在一个多月的实习生活里，我一直以教师身份严格要求自己，处处注意言行和仪表，热心爱护实习学校和班级学生，本着对学生负责的态度尽力做好实习工作;同时，作为实习生一员，一直紧记实习守则，遵守实习学校的规章制度，尊重学校领导和老师，虚心听取他们的意见，学习他们的经验，主动完成实习学校布置的任务，塑造了良好的形象，给实习学校的领导、老师和学生都留下了好的印象，得到学校领导和老师的一致好评，对此，本人甚感欣慰。在这短暂的实习期间，我主要进行了教学工作实习和班主任工作实习。

二、教学工作方面

1、听课怎样上好每一节课，是整个实习过程的重点。刚开始的一个礼拜的任务是听课和自己进行试讲工作。在这期间我听了3个课任老师共8节课。在听课前，认真阅读了教材中的相关章节，如果是习题课，则事前认真做完题目，把做题的思路简单记下，并内心盘算自己讲的话会怎样讲。听课时，认真记好笔记，重点注意老师的上课方式，上课思想及与自己思路不同的部分，同时注意学生的反应，吸收老师的优点。同时简单记下自己的疑惑，想老师为什么这样讲。

2、备课与上课一周时间转眼即逝，在科任指导老师的安排下，我们开始进行备课。备课不是简单地看教材，而是认真地梳理教材的内容和想方设法地用自己的语言表述出来。单是这个重新复述的过程就已经很考验我们的能力。由于我们是新老师在学校里虽有微格训练但那毕竟都是自己的同学，与小学生是有很大不同的。因此在备课的时候必须充分考虑学生可能会出现的问题。语文它是人文性与工具性的统一因此在备课的时候要充分考虑到语文的学科性质。不能有所偏失。对于老师而言，最大的疑惑应该是“教师要教到什么程度”。

以前作为学生听课，目的是学习知识;现在作为教师上课，是为了学生学习。目的不一样，我们的注意点就不一样。刚看教材的时候，觉得一篇课文(精读课文)40分钟怎么就讲初读部分;后来备课，发现要讲解的问题很多，一节课能把字音字形字义及初读课文讲完就已经很不错了。或许是知之越多，越是觉得难以着手。由于缺乏经验，在学校的时候也缺乏必要的训练，我们对教材的处理、对讲授内容的把握做得并不到位。对于科任指导老师谭敏老师的提示，我像是如获至宝，尽量根据谭老师的安排来备课。谭老师对教案进行反复修改，我也经常与另一位语文实习老师互相提问题，大家都期待真正上课那一刻的到来。

3、上课带给我们最初、最大的感受是，讲台下坐着的不再是与我们一起在微格教室训练的同学，而是真正的学生。他们不会像自己的同学那样随意附和、快捷地回答我们提出的问题，而是真正地思考和等待着我们的解答。他们在听不明白的时候会突然提问，或者干脆就趴在桌子上看书和睡觉。

课堂上若学生对我的提问有所反应的话，就是对我最大的回报。因此，在课堂上必须注意学生的反应。我认为，要随时掌握学生的学习情况，分析原因，从而改进自己的教学方法和确立教学内容。教师既要讲授知识，又要管理课堂纪律，并且与学生进行个别交流。刚开始时因为心情特别紧张，经验不足和应变能力不强，课堂出现了“讲课重点不突出，教学思路不流畅，师生配合不够默契”等问题。针对出现的问题，谭老师老师会细心讲解哪些是重点，怎样突破难点，怎样自然过度，并提议要多向经验丰富的教师学习，多研究教材和其他教学资料，并且面对面地指出教案的不足以及上课时存在的缺点。他态度温和，经常面带笑容，即使是批评，我也能欣然接受。

过几次实战的磨练，现在的我已经基本能够驾驭课堂，胜任教师的角色了。虽然我还有很多做的不是很好的地方，但这次实习真的让深深的体会到教师工作的辛劳，也深刻理解了教学相长的，使我的教学理论变为教学实践，使虚拟教学变成真正的面对面的教学。要想成为一位优秀的教师，不仅要学识渊博，其它各方面如语言、表达方式、心理状态以及动作神态等等都是很重要的，站在教育的最前线，真正做到“传道、授业、解惑”，是一件任重道远的事情，我更加需要不断努力提高自身的综合素、班主任工作方面

三班主任工作方面

在班主任日常管理工作中，积极负责，认真到位，事事留心。从早晨的卫生监督，仪表检查，作业上交，早读到课间纪律，课间操，课堂纪律，午休管理，眼保健操，自习课等等，每样事物都负责到底，细致监督。当然，在监督他们的同时不忘结合他们的个性特点进行思想道德教育，以培养他们正确的学习目标，积极向上的乐观人生态度和正确的人生价值观。

班主任是班级工作的组织者、管理者和策划者，也是学校管理的中间力量和骨干分子，对良好班风和校风的形成起到举足轻重的作用。

从xx年x月进入xx小学工作至今已一年，回顾这一年来的工作和学习，本人受益良多。

一、师德修养方面

德高为师，身正是范。师德是一个教师的灵魂，作为一名幼儿教师要以德治身，培养良好的师德。爱岗敬业，以满腔热情投入幼儿教育，要从“德”中体会到献身幼儿教育事业的无比快乐和自豪。我从事幼教工作已有五年，回顾自己的经历，对师德认识有一个由浅到深，由片面到全面的过程。经过各种学习，能够说在师德认识上有了提高，更重要的是，在理论上使我对爱岗敬业有了具体资料和明确目标，我对自己所担负的幼儿教育工作，又有了新的认识。勇于解剖自己，分析自己，正视自己，认真查找自己的缺点和不足，从而不断提高自身的素质和修养。

工作中从不迟到和早退，坚持100%出勤，准时参加园长组织的各项会议，认真领会会议精神，虚心向有经验的教师请教和学习。培养跨时代所需要的高素质人才，其基础就是从良好的幼儿教育开始，幼儿教师的一言一行及教育质量，将直接影响到今后小学、中学及大学的学习质量和综合素质潜力的提高。人们形容育人职业是“园丁”那是很贴切的，尤其幼儿教育，从事启蒙教育更加显得重要，能够这样说，什么样的教师就培养什么样的学生，育人之本，关键在于师德。

二、教育教学方面

我20xx年毕业于湛江市幼儿师范学校，三年的师范生活炼就了我扎实的基本功，进入工作岗位后，成为一名真正的幼教老师，理论和实践的有机结合，不断在教学中积累总结教育教学经验，与同事们交流、探索研究新方法，新方案;生活中，我和孩子们打成一片，成为孩子们的好朋友。

在教学中，对自己的工作表现也有满意与不足，但无论怎样，都需要自己踏踏实实的工作，实实在在的做人。作为教学经验尚浅的我，经常向其他老师请教，并观摩她们的教学活动来学以致用，取长补短。为做好教学工作，我认真制定教案，做好每次教师汇报课的工作，并根据孩子们的特点设计教学活动。在教法上，不断反思与总结，努力实践。我每一次的汇报课，园长和各位老师的点评和鼓励，成为我对以后上课的渴望与成功。只有在不断的批评与好评中使我不断进步。

四、反思和总结

二、工作表现

教育教学方面“努力成为孩子们喜欢的老师”，是我的工作目标。有这样一句名言：“教育者没有情感，没有爱，如同池塘里没有水一样。”实际工作中，我努力为孩子们创设一个充满爱的“池塘”。当孩子有困难时，我会随时关注给予帮忙。尤其对有特殊状况的孩子，我更是给予格外的爱护，帮肋每一位孩子树立起自信心，教会他们尊重别人，培养他们良好的生活和学习习惯，教会他们自己动手寻找答案。这些对于他们来说，一辈子都是受益的。

对于班级各项工作，我是用心主动地承担，在教学中刻苦钻研业务，认真备课，精心选取教学方法，充分准备教具，勤勤恳恳，踏踏实实。工作这几年，我带过大、中、小、托班的孩子，对于不同年龄阶段的孩子，其表现出的特点也是不同的。设计教学活动时，我注意做到有针对性。设计活动目标时，以孩子为主体，以孩子的终身发展为前提，让孩子能跳一跳摘到属于自己的那颗果实。

三、工作实绩

一、不断学习，提高自身素质

只有通过多种渠道不断的学习，才能提高忠诚于党的教育事业的责任心，才能提高自身的素质和教学本领。本人在本学期中，积极参加各项时事、政治学习，坚持把理论同实际相结合，从我做起，从身边的小事做起，用正确的思想引导幼儿，做好保教工作。

本学期中，充分发挥自身的凝聚力作用，坚持做到以身作则、勇于奉献、勤勤恳恳，无论是否当班，都要做好并检查班级的各项工作。只有这样才能使其他老师充分把精力投入到工作中，在工作中从不计较个人得失，充分发挥“你中有我，我中有你”的团队精神作用，团结一致地做好班级工作。在狠抓班级常规中，真正做到工作有目的、行动有组织、实施有计划，使班级的吃饭常规、收拾玩具、排队等常规初见成效。做为班主任，我深知自己在班中的位置。

二、勇于改革，开拓活动领域

在课改活动中，能积极参加课改的理论学习，转变自身的教育理念，带领其他教师认真探讨、领会《福建省幼儿园教师教育用书》的内容意图，在立足本班幼儿的特点，积极开展主题活动和领域活动相辅相成，在选择中思考，在思考中选择，建立有利于本班幼儿发展的课程。

三、坚定信心，规范良好常规

俗语说：“没有规矩，难成方圆”。良好的常规可以使幼儿生活具有合理的节奏，即能使神经系统得到有益的调节，促进身体健康，有利于培养幼儿自我服务的生活能力，为今后生活和学习奠定良好的基础。

本学期，根据班级计划中我班的几个弱点，着重开展以下活动来促使班级常规良好风气的形成：一是制作“幼儿一日生活”评比栏，用红、黄、紫、绿四色花，分别代替良好作息时间、卫生情况、午休情况、活动情况。对进步的幼儿及时表扬，对落后的幼儿给予鼓励;二是创设良好的区角，供幼儿分区活动，在活动中，教师有针对性对个别幼儿进行教育，做到“三轻”即：说话轻、拿玩具轻、玩玩具轻;三是在中餐、午休中，以保育员为轴心，教师积极配合，使各项工作目的、步调一致，目前已有一定的效果;四是抓好班级的队伍工作，为安全打下良好的基础，在小班是幼儿跨入集体生活的一个转折点，也是关键时期，通过一年的培养，班级常规初见成效，在升中班后，将进一步加大培养力度，争取更大进步。

四、突出特色，打造双语教学

作为“双语班”的教师，首先我对自己严格要求，在“一日生活”环节中努力做到能用英语说的决不用汉语，为了提高自身的英语水平，我同其他教师一道自费请三明一中的英语老师辅导我们，经过一段时间的学习，英语水平有了明显的提高。

除了创设大胆的英语氛围外，我努力使我班英语教学突出本班特色，本着小班幼儿的年龄特点，我同其他教师采取一些行之有效的教学手段。一是在“一日生活”的空隙阶段来学习一些日常中要用到的短语、问候语，因为这部分时间较短，幼儿注意力较容易集中，这些短语较枯燥，这样学习往往会取得良好效果;二是利用各种手段，各种形式，各种感官来学习英语。如：学习英语中的菠萝时，让幼儿通过触摸、品尝来调动幼儿学习英语的积极性。学习英语中的汽球时，让幼儿通过身体的各个部位来玩球，然后大胆地表述。在有趣的ABC学习中让幼儿通过各个领域的整合，调动一切感观来发现学英语的乐趣。

工作上所取得的成果是显而易见的，幼儿学习英语积极性渐渐增强了，在“一日生活”中，幼儿会不经意地说出英语。我指导廖老师开设“有趣的A、B、C”课题，在“以老带新”活动评比中获第一名，并参加课改汇报课。

五、德育工作，以环保为载体

从身边的事情做起，以爱护自己、爱护周围的环境、保护水资源、爱护鸟类等活动，使幼儿从小养成良好的环境保护意识，养成良好的行为习惯。在我班开展主题为“有趣的水”活动中，我请我班环保局家长带来许多关于环境保护图片供幼儿观看;让幼儿玩水，通过玩水使他们感觉水的质感，并引导他们说说水有哪些用途、水是怎样来的和我们应该怎样节约用水。通过活动来使幼儿了解环保知识，增强热爱大自然的意识。

六、密切联系，增进家园互动

为了更好的做好家长工作，在每月的家访活动和“家长接待日”活动中，我同其他教师一道及时向家长反馈幼儿在园里的各种表现。对个别幼儿出现特殊情况时，我都要求必须立刻打电话向家长询问、了解幼儿情况，及早掌握幼儿情况的第一手资料。对教师关心和爱护幼儿的一些举措，家长们也表示认可。对于一些幼儿在园内有一定进步时，我们马上与家长取得联系，请家长配合，使该幼儿能继续进步。本学期进步较大的有：张艺萱、刘昱、林正烜、高宇、邓长屹等。

为了充实家长们的育儿经验，每月都及时更换家教栏中有关保育的文章，并通过家长之间互相交流育儿的经验，我们还特请余鹏翔家长撰写有关家教的文章。

时间在幼儿的成长中过去了，我们班幼儿在各方面都取得了不同的进步，这虽然是可喜的，但在其它方面的工作中也存在着许多不足之处。如：自身方面，同其他教师在配合上不是很默契，在班级管理上不够大胆，有时还有听之任之的感觉;在工作中，培养幼儿在区角中的常规不够、提高幼儿的动手操作能力有待于提高、使各项工作都能得到家长认可还不够。

在今后工作中，我将带领其他教师一道，吸取他山之成功经验，在学习上认真努力，研究探索;在工作中，锐意创新，用新的思维理念、新的工作方法，打造培养出一批高素质的，为我园添姿加彩的亮丽花朵。

我认为有句话说得好：“不想当将军的士兵就不是个好士兵。”在此我就套用一下：“不想当班长的学生就不是个好学生。”此话怎讲呢?因为所谓“班长”，及是“一班之长”，首先要给全班同学作出一个榜样，要发挥模范带头作用，要处处以身作则，其次，要管理班级和同学，要为大众服务。可以说，每一个竞选班长的同学都是要好的。

我认为我有能力做好班长，首先，我觉得我的成绩大体上不错，有资格成为同学们学习方面的榜样，不过仍有不少缺点，但我会尽力改正。其次，我小学时从二年级开始担任班干部，在管理班级上多多少少有一些经验，不过当然也有做得不够好之处，对于我工作上的弱点我也会尽量克服。最后，也是最重要的一条，我有信心当好我们班的班长。

虽说我以前并没有当过班长，但我觉得有经验是因为有了机会，没有人是天生的班长。我希望大家能给我这么一个机会。
