7月至9月底 此阶段考生需要比较系统地复习语言知识，其中包括语法知识和词汇知识。这里所谓“系统地复习”，并非指将所有语法知识和词汇知识无一遗漏也无侧重点地背上一遍，而是要求考生将考纲中提供的词汇和词组全部掌握，将一些基本的语法知识和特殊的语法现象彻底弄明白，否则，仅仅通过做模拟考题来学习，对基础语言知识的记忆和理解肯定是一知半解、支离破碎。语言知识是基础，虽然现在不会单独的考查词汇和语法知识，但是，词汇和语法知识可以帮助考生做其他部分———尤其是翻译和阅读理解。

第三阶段 提高强化阶段

10月至11月底，本阶段的复习重点是专项训练、考研真题和模拟训练。经过一段时间的复习后基本了解自己的优劣势，在这一阶段，提醒XX年得考生应强化优势，弥补劣势，在习题方面可以选择专项训练，并养成记笔记的好习惯，把做题过程中遇到的问题以及生词都记在笔记上，经常翻阅。这个时期最重要的资料就是真题，要深刻透彻地研究真题，把握考研命题规律和解题技巧。研究真题主要目的有三点：一是继续巩固英语基础。掌握真题中出现的每一个单词、词组和疑难句，这是到目前这个阶段提高英语基础的最有效率最快捷最有针对性的方法;二是读懂文章。有了一定的单词和语法基础，并不一定就能读懂考研英语文章。读懂考研文章需要把握这类文章的基本架构、文章核心信息的标志和经常出现的位置，从而能迅速把握文章中心和作者态度，找到解题的主线;三是掌握正确的解题思路。认真分析真题中的每一道题目、每一个选项，分析命题者的命题思路，从而掌握正确的解题思路。

第一则 总则

第五则 双方费用的分担

1、娱乐机台及娱乐场所内的安全由甲方完全负责，娱乐机台的人为损坏其损失由甲方负责。

2、甲乙双方每天核对账目，并按规定比例进行现金分账，双方不得拖欠，每日结算一次。

3、在营运期间若出现亏损，每天亏损超过人民币一万元，甲方应停机并及时通知乙方负责人。

4、机台在正常使用时损坏或故障，由甲乙双方共同承担。(人为除外)

5、机台运费分担：甲方负责机台到场的运费，乙方负责机台运回的运费。设备到达目的后因甲方原因(如证件、关系不成熟等)而未能经营，其设备往返两地所产生的费用由甲方承担，甲方并按设备总投资的20%赔偿乙方。

6、甲方负责营业场所的证照、房费和相关的管理费、水电费、装修费及员工工资等，所有相关部门的税收及外围的公关费用也由甲方承担，甲方提供乙方技术员吃住问题，费用由甲方负责(可协商)，乙方技术员的工资由乙方负责。

7、若在经营中产生第三个合作方(厂商提供的专业合作机台)，其分成方式为扣除第三合作方分成利润后，剩余利润再按甲乙双方比例分成。

8、在设备运营过程中，设备更新往来的运费由双方从营业额中共同承担。

第六则 利润分成

甲乙双方分成比例为：甲方分成当天总营业额的70%，乙方分成当天总营业额的30%。当天营业额在交班时先扣除第三方，即软件开发商提成后再按双方所占有的比例分账。由双方代表签字，各自拿回分成款。

第七则 甲乙双方的责任事宜

1、机台由乙方负责管理和维修;游戏娱乐场所的行政对外和日常经营由甲方负责。

2、甲方负责维护乙方的娱乐机台的安全，负责乙方娱乐机台不受人为损坏、没收或查封。如出现上述事件，甲方负责在三个月内追回机台并处理各方关系，若娱乐机台被没收超过三个月，甲方须赔偿乙方全额的娱乐机台成本(注：娱乐机台成本以当时市场价格为准)。

3、乙方员工的安全及食宿由甲方负责。

4、双方工作人员在上班期间禁止玩机器，即使下班也不可以玩推币系列的设备。

5、电玩城在营业中杜绝赊分欠款，如发生赊分欠款的现象，当日结账时此款项谁答应承担的则由谁承担。贵宾卡及炒场赠分由甲乙双方人员共同监督管理执行。

第八则 违约责任

1、协议履行中如发生争执，由甲乙双方派代表协商解决，在国家政策允许的情况下，甲乙双方员工不得影响游戏娱乐场所的正常运营。

2、正式开业后，若每月乙方分成达不到人民币______万元整，甲方必须每月凑足人民币______万元给乙方，否则乙方有权随时撤走娱乐机台、终止使用，不作任何赔偿。

3、本合同终止时，甲方须把娱乐机台安全退回乙方，乙方则退回押金。甲方不得限制乙方与其他游戏娱乐场地合作。

第九则 其他事项

1、本协议须甲乙双方签字盖章后立即生效。

2、本协议连娱乐机台清单一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。

3、有关本次合作，甲乙双方提供的所有资料只能用于本游戏娱乐场所的业务，双方应将对方提供的资料视为机密文件，不准在同行业中散播。
