实践报告：这个暑假，可以说过的太快了，感觉还没休息了就又来学校了。本来放假的时候要和室友一块去南方打工，可是几经周折没能去成，只好无奈的回家。到家之后，找了份暑假补习班的工作，另外有找了份家教的工作。都是教初中的英语。

刚开始补习班开始上课前，白天在街里忙着给人家招生，晚上去给一个初三的小孩补初二的英语，前几天每天都是忙到晚上快十点才一个人骑着车子回家，吃晚饭都快十点半了。后来补习班开始上课，我就开始了两遍跑的生活。白天去给补习班那上课，晚上去家教那，不过还好，步入正轨后，每天晚上八点就能回家了。前几天快要透支了，后来习惯了也没觉得那么苦。在补课期间，我的嗓子哑了一个多月。真的觉得干什么都不容易，去厂里上班和干别的都需要自己的坚持。在过去的一年里，我感觉每次放假都是对我毅力的一种挑战。大一的寒假和暑假让我明白了很多。在这个暑假里，最令我感动的是家教的那个小孩，说实话，他的英语很不好，记忆力也很不好，也许只是在英语方面，但是，在我给他补课的一个月里，他一直很认真的在努力，即使单词他背不会，但是他一直在努力地背。我问他为什么现在想起来补英语了，他说只想给自己一个机会，以前没努力，现在给自己一次机会，想证明自己到底行不行。真的很喜欢这样坚持的人，我感觉自己曾经也是这样的人，后来没有了目标，就忘记了坚持。为什么自己不能给自己一次机会。面对这么严峻的就业形势，我醒悟到必须给自己一个机会，一个继续前进的机会。

另外就是在暑假补习班的生活，我负责教初一的英语，说实话，我很喜欢那个班的小孩子，和他们相处一个月的时间很开心，他们都喊我二姐，叫他们数学老师大姐，和他们在一块很轻松，让我想起了自己上初中时傻乎乎的样子。在给人家做老师的同时，我深深理解了责任这两个字意味着什么。如果以后我做了老师，我该怎样对得起这个称号。暑假补习班40天，结束后，有时候在街上碰见了那群可爱的孩子，让我欣慰的是他们都叫我二姐，而不是老师。因为是对我一个多月努力地一种肯定。等课结束后，离开学只剩10几天左右，我用自己的工资买了一个电脑。我始终相信，只要别人拥有的东西我一定会有，但必须靠自己努力，一直努力。

这个暑假里我想了很多，最重要是想通了很多，前途不再和以前一样渺茫，因为知道了自己的路该怎样走，需要我付出更多的汗水。生命的起点无法选择，但我一定能决定生命的终点。

在第一天的两个小时的上课中，我尽量与她聊一些比较有趣的事情，当然是有关于英语的。对于她这样的情况我觉得我应该从培养她对英语的兴趣开始。从英语的一些趣味小故事，到比较出名的美国大片。我发现她的表情也变得鲜活起来。但是只要我一提到她的课本，或是一提到有关语法的东西，她的眼神又开始晃悠了。这使我有种深深的无力感和挫败感。一天的两小时家教时间很快就过去了，我跟莹堙相处得还算愉快。

第二天，为的改善她懒惰和喜欢走神的毛病，我给她讲了我的同学的经历，给她阐明了学生的职责和学习的目的。她似乎懂得了什么。不时地点头表示同意。此后，我也经常给她聊类似个事，不时地与她交谈学习体会。她的听课状态比以前有了很大的改观。每天上午工作两个小时，中间有一段休息的时间。因此，我在以后的讲课中，对他的要求渐渐严格起来，并经常给他讲解懒惰的害处。他虽然听得进去，但改观不大。这是可以理解的。

我认为有句话说得好：“不想当将军的士兵就不是个好士兵。”在此我就套用一下：“不想当班长的学生就不是个好学生。”此话怎讲呢?因为所谓“班长”，及是“一班之长”，首先要给全班同学作出一个榜样，要发挥模范带头作用，要处处以身作则，其次，要管理班级和同学，要为大众服务。可以说，每一个竞选班长的同学都是要好的。

我认为我有能力做好班长，首先，我觉得我的成绩大体上不错，有资格成为同学们学习方面的榜样，不过仍有不少缺点，但我会尽力改正。其次，我小学时从二年级开始担任班干部，在管理班级上多多少少有一些经验，不过当然也有做得不够好之处，对于我工作上的弱点我也会尽量克服。最后，也是最重要的一条，我有信心当好我们班的班长。

虽说我以前并没有当过班长，但我觉得有经验是因为有了机会，没有人是天生的班长。我希望大家能给我这么一个机会。

我一定会利用这次机会好好表现自己的才能，把自己秀的一面展现给大家。如果我当上了班长，我会更加严格要求自己，让自己做得更好，成为大家的榜样，也让我们班更好，成为全年级的佼佼者。当然，如果大家对我不满，或者我有什么做得不妥之处，欢迎来“批评”我。
