(二)组织开展学雷锋”礼貌交通志愿服务周周行活动，城区六个分局80余名志愿者们利用周六休息时间，统一佩戴志愿者标志到交通要塞维护交通秩序，劝导行人与非机动车礼貌同行，以自身的具体行为，影响和带头身边人，为营造礼貌交通新秩序，做出地税人应尽的贡献。

(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作，透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱，促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识，，广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念，倡导礼貌新风。

(四)组织开展环境维护整治志愿服务活动。区局组织广大团员青年投入到邵伯母亲河的保护活动中，参与了团委组织的植树护绿、清洁家园、环境整治活动，让广大居民了解保护环境的重要性，提高环境整治在群众心中的配合与参与意识。

(五)开展“一帮一”活动，支持和服务新农村发展。志愿者服务队响应区政府的要求，开展了“一帮一”活动，走进农户、走进农民、服务“三农”。在活动中，以办实事、求实效为工作方针，深入开展了思想共建、文化共建、绿色共建、平安共建、和谐共建活动，为新农村建设带给智力支持、致富支持，有效地促进了新农村建设。

两个月的实习生活就要结束了，没有了刚开始来时的抱怨，有的确实一丝离别的惆怅。虽然对这个学校的领导有很多的不满，对学校的安排也有怨言，但时间确实最好的调节剂。在结束的时候回想一下孩子们那天真的笑容，那淳朴的情感，总是还是有一丝的感触，我们长大了，不再是他们那个年龄段的可爱与自在。

一、实习概况

我所去的学校是xx大学附属中学，刚得到这个消息的时候感到自己太幸运了，没有被分到乡下中学，并不是自己吃不了苦，而是因为乡下不太方便，而想考研的我巴不得有个好的环境。刚开始的幸福感在到了附中之后就被浇灭了。因为是在市区，并且紧挨着xx大学，所以我们这些所谓的大学生在他们来说并不是稀罕品，所以态度也就不那么好了。我们去的第一天校长不在学校，副校长也不在或者说就没有打算接待我们，我们的心凉了半截。以后的情况就更糟糕了，还是停了这些说说教学吧。

我被安排到了英语组，跟初三的一个老师，就正式开始了实习生活。

首先，在英语教学方面。按照实习之初的计划，实习的前两周我们的主要任务是听课和评课。从实习的第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。真实的英语课堂与我们平日的模拟课堂是完全不一样的。在真实的课堂中，学生的水平参差不齐，掌握知识的程度不一样，接受新知识的速度也不一样。而老师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。

比如说当老师提出问题学生答不上的时候，老师该怎么办呢?站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是解决不了问题的。但这有是我们在上课时经常碰到的问题。再加上自己此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。往往在出现这种情况的时候，我会更加注意自己的引导方式并适当地简化自己的问题。

虽然为了不打击学生的学习积极性而简化知识，但由于过分地低估了学生的水平自己在实习期间又犯了一个很极端的错误。初中的学生大多是刚刚开始正式地接触英语，虽然有一些学生在小学也学过一些，但他们的英语基础总体来说较低。在上课的过程中，我曾为了追求直指的课堂教学目标，而将语言知识点过分地简化，对一些相对复杂的知识点甚至避而不谈，过分地"溺爱学生"。结果一堂课中全是机械性的句型单词短语的操练，这样的课不仅学生觉得烦，最后连自己都觉得枯燥无味了。

真正的英语课堂是应该充满知识性和趣味性的，既能激发学生的学习兴趣又能在乐中学到知识。经过仔细地分析，发现自己的课最缺的是语言知识点的拓展，学生的学习都只是停留在认知层面而很少要求他们学会去用所学知识。在紧接着的后面几堂教学课中，我大胆的改掉了平日机械的上课方式，将知识点的讲解单词句型的操练及语言知识点的拓宽融为一体，取得了令人较为满意的效果。这样的课充分地发挥了学生的学习自主性，极大地调动了他们的学习兴趣。从课堂的实际情况来看，学生们都比较喜欢这样的上课方式，虽然课程中也有一些操练，但这些都是在适当的时机对知识点的进一步巩固。

二、班主任工作

(1)在工作准备方面

首先我能较快的了解整个班级的情况特点。我觉得我们应该用自己的眼睛用心去观察了解这个班级，了解学生，毕竟我们面对的还是学生，这也是对我们工作的一个考验。接下来我就通过班委会议了解了班级的一些日常工作以及班委的一些职责。

其次，我能较快的熟悉和掌握学生的情况。为了增进对学生的了解，我抓住一切肯能的机会和他们接触交流。除了上课时间，我一直是跟班的。刚开始几天，学生都不怎么和我说话，都非常被动。我发现自己好象很难融入这个班级，原因是彼此还不了解，这时我应该采取主动，通过关心他们的学习、生活情况，慢慢的和他们交流。通过自己的主动以及对他们的关心，学生也逐渐放开来了，都愿意主动找我交流了。师生之间就应该多交流，只有这样，你才能了解学生。

(2)在班级日常管理方面

我能在老师的指导下，辅助她主持日常工作并组织了一次班级活动。我更多的是监督学生的学习、纪律以及卫生。在监督的同时，不忘给他们灌输一些道理，能结合他们的年龄特点进行思想道德教育。比如早自修的作业上交，很多同学每次过来不是说自己忘了做作业就是说不会做的理由来拖欠作业。通过自己对他们的监督及必要的思想教育，一部分同学能很好的改掉拖欠作业这不好的习惯。

我们班有太多调皮的学生，我发现自己很难对他们进行思想教育，你不能对他硬来，你越是态度强硬，他就越反抗。对于这类学生，应该在平时和他们多交流，能够在平常的交流中适当的通过一些言语对他们作一些引导。

时间过的非常快，当我真正了解学生特点，开始和他们建立起感情时，却结束了。虽然非常短暂，但觉得自己学到了很多，特别是认真负责，也尝到了当老师的酸甜苦辣，感受到学生的聪明可爱。在这次实习中，我从指导老师身上学到很多，同时充分体会到"爱心"在师生中的关键作用，只有你对学生付出真爱，你才能取得学生对你的尊重和信任。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不论我们衡量一节课上的优劣，还是评价一个老师讲授水平的坎坷，我们都在有熟悉或无熟悉地用讲授法课上学到的知识往衡量。这远比只看考试结果要公道的多。既然是标准那也就是偏向，也就是我们作为老师不停完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让门生喜好的老师，简单地说既要有学问魅力，又要有人格魅力;讲堂上讲授严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与门生打成一片，时刻进步自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎样做才能有学问魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照讲授法课上所学，一点一滴的往渐渐学习、积累、探究了。

写教案从何动手，修正时应细致哪些题目;评课，议课应遵照甚么样的准绳;与门生交换和上课处置惩罚意外情况应当朝着哪一个偏向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要连续发扬的等等这些具体题目的办理我们都需要参照讲授法。

第二条线，它相当于一个脊梁、一副骨架支持起了讲堂讲授这副身躯;相当于葡萄枝，把一个个像葡萄一样既好吃又好看的独立运动连成一节课;相当于曲谱，只需放进歌词就能够成为完备动听的音乐。脊梁、葡萄枝、曲谱我们不常看见，也不大存眷，但他们的存在却不容轻忽，他们的作用也是不容轻忽的。

一些老师讲堂讲授也组织了很多运动，氛围很热烈，门生很活跃，但整节课仿佛显得有点混乱，门生不知学到甚么，讲授效果如何都难以测定，让人总觉得不知是多了点甚么，还是少了点甚么。觉得一节课就是用几个运动简单堆砌起来的。这样，几节课的重复与堆砌就是一个单元的讲授，几个单元讲授的重复与堆砌就是一学期的讲授。而讲授法不同，它让我们的堆砌有了章法，有了布局，可以堆出高楼大厦，也能够堆出艺术作品。总之，它让我们的讲堂活了起来，没必要遵照甚么死理，有了自己的生长偏向;让我们的讲授活了起来，可以四周走动。

第三条线，它相当于一个桥梁性的东西，让我们的讲授从应试教育峻峭的过渡到素质教育。

我们总是说应试教育贻害不浅，对门生以“分”定能力坎坷;对老师以“分”定人为几多。这不光抹杀了门生的创造性，埋没了他们的潜力，乃至扭曲了他们的人格，构成门生逆反生理严重，高分低能等后果;同时糜费了老师的血汗，乃至还要被家长唾骂，打击了老师改进讲授的信心，从而整体影响了国度的教育事业。因此很多人喊着要取消高考，取消考试才能实现素质教育，那可就大错特错了。

从应试教育到素质教育过分，需要一个桥梁，最少在理论上需要讲授法这样一个桥梁。固然要实现素质教育还需要很多条件，比方高素质的老师是必不可少的，宽松的政策与相应的硬件办法也十分必要。但作为一位收费师范生，我们如今能做的就是依照讲授法上的要求往进步自己，往仔细预备好自己的每节课，为国度教育事业尽自己一份力。

在英语课堂中，我不断摸索适合各个年龄段孩子的学习方法，因材施教。看见他们因为每天的学习成果而欣慰时，我有说不上的感觉。想起了“桃李不言，下自成蹊”。对这个思想已经开始转变的时期的学生，我本身是没有信心教好他们，但是就是他们对于英语学习的热情，我开始研究小学英语新课改后的变化，使他们能够主动接受并消化。

由于村里基础设施比较落后，孩子们的思想比起城里的孩子差距太多。但是为了能让他们锻炼一口流利的口语，我使用的是全英文授课模式。刚开始，他们既觉得新鲜但有感觉很吃力，看见他们梁上茫然地表情，我没有放弃，只是用英文刚细致的讲课，让他们能够理解。果不其然，在时间过去一个月的时候，我看到了效果，课堂上最基本的用语已经熟练掌握了。

虽然他们的发音还是存在问题，但我相信经过一个学习的英语教学，他们的口语会有一个突飞猛进的进步。还有一个英语学习中的问题就是他们喜欢过多的写而非去读。这是英语学习的大忌。于是再三考虑下，我决定增加早读时间来改变这一现状。现在我早上一进教室就是一片朗朗读书声，我很高兴我的学生可以这样做。

在下课活动时间，我会主动和他们打成一片，他们喜欢我给他们讲关于城里面的事情，听得津津有味。我相信我的话在他们心中下了梦想的种子，此刻他们正在萌芽，相信不远的将来就会看到梦想硕大的果实。这才是我最终想要做的。

十年磨一剑，霜刃未曾试”，十几年的努力学习，尤其是大学三年多的专业学习，终于到了一试身手的时候。作为师范类毕业生要经历到中学实习这一过程。大学学习期间，除了学习英语的专业知识，还涉及了师范类的教育学、心理学、教学法等学科，接触了大量的教学理论和教学模式。有了书本知识的储备还要经过实践来将理论付诸实际的教学，并要学会融会贯通，以此来锻炼自己，检测自身的能力。就是在这样的背景下，我开始了我的师范类毕业生实习。

我的实习学校是一所普通全日制高中学校。实习学校为我们的实习提供了很多便利的条件，为我们每一位实习生都安排了一位专门负责英语的日常教学指导的指导老师。

近一个月的实习时间里，我始终抱有极大的热情，一直牢记自己作为实习老师的身份，严格要求自己，时时注意言行和仪表。日常生活中，与学校的老师搞好关系，每次主动的问好。在班里尽最大的努力为学生提供帮助和指导。同时，作为实习生还要遵守学校的规章制度。

实习期间我的主要内容集中在英语教学上，这也正是实习校方给我们安排指导老师的原因。短短一个月，我用尽了全力，把自己的全部精力都投入到实习中。这一个月让我学到了很多，这一个月也过得很充实。

实习过程中，我重点抓英语教学，因为我要做好英语教学工作。一个月中，奔波于指导老师的办公室，他们给我提供了大量的锻炼的机会，交给了我很多教学方法和班级管理经验。这真是一次绝佳的实习机会，如此优越的实习条件，只恨时间短暂，否则真想再多实习几个月，更好的锻炼自己。

指导我英语教学的是一位多年从事英语教学的老教师，可以说在教学上经验丰富。老师在教学模式上虽然还是很传统的，但其丰富的教学经验和深厚的英语知识积淀却是巨大的宝库，是永远不会过时的。很庆幸自己遇到了这样一位好的指导老师。我在英语教学方面的主要工作是以下几方面：

1、听课

听课这一环节占据了我实习的大部分时间，也是很重要的一个环节。听课的主要目的在于明确当今英语实际授课的情况，看指导老师如何组织一堂课，如何讲课，如何和学生沟通。最主要目的就是学会自己上课。

在听课方面，我总是尽量的多听课，为自己积累经验，除了听自己的指导老师的课，还去听其他的指导老师说的课，偶尔碰巧也会听实习老师的课。听的课也是五花八门，整合起来正好是一个单元的授课全过程，包括单词的学习，单元的导入，课文的讲解，语法的分析，练习题和单元测试的讲评。

经过两周的听课训练，我基本了解了当今高中英语课的授课模式和流程。现在的课堂虽然有多媒体的辅助，但基本上还是以教师讲解为中心，只是在课堂形式和授课方式上有所改变，课堂也更加灵活。听课过程中我着重注意老师讲课的语气，内容的详略，课堂活动的组织以及课堂指令的发送。同时，也会反思老师为什么这样做，如果换做是我我又会如何讲课，会不会做得更好。所有这些都为我的实战课铺平了道路。

2、作业批改

实习生唯一能帮指导老师做的可能就是批改学生的日常作业。虽然在以往的学习中也或多或少的帮老师改过作业，但现在是以老师的身份批改。正是在作业批改中体会到了作业的巨大作用，通过作业可以发现学生当前学习中存在的问题。以前作为学生，总觉得作业是一种负担，今天才算真正了解老师的良苦用心。每次批改作业都会详细的记录每位学生存在的问题，并在作业上留下相应的评语，或是鼓励，或是指出问题所在。

通过作业的批改还可以了解学生的性格特点，比如有的学生认真，有的诚实，有的则粗心大意毛手毛脚。渐渐地发现自己喜欢上了批改作业，批改作业的过程似乎是在跟学生进行心灵的交流，真是一种享受。但批改作业的难点在于如何写评语。大众化的评语，不仅学生连我自己都厌倦了，为了写出有新意的评语我真是绞尽脑汁。这些积累又是我的一大财富。

3、讲课

经过两周的见习听课，迎来了我的重头戏，讲课。指导老师给予我极大的信任，给我一个单元的内容，用两周的时间，按照自己的安排，自主完成全部的教学内容。为了不影响我的授课思路，老师没有给我他上课使用的课件。老师鼓励我按照自己的思路放心大胆的教。在内容安排上，授课形式上老师也完全尊重我的意愿。

首先进行的便是备课。

平日里看老师上课很轻松，可是到自己真正备起课来还真不是件容易的事。备课不是简单地重现教材，但教材却是备课的基础。我仔细阅读了教材和教师用书对教学大纲的要求，慢慢的形成了自己的思路，然后再一点一点以文字的形式呈现出来，一节课便初具模型了。但其中的细节却不是一两句话可以说得清楚的，不仅是涵盖知识点，还要充分考虑学生的情况。如何用生动的语言把知识传授给学生并且让学生乐于接受。对这一切只能是站在学生的立场思考，想他们想学到什么，想以什么样的方式学。

备课后接下来便是实战了，走上课堂，正式的给学生上课。真实的课堂与学校模拟的课堂可以说是天壤之别。我面对的是一群实实在在的学生，我不是在模拟教学，也不是在讲示范课，而是实际的教学生新知识，我教的好坏直接决定了他们的学习。好在有指导老师听课，很感激老师的付出，每节课都在教室后面听我讲课，课后又给我提供指导性的意见和建议。

第一节课后，整体感觉还行，没有想象的那么紧张，整个授课过程也挺自然的。但问题也很多。首先课堂节奏的把握上不到位，时间控制不好，节奏太快太急，好像被赶着往前跑，从而导致留给学生反思的时间几乎没有。其次是备课不充分，有些内容讲不出所以然来。这节课给我最大的感受是，讲台下坐着的是等待知识浇灌的幼苗，而不是已经枝繁叶茂的大树。我在课堂语言的使用上超出了学生现在的水平。这都是因为没有充分了解学生造成的。

接下来的几节课在老师的帮助和指导下变得越来越好。每节课课后都会收到老师的反馈，像讲课声音太小，练习目的不明确，课堂指令发送不到位等。在老师一次次精心的指导下，我慢慢地成熟了。老师经常对我说，“一堂好课不是看是否完整的呈现了备课，而是看我们真正教会了学生什么。不要期望学生一下子接受我们所教给他们的全部内容，每节课有一点点就足够了。”在教学理论上，老师还经常强调要关注学生的能力，“我们所讲的东西，要让学生用力跳一跳就够得着，不要太高，否则会挫伤学生的信心，而太低学生又会失去兴趣。”

我的实践内容是教培训班的小学生初一英语课程。

虽然我是英语专业的学生，但毕竟没有过教学经验。因此，7月3日，我到第二天就开始接受相关培训。邓校长真是个认真负责的人，她为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——王老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等，特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

经过了一段时间的备课听课和试讲，我终于走上了讲台，开始教课啦!

我角的这本教材的特点是单词量大。所以在教课的过程中，我遇到的第一个困难是如何让孩子们对枯燥的英语单词产生兴趣。关于这点，我在培训时准备的游戏帮了我不少忙。我发现学生最喜欢的游戏要数simon says 和snowman.因为这两个游戏学生可以全班参与，有赏有罚，十分热闹。这也是学校里其他老师使用得最多的游戏。

不过，为了使我的课堂有自己的特色，我也想出了几个其它调动学习单词的兴趣提高学习效率的方法。其中最有效的是领读单词这招。每个人都有上进心，都不想被别人比下去，这一点在孩子们身上体现得最明显。我正是利用了这点，在教单词时，给孩子们充足的时间自己练习读熟它们，并让以不同的形式他们轮流领读，读得标准的同学还可以获得当小老师的机会去较其他人，实力相对弱的同学不仅要接受惩罚，还要成为“别人”的学生，这样学生为了可以当小老师，为了得到大家的掌声，一节课下来，几乎每个同学都可以把单词读熟读好。

一个问题解决了，第二个问题马上出现了。经过几次考试，孩子们贪玩的本性实在令我头痛。全班十二名学生，回家能认认真真背单词的人不超过五个，怎么办?在得到几位老师的意见后，结合我班的情况，我终于想出了几个办法!

向来有积分制度，学生根据自己的上课情况和考试成绩会得到不同的积分，不同积分会有不同礼物兑换。本来每位同学每节课最多只能得四分，但在和几位老师商量后，我决定我们班每节课的积分以考试成绩为主，单词全对的同学，根据人数可以得到五分十分二十分不等的奖励。这个新方法一实行，就取得了特别明显的效果。不过，总有几个贪玩的“小懒虫”，从不在意分数。没办法，我只好用其他的方法使他们第一范文网。第一招，话聊。找出这几个孩子回家后不学习的原因。第二招，为他们量身定计划。举个例子具体点说。我们班有两个关系很好的女孩子，她俩共同的特点就是爱上英语课，不爱背单词。别看她俩关系好，在学习上可是暗暗叫劲儿。每次上课前她俩都会各自找机会悄悄问我要对方的作业看，比一比谁写得好，评语好。我就是抓住了她俩这个心里，为她俩制定了一套学习方案。有一段时间，我会给她俩布置背单词，读课文，背句子等不同的任务，并在第二次上课前单独考她们，再根据她们的考试情况在课堂得分外多加些分数。开始时，她们不理解我的做法，没想到一段时间后她们不仅提高了成绩，还主动要求我给她们布置课外任务，比一比谁学得好，这点让我很高兴。当然，其他的同学也会有不同方式的加分的机会。
