三、在实际教学工作中，重点把握五个环节即“备、教、辅、改、考”，它们环环相扣，相辅相成，成为有机的整体。

1、“备”是指备课。备课是做好教学工作的前提条件。一个良好的开始是事情成功的一半，所以备课是很重要的一个环节。政治和别的科目不同，它有很强的时政性，这就要求教师在准备材料时高度关注时政热点，并且和课本上的原理、知识点相结合。

2、“教”是指讲授新课。讲授新课是做好教学工作的核心内容。首先，我不断提高教学基本功，主要在表现在板书，组织语言等方面，调动学生这一主体的积极性、主动性和创造性，提高驾驭课堂的能力。使课堂氛围具有整体性和协调性，给学生营造积极向上的课堂环境。

3、“辅”是指辅导。辅导是做好教学工作的有益补充。这一环节的重点在于查缺补漏，对于某些边缘生的进步和整个班级的水平的提高有着不可替代的作用。辅导工作主要是在自习课上做，常用的方法是先在整个班级布置自习任务，让学生有自习内容和具体目标，能高效利用自习时间，然后根据自己掌握的个别学生的学生情况进行某些章节和知识点的辅导，在这一环节中，最重要的是针对性。

4、“改”是指批改作业。批改作业是做好教学工作的必要环节。批改作业是师生互动的形式之一，通过作业，可以检查一堂课的授课效果;同学们通过作业的批改情况，可以了解自己的优点和不足，所以一定要好好运用这一形式。作业是考试的序曲，考试的规范要求作业的规范，作业的规范来自学生对自己的要求和教师对学生的要求。必要的时候，应该给同学有针对性的写一些评语，或鼓励，或疑问，或建议，或提示，给同学们以知识或情感上的启发。

二.音乐

我的钢琴是我的宠儿，因此也就无可避免的成为了受害者。现在想想所谓解放，不过是从一场痛苦过度到另一场痛苦，而和平就是两场战争之间的时间。我或许更应该去相信禅说，人生本来就是一场痛苦，因有苦禅一说;或许我更应该去相信基督，因为上帝告诉我，我们是罪人，并需要一位救主，为了赎罪和得到神的赦免而活着。言归正传，在现在的商品经济潮流下，高贵的钢琴也满怀悲壮的成为了其附庸。我想我原本淡雅美丽的梦真的只能永远是梦了。没有人可以超越现实，我说过，我只是俗人，善良的小百姓，渴求那种养家糊口的幸福，所以我不想学海子那么勇敢或者说是那么傻地钻到火车下。所以我的钢琴就渐渐成为了工具，一种能帮我加分或是获奖的工具。我再也无法随心所欲的创作属于自己的音乐，这样的负罪感开始涌动。然而谎言重复一千遍就是真理，由此及彼，后果可料，在这样的浑浑噩噩中，一切罪恶理所当然起来。我终于理解国外培养钢琴家，国内培养演奏师的真实含义了。我又悲哀地想起那个美妙的梦境，少女一袭白色长裙，清脆特别的声音激起黑夜中的孤独寂寞，熠熠生辉，灿灿夺目。这是个昂贵的梦，小小的我经营不起。我就是这样捏碎了自己的音乐，没有挣扎

尾声

我的值日工作是擦两边的蓝窗台，说是这个工作其实我也不是每天在做，有时候甚至好几天都忘了。还导致我们班扣过分，只有最后的这几天里我是比较不会忘记的。还有每天我都是很晚很晚来到学校的，差不多都是7：50多分来到学校的，所以值日工作又有好几次都是没有一点时间的可以做的。特别是在星期三的时候有时特别晚，因为是我们组打扫包干区，所以我来到学校就不用去教室了，可以直接去包干区。我有时因为眼保健操不好好做，被提醒了好几次，所以钱被全清空。到了月底就只剩下一点钱了
