2、情景教学法。

幼儿的语言能力是在实际运用过程中发展起来的,应创设各种有意义真实的情景,使他们想说、会说、喜欢说。语言的习得与周围环境息息相关。英语的学习是一种自然习得式的学习,而不是一种教学式的学习。语言的学习不只是学习几个单词,更重要的是运用语言和别人交往。因此,教师要以幼儿园为主体,从他们的兴趣出发提供一系列丰富的教学法情境,让幼儿园通过自由活动听来理解语言,在使用中学习语言。还有医院、餐厅、发廊等,通过玩角色游戏,幼儿所学语言在游戏中得到巩固,练习。久而久之,培养了幼儿的英语思维能力和运用能力,并解决了那种学时才用,平时放置脑后,容易遗忘的弊病。

3、游戏教学法。

曾经有一位教育家说过这样一句话:话小孩子生来是好动的,是以游戏为生命的。的确,游戏是幼儿最喜欢的形式之一。玩是孩子的天性,符合幼儿天性好动的特点。。游戏能激起幼儿学英语的兴趣,密切师生间的关系,提供幼儿充分运用语言的机会,调动学习积极性,将知识融于游戏中,让幼儿在情趣盎然的游戏中练习所学知识。也在不知不觉中掌握了知识。更重要是感受到学习英语的乐趣。因此,幼儿园英语活动应尽量游戏化,寓教育于游戏,让幼儿在游戏中轻轻松松学英语。如:户外体育游戏《老狼,老狼,几点钟》,这个游戏是幼儿熟悉而喜欢的。于是,我把游戏改为Wolf,wolf,whatcanyoudo?是请一位幼儿当老狼,其它是小羊,幼教文案《幼儿园英语特色教学计划》。小羊问Wolf,wolf,whatcanyoudo?老狼回答,Icaneat.然后开始追逐小羊。幼儿在他们原有的游戏经验的基础上,轻松愉快的习得了英语,学会了句型Whatcanyoudo?Icanjump/run...锻炼了英语听说能力,在玩中学习并得到发展。在这种情况下幼儿觉得学习英语好玩,从而为往后的学习打下了良好的基础。

4、引入竞争机制,激发幼儿参与活动的热情。

任何一种活动形式,时间久了,孩子就会厌倦。冷漠的情绪会使活动效果大打折扣,引入竞争机制,这一难题迎刃而解。竞争能激活幼儿潜在的支力,能激起幼儿的进取心。幼儿好胜心强,大都不甘落后,所以在设计活动时,运用竞争机制,并配以各种形式的奖励,以表示对胜利者的赏识,对进步者的鼓励。有时是几句鼓励的话语--Good!/Verygood!/Clever!/Excellent!.....有时是一朵小红花、一颗小星星......孩子们在热闹的气氛中,你追我赶,学英语的兴趣越来越浓。

当然,调动幼儿学英语的积极性的教学方法还很多,如:谜语法、儿歌法、顺口溜法、歌曲法、形象教学法、肢体语言教学法等多种方法,我根据教学参考书及自己的工作经验,在教学中灵活运用,交互作用,让孩子们的思维活跃起来,让孩子们的语言活跃起来,孩子们始终对英语保持着浓厚的兴趣,上英语课成为他们最快乐的事。

二、创设多层次的课外语言学习环境,充分发挥环境的教育作用。

实践证明,英语教学仅仅靠孩子每天20分钟的学习是不够的,因为这样的学习只能让孩子掌握零星的单词,达不到学英语的目的。因此,教师应着力营造良好的语言学习环境,使英语教学深入到一日常规的各个环节。

首先,要坚持不懈的运用日常用语,将日常生活与教学内容紧密联系起来。在生活中,将双语生活情境贯穿幼儿一日生活中,抓住一切机会与幼儿进行交流,努力消除上课与生活的界限,不断丰富幼儿的语言,使生活与教学连接起来,打破固定情境对幼儿英语发展约束的认识界限,使他们在生活情境中自如地运用英语,让他们学得无意,学得随意,学得乐意。

其次,创设物质情境,激发幼儿主动学习英语。

在幼儿英语学习中,语言环境起着非常重要的作用,因此,要有计划、有目的地设置安排一定的情景画面、活动工具和动手材料。在观察、操作中引发他们对英语的反应和使用。如:墙面设置,它是幼儿园环境布置中最大最为醒目的画面。它如同一幅大的广告,浓缩了教育内容和目的,还渗入了思想道德教育,给幼儿以直接的刺激和潜移默化的影响。又如英语活动角,它是一个让幼儿通过对实物、图片、头饰等物品的摆弄和操作,在游戏中运用英语的一个区域。十分吸引孩子,孩子们只要一有空,就会主动地指读单词,或是拿起指偶,两两结伴玩语言游戏,愉快地游乐于英语语言一气氛中。

其次,在实习班主任工作方面。在做班主任的日子中,我主要是检查他们的早操和早读以及值日生打扫卫生的情况。另外,我还召开了一次主题班会,对学生进行情感方面的教育。通过这一次的实习班主任工作,自己初步地领略到了如何去引导教育学生,不仅是在学习上,还包括思想文化品质方面。总结起来说,我把自己从第一节课开始意识到的不足都一一列了出来,包括:声音不够响亮,时间安排有时不够合理,教学重难点不够突出,引导学生进行讨论时表达不够详尽,给予学生独立思考的空间不够大„„我小心翼翼的记录着每一点,虽然看起来很多,但我并不为此失去信心,因为只有找出自己的不足,才能够有针对性的去改进,看到了自己的进步,我的自信自然就增加了。我决定要自我教育,扬长避短,把我的不足一一攻破,在不断进步中逐步完善自己,努力成为一名合格优秀的人民教师。

Robot "feature innovation project" Evaluation, to focus on grasping the principle of innovation, intelligence principles, applicability and reliability principles. Applicability refers primarily to solve the practical problems of a design (although currently may not be desirable); Reliability refers to the robot operation, the system is reliable and stable.

In the "site designated project" Evaluation, the organizers should pay attention to the activities of the proposed methodologies and evaluation criteria, modalities usually specifies a particular task, participants use their overall ability to complete the project requirements, evaluation criteria are quantifiable , operable, when the contest participants need to follow.

机器人创新活动是一个新的活动项目,对于活动的评价应即能体现师生的发展性,也要体现竞技性。现以“机器人竞赛项目创新”为例,提出设计时应当注意体现的几个原则:

1、教育性原则:机器人引入中小学是为教育教学服务的,应具有明确的教育教学指向,设计的项目应可能反映出:在知识与技能上(如:计算机和程序设计、结构设计、电子技术等方面)可以使学生感悟哪些内容;在过程与方法上(如:观察、设计、安装、测试、调试等)能使学生经历哪些过程;在情感态度与价值观上(如:克服困难的意志、对自动控制的感悟、对技术文化的理解等)能让学生体验什么情感。在教师设计的活动项目时,要注意为学生动手、实践、协作、创新等能力提高,有意识地提供发展环境。这是中小学机器人创新活动的目的。

2、可行性原则:设计的机器人活动,应具备可操作性、经济性和安全性。

1)可操作性:指除设计者完成外,要充分考虑其他可能参与人员是否可能重复制作活动场地、当前教学机器人的潜力、本学龄段学生的知识水平和能力等因素,使其他参与者经过努力也可以完成相关的活动。

2)经济性:指要考虑其他参与人员在场地、机器人及设备制作等方面的经济承受能力,尽量使参与者自己创造条件,修旧利废,以最小的投入完成相关活动。

3)安全性:指机器人和活动环境的设计,应当是安全和是健康的,活动时不对周边人员构成威胁,不对环境造成破坏。同时必须遵从阿西莫夫提出的“机器人三原则”。

可行性原则这是中小学机器人创新活动的基础。

3、创新性原则:教学机器人这一平台,为参与者提供了丰富的创新空间,创新是技术活动的本质所在。在设计机器人活动时,应体现出创新性原则,这也是机器人活动的亮点之处。可以是师生根据日常生活经验、学习体会和构思的新创意,也可以是对以前某些机器人功能的改进、活动项目的再提升。这是中小学机器人创新活动的核心。

4、智能性原则:设计的机器人应能反映出机器人的本质特性,即体现出机器人的智能性(如感知、规划、动作和协同等能力)。应是按照周围环境的输入信息来做出判断、基于传感器控制、独立地根据程序指令、而决定自己的行动的具有一定自主能力的机器人。这是中小学机器人创新活动的魅力。

5、趣味性原则:设计的机器人活动,应当具有一定的趣味性,能够引起相关学龄段学生参与的积极性和兴趣;还要具有一定的可观赏性,能使参与者和观众都能对该活动引起相应的兴趣和关注。这是中小学机器人创新活动的活力。

6、竞技性原则:机器人竞赛活动应具有一定的竞技性,在规定的活动时间内,可以评价出参与者的思维能力、技术水平等。还应具有一定的挑战性,综合能力不同的参与者,可能达到不同的活动结果,使参与者对机器人活动总有新的追求欲望。同时要注意公平性,只要学生设计的机器人可以完成本项活动,就允许参加,制定的评价方案也要是不产生歧义、可操作的。应当以参与者活动过程体验为出发点。这是中小学机器人创新活动的动力。

在机器人“功能创新项目”评价中,要重点把握创新性原则、智能性原则、可应用性和可靠性原则。可应用性主要指是为解决某个实际问题而设计(尽管当前可能是不理想的);可靠性是指机器人运行时,系统是可靠、稳定的。

在“现场指定项目”评价中,主办方要注意提出活动的方式方法和评价标准,活动方式通常是规定了某项特定的任务,参赛者运用自己的综合能力完成项目要求,评价标准是可量化、可操作的,竞赛时参赛者需要遵照执行。

综述

自XX年6月20日起。作为旅游英语专业的专业实训课便随之一一拉开帷幕,直到30日双选会的来临才会结束。之所以要进行专业实训课无外乎是想要我们做好顶岗实习前的训导准备。都说三百六十行,行行出状元。要想在各行各业出人头地的前提出了对职业拥有莫大的热情外还必须懂得其中运作的规矩。其实这也是我们在校接受教导的最后一次机会了。可以说每天安排的科学而合理的实训课程避免了我们在等待双选会期间虚度光阴。而且每堂实训课都是有针对性的进行的,所以对于我们每个人来说是有百利而无一害。

主体

为了让大家更深刻的体会有关导游这门行业,21日那天一大早我们全班就随着班车踏上了去墨江的旅途。并花了两天时间分别游玩了墨江的北回归线标志园和国际双胞文化园。当然我们是带着任务去玩的,除了聘请个导游姐姐的讲解外,我们每个人都必须亲自再走一遍景区并讲导游词给老师和同学们听作为考核的方式。还值得一提的是我们有幸应邀到该地珠宝行进行参访,负责人很热心的请出了我们上一届的学姐为我们解说这里的大概行情。放眼望去直觉店里的珠宝首饰琳琅满目不失让人挑花了眼。幸好有热心的服务员在一旁为我们指点着迷津。接下来负责人还带领着我们在售茶区入座畅谈,比品茶更有趣的是他们毫不吝啬的向我们解剖了他们所认为的导游。此番言谈的确令我们增进了不少有关导游这门职业的别样见解。

除此之外,让我难以忘怀的课程当属胥佳老师上的有关服务方面的礼仪礼节课。她的课素来倍受青睐,这次也不例外。她一点也不浮夸,所以教授的都是些特实际而实用的知识。最主要的是她愿意让我们当场运用所学的知识。瞧,我们最后是在女生化着美美的妆容和男生打着美美的领带中愉快的结束这门实训课的。与此同时,我也时刻没有忘记朱建青老师不辞辛劳的教我们有关导游业务方面的知识,特别是接待服务方面的细节问题正是有了他的提点才让我们更深入的了解到想当一名合格的导游那是相当的不容易啊。

28日这天也是充实的一天,我们有幸邀请到了旅行社的经理来为我们上实训课,她的确是见多识广之人。课间言词展现的都是她在实际带团中所遭遇到的各种问题和需要注意的地方,哪怕是遇有游客食物中毒也能处理的四平八稳。果真彰显了果断干练和沉着冷静的优良品质。我便不经在省思若是换做是自己遭遇此类种种问题是否能够像她一样胜任的游刃有余。

总结

俗话说“纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行!”在短暂的实训过程中,当面对老师一些假设性的提问时总让我深深的感觉到自己在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏,再思及以后的工作中难免遇到此种困难,便让我感到十分的难过。本以为自己在学校学的不错,一旦接触到实际,才发现书到用时方恨少,这时才真正领悟到“学无止境”的含义。可见,注重理论联系实际的学习方法当真是学习的不二法门。最后,很感谢学校能够提供这样难得的学习机会让我们提前意识到自己有诸多的不足,好为顶岗实习之日的应战做好最充分的准备。
