3、若有甲方利用平台进行违法，违规活动之情形（以司法机关或国家有关管理机关的判定为准），乙方有权单方面解除协议，并不承担任何赔偿责任。

4、甲方应及时结算开发期费用，不能无故拖延，如延后付款超过____个星期，则乙方将自动取得本合同游戏的所有权利。

（二）乙方责任与权利

2、双方未经书面同意，不得在双方合作项目范围之外，向外界透露客户的任何商业秘密，包括口头或是书面的方式，还是以磁盘，胶片或是电子文件等形式存在的。
