一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

经过一番学习，我知道了，课堂教育不仅是老师的舞台，更要让学生秀出真正的自己；在数学的教学过程中，最好以生活实例为主，课本为辅，让学生学以致用；要懂得控制自己的情绪，在该放松的时候放松，在该严谨的时候严谨，不能抑制学生的活泼，但要学会严肃的对待问题；点人回答问题要尽量照顾中、差学生，较难的问题留给成绩较好的同学解决；当上课有人开小差时，只用走到他的桌前敲一敲，这样既提醒了那位同学，也没有中断我的讲课……通过注意了细节问题后，孩子们接受了我的教学方式，有了更好的互动，使之学到了更多的知识，数学成绩跟之前比较也有了进步，我为此感到非常欣慰。

三、 课后也有忙不完的事

“下课时间到了，老师你们辛苦了！”随着下课铃声，我依依不舍的离开教室。回到办公室继续我的工作，例如做好课后总结、批改学生作业、准备下节课内容等事情。通过批改作业可以知道学生学习的情况，做好记载，便于下节课再补充讲解。

2、各校英语教研组要组织教师继续认真学习《英语课程标准》，明确中学阶段英语课程的目的，坚持“以人为本”，重视每一位学生，关爱学生中的弱势群体，耐心辅导学困生，让具有不同学力的学生得到发展。

3、我县的广大中学英语教师，特别是中青年教师要加强英语学科教学业务进修，努力提高自身的整体素质，特别是英语语言专业素质，为提高英语教学质量奠定基础。同时教师要学习和掌握现代化教学手段，并适当地运用到英语教学中去，丰富和改进教学内容和方法，提高教学质量和效果。

㈡加强师资培训，促进教师专业成长。

1、针对我县中学英语青年教师多的情况，本学期我们将加强对青年教师的专业基本功的培训，把全面提升教师的专业水平放在首位，如教师的语音语调一直是我们衡量教师专业水平的标准之一，为此教师在平时也要注意自身专业的提高，尽快适应新形势下的英语教学。

2、本学期我们将抓好新上岗教师的跟踪听课及指导，帮助他们尽快掌握教学常规，提高驾驭教材及课堂教学的能力。

3、做好青年教师的培训工作，骨干教师也是我们工作的重点之一。与其它学科相比，英语学科中骨干教师比较少，所以当务之急就是要让一部分教师脱颖而出，抓好英语学科“教学能手、学科带头人”的培养；并发动更多的青年教师积极参与各个层次各个种类的教改教研活动和各类竞赛活动，努力创造条件，提供机会，让更多的青年教师在活动中学习、锻炼和提高。

4、充分发挥英语中心组成员的示范作用和辐射作用，活动要有实效，促进这些骨干教师的成长，同时也要使他们成为我县中学英语教学的示范者、引领者。

㈢重视教学研究，推进课程改革。

1、把握课堂教学这个中心环节，探索新课程理念下的中学英语教学。课堂教学坚持突出学生的主体地位，重点培养学生自主学习和运用语言进行交际的能力；坚持发挥教师的主导作用，充分调动学生的学习积极性。对于起始年级的学生我们的教学重点是培养学生的学习兴趣和养成良好的学习习惯，对于高年级的学生来说，我们的教学重点不仅要培养学生积极参与语言交际的能力，同时也要发展学生的读写能力，使学生综合运用语言知识进行实践的能力逐步提高。

2、开展扎实有效的英语教学研讨活动，做到重参与、重过程、重提高。活动的重点围绕课堂教学探究，要突出活动的设计与展开、教学的评价与实施、资源的利用与开发。我们将不定期地组织教学骨干教师上示范课、新上岗教师上研讨课等，供大家观摩学习、借鉴探讨，以提高我县的英语教学水平。

3、在教材培训方面重点是对教材的分析、梳理、教法指导，为此我们将组织已经上过的骨干教师编写教材分析，梳理知识点，提供教法指导。

4、本学期为使县教研活动顺利而有效的开展，我们打算每月开展一次县级公开课展示活动，我们会组织我县优质课获奖教师和部分优秀的青年教师，认真备课，保证公开课质量，加强评课活动，充分发挥公开课的研讨示范作用，营造良好的教学研究氛围。同时我们也会与市区和其它县教研室密切联系，给我县的英语教师创造机会，多学习其他学校老师的教学经验，充实我县的英语教学水平。

5、各校教研组活动要正常开展和有效，教研组除了学习教学理论外，重点工作还是应该放在课堂教学的研讨上，研讨要围绕主题，可以就如何上好用好教材这一方面开展讨论和交流，探索可行的教学模式。

6、近几年，我县广大中学英语教师工作认真，刻苦钻研，在提高课堂教学质量方面作出很大的努力，在学生的综合运用语言能力逐步提高的同时，有些教师忽视了对学生口语交际能力的培养，为此我们提出以下建议：

⑴加强对学生的朗读阅读训练。在课堂教学中，有些教师为了赶时间完成教学任务，而缩短了给学生朗读阅读训练的时间，另外很多教师反映尽管每天都会布置学生回家要朗读英语，但事实上学生是很少在家里读英语。

⑵平时要加大对学生口语交际水平的检查。很多教师工作非常认真，每上完一个单元，都要求学生将主要的对话内容背诵，这非常有助于学生口语表达能力的培养，我们建议教师将平时的背诵成绩记入学期的总评成绩内，以提高学生说英语的积极性。

⑶改革调研方式，推进口语交际能力培养工作的顺利进行。本学期我们的调研不仅仅是对教师进行听课和研讨，我们也要对学生进行一些专题调研，比如检测学生的朗读能力、口语会话及听的能力等，希望学校对学生的口语，听力训练加以重视。

7、抓好毕业班的教学工作，切实减轻学生过重的课业负担。为有效地提高毕业班的英语教学和复习工作效率，我们将组织毕业班中学英语教学研讨活动，同时做好有关资料的整理工作和信息的收集和反馈等服务工作。

㈣引导校本教研，完善教研质量。

本学期我们将利用各年级中心组活动，为教师提供交流的平台，工作重点是突出主题、课堂教学；英语教研组和备课组建设。

2、要组织教师继续认真学习《英语课程标准》，明确小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，建立初步的学习英语的自信心，培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础；形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力，为学生终身发展服务。要求教师们对课程标准中阐述的“基本理念”和“实施建议”要常读且时刻牢记，，并努力内化成自己的教学思想，逐步体现在自己教学的一言一行中。

3、教师要转变观念，适应新的教学评价机制，小学英语教学评价的主要目的是激励学生的学习兴趣和积极性、评价形式具有多样性和可选择性。评价形式以形成性评价为主，以学生平时参与各种教学活动的表现和合作能力为主要依据。

二、引导校本教研，提高教研质量

教育部基础教育司副司长朱慕菊指出，教研工作对于创造性地实施新课程，全面落实课程改革的目标，切实提高教学质量，促进教师专业发展，提高学校课程建设能力，具有重要意义。

1、加强课程管理，各校领导要认真对待，积极指导，努力开好各年级的英语课程。同时要积极利用音像、电视、书刊杂志、网络信息等丰富的教学资源，拓展学习和运用英语的渠道, 使学生乐学、爱学，以避免部分学生过早失去学习兴趣和信心，造成高年级的两极分化。

2、积极帮助学校开发校本课程，研究英语学科在学校课程中的地位和作用，针对一些学校校本课程的开发和评价、校本教研的途径和方法等，开展专项研究，注重研究实效，及时推广研究成果。

3、各校要加强对英语教研组工作的指导，根据“常州市中小学教研组建设章程”，定期检查学校英语教研组的工作。要真正形成钻研教材，研究教法，探讨学法的浓郁教研氛围。要帮助教师使用科学的、切实可行的方法去处理教材,提高驾驭教材的能力,促使教师创造性地使用好新教材。

4、积极参加市级“学习英语学科课程标准，改进课堂教学”学术研讨会和专题学术沙龙，把握课改方向，转变教学行为，交流课改经验，增强教师素质，提高教学质量。

5、继续征集教学设计典型案例，积极发现、总结、推广教学第一线教师的教学改革成果。

6、培养学生良好的学习习惯及听说读写技能和综合语言运用的能力是英语教学的重点。因此要根据小学生学习的特点创建以活动课和任务型的教学模式。采用韵律儿歌、歌曲、表演等教学方法，鼓励学生大胆运用英语。同时，积极开展各种生动活泼的英语课外活动，增长知识，开阔视野，发展智力和个性，促进学生的发展。本学期将组织四年级学生的听能竞赛、五年级学生的朗读竞赛，六年级学生的书写比赛，英语歌咏选拔赛并推荐优胜校参加市第二届歌咏比赛。还将组织部分校班的分析性检测等工作。加强对英语学科教学过程的管理、调研和教学质量的监控。

三、以教育科研为先导，以课题研究为抓手，深化教育教学改革

各校要重视和加强英语课题的立项和研究工作，真正做到以教科研来推动教学改革的发展。

因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在七班，我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;

第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。
