸的一件事!在我得知自我被校团委青年志愿者服务中心录取为校庆交通指挥组的志愿者时，心里还是很兴奋的。能在自我的人生当中遇上这么一件喜庆的事，实属难得!

为了让大家更深刻的体会有关导游这门行业，21日那天一大早我们全班就随着班车踏上了去墨江的旅途。并花了两天时间分别游玩了墨江的北回归线标志园和国际双胞文化园。当然我们是带着任务去玩的，除了聘请个导游姐姐的讲解外，我们每个人都必须亲自再走一遍景区并讲导游词给老师和同学们听作为考核的方式。还值得一提的是我们有幸应邀到该地珠宝行进行参访，负责人很热心的请出了我们上一届的学姐为我们解说这里的大概行情。放眼望去直觉店里的珠宝首饰琳琅满目不失让人挑花了眼。幸好有热心的服务员在一旁为我们指点着迷津。接下来负责人还带领着我们在售茶区入座畅谈，比品茶更有趣的是他们毫不吝啬的向我们解剖了他们所认为的导游。此番言谈的确令我们增进了不少有关导游这门职业的别样见解。

除此之外，让我难以忘怀的课程当属胥佳老师上的有关服务方面的礼仪礼节课。她的课素来倍受青睐，这次也不例外。她一点也不浮夸，所以教授的都是些特实际而实用的知识。最主要的是她愿意让我们当场运用所学的知识。瞧，我们最后是在女生化着美美的妆容和男生打着美美的领带中愉快的结束这门实训课的。与此同时，我也时刻没有忘记朱建青老师不辞辛劳的教我们有关导游业务方面的知识，特别是接待服务方面的细节问题正是有了他的提点才让我们更深入的了解到想当一名合格的导游那是相当的不容易啊。

28日这天也是充实的一天，我们有幸邀请到了旅行社的经理来为我们上实训课，她的确是见多识广之人。课间言词展现的都是她在实际带团中所遭遇到的各种问题和需要注意的地方，哪怕是遇有游客食物中毒也能处理的四平八稳。果真彰显了果断干练和沉着冷静的优良品质。我便不经在省思若是换做是自己遭遇此类种种问题是否能够像她一样胜任的游刃有余。

总结

俗话说“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行！”在短暂的实训过程中，当面对老师一些假设性的提问时总让我深深的感觉到自己在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏，再思及以后的工作中难免遇到此种困难，便让我感到十分的难过。本以为自己在学校学的不错，一旦接触到实际，才发现书到用时方恨少，这时才真正领悟到“学无止境”的含义。可见，注重理论联系实际的学习方法当真是学习的不二法门。最后，很感谢学校能够提供这样难得的学习机会让我们提前意识到自己有诸多的不足，好为顶岗实习之日的应战做好最充分的准备。

2020年7月商务英语专业大学生实习目的

一、毕业生基本情况

我系商务英语专业XX届毕业生共20人。全部学生至实习前已完成商务英语专业教学计划规定的大一至大三上学期共五个学期的全部理论课程(包括专业基础课和专业技能课)。

二、毕业实习的目的和要求

毕业实习是高等实现专业人才培养目标的重要环节，也是在校学习的继续、深化、补充和检验。实习的目的是让学生通过各类实习接触实际和了解社会，学习生产技术和管理知识，获取本专业的实际工作技能，巩固所学理论知识，培养初步的实际工作能力和专业技能。

商务英语专业学生做好毕业实习的工作，有助于培养学生综合运用所学英语语言、国际商务知识和技能分析问题、解决问题的能力;有助于学生更全面地了解社会、了解涉外商务活动，树立起理论联系实际、实事求是的工作作风和踏踏实实的工作态度;有助于检验学生所学理论知识在实际工作中的应用范围及适用程度，巩固和扩大所学专业知识;加强理论与实践结合，培养学生实际操作能力，使学生能较快地适应工作，顺利地走上工作岗位。

实习具体要求如下：

1、了解社会和实习场所的一般情况，增加对本学科专业领域的感性认识;

2、初步了解所学专业在国民经济建设中的地位、作用和发展趋势;

3、熟悉专业技术人员的工作职责和工作程序，获得组织和管理生产的初步知识;

4、实习过程中应做到“三勤”：即手勤、嘴勤、腿勤。做到不懂就问，不会就学;虚心向公司、企业或单位实习指导者学习，努力提高自己的业务水平，为正式上岗打下基础;

5、坚持撰写实习日志;

6、撰写实习报告，包括题目、实习单位介绍、实习内容、实习过程以及实习心得、体会等(不少于1500字，a4纸打印);

7、实习结束后，请实习单位根据实习学生实习表现填写鉴定表，并加盖公章。

三、毕业实习的基本内容

商务英语专业毕业实习的内容丰富，可包含以下几个方面：

1、到各英语培训、中小任英语教师

2、到公司、企业从事办公室文秘工作、办公室日常工作、客户接待、会议安排等;互联网信息查询;英文函电的草拟、发送;商务材料、函电、合同等翻译;外贸单证业务;产品介绍、推广等。

3、到商务局、经贸委从事办公室文秘、日常工作等。

4、到旅游局、旅行社从事办公室文秘、日常工作或导游工作(需持有导游资格证)。

四、毕业实习方式和时间分配

毕业实习将以统一联系校外实习单位为主;有意向单独实习的学生经教学系领导批准、教务处备案后可自行联系就业单位。

XX届商务英语专业学生自XX年3月1日至XX年5月1日进行毕业实习。XX年5月3日返校报道。XX年5月8日之前提交实习报告和实习鉴定表。

五、实习期间指导教师的职责

1、提前了解实习单位情况和学生实习要求，会同实习单位有关人员根据实际情况制定详细的实习安排，并做好实习相关准备。

2、按实习大纲和实习安排的要求，安排、落实各项实习工作，与实习单位配合及时解决实习中的问题。

3、在实习中对学生要加强指导，严格要求，组织好各种教学和参观活动，积极引导学生深入实际，检查督促学生完成各项实习任务。

大家下午好!我叫，原来在南坞小学工作，近几年来一直从事小学英语的教学，今年因工作调动，调整到我们东申小学工作，我感到非常的高兴，同时，也非常感谢我们学校领导能给我这样一次展示自我、成就自我的机会。我今天我竞聘的岗位是三、四年级的英语教学。

下面我谈一下，我竞聘英语教师的几个优势和条件：

我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道，不计较个人得失，对工作对同志有公心，爱心，平常心和宽容心。自从参加工作以来，我首先在师德上严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师!认真学习和领会上级教育主管部门的文件精神，与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的发展。

2、有较高的专业水平

我从淄博师专数学系毕业后曾到山东师范大学进修英语教学培训，系统而又牢固地掌握了英语教学的专业知识。多年来始终在教学第一线致力于小学英语教学及研究，使自己的专业知识得到进一步充实、更新和扩展。

3、有较强的教学能力

从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识，熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。

以上所述情况，是我竞聘英语教师的优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。

如果我有幸竞聘成功，能担任三四年级英语教师的话，我将从以下方面开展工作。
