3、课前精心备课，认真研究教材、研究学生、研究教材教法，认真写好教学设计。 认真上好课，课后及时进行小结、认真写好教后感和教学反思，利用各种场合和形式积极与同行和学生交流沟通，及时获得反馈从而及时反省和总结。

4、三年至少精读五本教育教学专著，结合自身教学实际，并撰写一定的读书笔记或读书心得。
