二、收获以及体会

一收获:

一是加强思想学习，主动与上级领导沟通，努力提高思想水平思想是人的灵魂，是人的内在力，要想把实习任务完成好，首先要把思想调整好。领导十分重视大学生成长，为此特地为我们制定了“双导师实习制度”。双导师，顾名思义，就是两位导师，工人导师是教授生产技术的，而领导导师是在思想上引领大学生，为其排忧解疑，指引方向的。在此优势下，我主动与领导进行了沟通，在领导的尊尊教导下，我对实习有了更为深层次的理解，更明确了我的工作目标，在思想上使我对未来的工作有了新的认识，在行动上使我对未来人生有了新的规划。

二是注重联系实际，理论与实践相结合，努力提高实习质量。

在实习中我发现大学中所学的专业知识并不是完全都能运用到实践中，我所学的是英语和旅游知识，而我所在的公司却是一家电机公司看起来两者相差很大。而我所学的几乎运用不到但其实不然。我可以翻译我们公司所生产的产品，为外国客户介绍我们的产品。同时也可以接待我们的客户。在此期间我必须重新学习关于电机方面的英语。这也让我的英语在另个方面有了更大的提高。

三是热爱实习岗位，积极承担岗位职责，不断提升实习效率。

二体会：

只有爱岗才能敬业，热爱实习岗位才能完成好实习岗位的工作。在实习过程中我努力培养自己对本岗位工作的热情，珍惜在岗位上的每一分钟，积极承担岗位上的责任以及义务，努力做到能够独立完成顶岗任务。对岗位做到懂、会、做。

英语教研组现在三名教师，一名30岁以上的老教师，两名年青教师，基本功好，有工作热情，有工作能力。学习市、校教学研究计划，分析上学期工作中的不足现制定计划如下：

一、主导思想：继续“以学为主，当堂达标”的研究。

二、本年度各年级教研侧重点：七年级：语音教学研究；八年级：阅读教学；九年级：初中语法整合和迎接中考对策研究。

三、 分析上学年度问题：一是学生的基本功差，底子薄，学习兴趣不浓；二是学生的阅读量不足；三是两极分化。

四、教学研究对策：

（一）制定好预习案，为更有效的提高成绩，结合学校、学生、所学内容的特点，制定预习案，并注意其实用性，学生分组以就近原则，便于课堂学习时的“pairs, groups”活动；预习案以单元重点为主，直接附检测题，检测预习效果

每单元一个学案，帮助学生有效的预习，每单元一个小测试，对本单元是一个有效的检测，每单元一个反思或随笔，是对每课的一次查缺补漏。

课堂以学生为主体，多设计形式不同的活动，且又简单易行，培养学生的积极性，同时教师充分发挥主导作用，有效的整合知识，有效的讲是必不可少的。

（二）调动学生积极性的同时，严格的纪律和良好的班风是必不可少的。调动形成比、学、赶，帮，超的氛围。比只是在学生中形成良性竞争，学指跟老师学，跟同学学，赶指你追我赶形成良好的学习风气，帮指学习中结队子，成绩好的带成绩差的，超指引导学生超越自己。良好的班风，学风将是学习成绩提高的有效基础。

（四）多开展学生课外活动：一是每学年度的英语智力竞赛；二是英语故事、演讲比赛；三是校内的学生口语考试；四是学生英文钢笔字评比展览。五是英语写作小竞赛。其中一些竞赛结合本班实际随堂进行。

在为期十天的实习期间，我学会了很多，也懂得了很多在生活上没法获得到的知识和道理，回顾这十天，虽然做了不算多的工作，而且工作重复而繁琐，可是却体会到了历久以来最多的做人道理。

在短短时间的锻炼里，给我的仅是初步的经验积累，对于踏出社会远远不够的，所以必须要获取更多学习的经验和社会实践能力，学会待人处事，注意礼节，注重团队精神和集体观念，加强思想学习，主动与领导沟通，在领导指导下，我对实习有了更深层次的理解，更明确了工作目标。

大家好，我叫stm，毕业于青山区任家路中学。我从小便喜好文学，对我而言，相比理科中奇妙的符号数字和多变的几何图形，我更喜爱文学中的那一片人文气息。无人时，我喜欢静静的看书，沉浸甚至沉醉于那一部部文学名著中。书中那片浓郁的人文气息，沁人心脾，让我不由的深陷其中，无法自拔。不知当年老残听到王小玉那犹如天籁般的说书声时，是否也有着这般感受呢？

不过由于过于以书为友，反而让我忽略了现实中的人际交流，在面对陌生的环境和陌生的人时，我会由于茫然不知所措而显得过于沉默乃至沉闷，这也算是我最大的一个缺点吧。

当然像雏田一样，我也一直在试着改变这样的自己，虽然很难，但我会尽力。因此在今后的三年里，我希望在收获好成绩的同时，也能收获到数份珍贵的友谊！
