用英语想，也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考，一定学不好。用英语思考就是在用英语进行表达和理解时，没有本族语思考的介入，或者说本族语思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。

3、背诵和多种练习结合

实事求是的说，大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合，乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。

4、针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法;

英语的内容较多，包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容，如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学，那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好，再好的教师也不可能教好。因而，针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。

本届七年级五班和六班的学生和以往初二学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱，由于英语课并未受到足够的重视，他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

七年级1班和2班是我校的两个实验班。每班41名学生。除过每班有6、7名学生是由平行班学生新转入的以外，其余学生都是原本班里的。通过上学期对其英语学习兴趣的培养，大部分学生已对英语产生了浓厚的兴趣。甚至是部分原来讨厌英语的男生。但还是有个别学生听不懂，记不住，完不成任务。而且整体成绩较低。本学期除继续鼓励学生张扬自信以外，应着力培养他们对知识学习的严谨态度。

二、教学常规

(一)、着力打造高效课堂

课堂是实施教育教学的主阵地，教学质量得靠课堂来提升。本学期要求自己用英语组织课堂教学，一方面提升自己的口语水平，另一方面培养学生的听力;继续坚持Everyday English，锻炼培养学生的综合素质;减少课堂教学内容，留出充足的时间让学生进行课堂活动。

(二)、加强常规检查力度

充分利用教辅资料，让学生将所学知识转化为综合运用能力。巩固词汇，提高阅读和写作水平。但不能搞题海战术。此外，及时检查才能使工作不打折扣地落到实处。

(三)、继续组长轮流制度

实验证明，每个学生都愿意当组长并能当好组长。在避免了大部分学生当不上班干部和少数学生职责太多太重的情况，让每组学生轮流担任小组长，会使他们具有一定的成就感，并对自身的学习起到督促作用。而且还可以拉近与老师的心理距离。

三、教科研和业务学习方面

1、积极参与并申报各个层面的校本课题。真真实实做课题，踏踏实实搞研究。

2、对每节课进行书面反思。从亮点、缺点及改进措施几方面反思教学的成与败。使课上得一节比一节好。

3、进行教育教学理论学习。寻找有关教育教学方面的书籍阅读提高，写作深化。

4、专业学习应该常规化。不能像往常那样三分钟热度，把New Concept English2在本学期自学完，并背诵每篇课文。

5、认真对待每次上公开课或示范课的机会，使自己的教育教学水平大幅提高。

以上是我为本学期制定的教育教学目标，只想扎扎实实做些事情，为学生，更为自己。

Autobiography

From a middle class family, I was born in Hsin Ying, Tainan on October 10th, 1965. My father is a civil official at Tainan City Government. My mother is a house wife good at cooking. Although I am the only child of my parents, I am by no mans a spoiled one. On the contrary, I have been expected to be a successful man with advanced education. I study hard at school. Besides texts knowledge, journalism is my favorite; whenever reading, my heart is filled with great joy and interesting.

“Being good is must; successful, however, is plus.” Father adopts the idea of his father. Especially in military service, I realized it more precisely. People said: Military service makes a boy to man, I agree that.
