In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. Once, in an art class, Mr. Shu arranged ink and wash paintings. I picked up my brush, dipped it in black ink and scribbled it on white paper. When the bell rang, a "earth-shaking" work was born in me. The more I looked at the picture, the more interesting it was, and I gave it a name, Panda Dog Records. I picked up this work and showed it around the class, but nobody cared about me. They all turned a blind eye to it. So I took it to my good friend Wang Zhebin in frustration, only to see that he looked very carefully. Then I made a vomiting movement and satirized, "Yes, its really good, master level." After listening to his praise, I was happier, and I became intoxicated with myself. For a gifted teenager like me, its a piece of cake! I also said to Wang Zhebin, "Boy, do you want to worship teachers? You can get a discount! Say a word of jealousy, dont hide it in your heart!" We both laughed together.

Of course, I also have shortcomings, as our head teacher analyzed me, I am indeed a little despising people, very proud, self-proclaimed hero of such a boy. But I believe that I will overcome these shortcomings and become a competent vice-monitor!

大学生英语课堂教学实习报告

在三个月的英语教学实习中，先后完成了听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课任务。期间，指导老师、实习老师们、学生们都给了我很大帮助与启示。现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。

一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课等教学情况的概述

自9月610号起开始听课，先后听课大约有100多节，并且作了听课记录。听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流，将心得体会记在日志中。听完公开课后，也与实习老师们一起评课议课，获益匪浅。在自己正式讲课前，认真备课、修改教案;曾多次试讲.自第一次走上讲台正式讲课后，就不断听取指导老师，实习老师们及学生们的意见，在不断总结与改进中探索有自己特色的讲课技巧与风格。先后在高一(1)班、高一(6)班讲课4个单元;评讲考试试卷3次及周清试题若干次;批改作业，早、晚自习辅导也不曾落下;监考，阅卷，组办英语文化季活动，参加学校的各种教研会议、各项活动也都尽力做到最好。

二、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结;

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“ppp”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

6. 声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

7. 对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

8. 在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

三、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

四、对英语课堂教学与英语教学法的思考

实习期间和许多实习老师一样，我也觉得在大学所学的教学法在这很难应用，是我们所学的教学法有问题吗?是它太先进而不能应用于这里的落后实际吗?到底问题在哪?

首先在这我自己得重新审视一下大学里所学的教学法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的认识，觉得它在教学中至少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不管我们衡量一节课上的好坏，还是评价一个老师教学水平的高低，我们都在有意识或无意识地用教学法课上学到的知识去衡量。这远比只看考试成绩要合理的多。既然是标准那也就是方向，也就是我们作为老师不断完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让学生喜欢的老师，简单地说既要有学识魅力，又要有人格魅力;课堂上教学严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与学生打成一片，时刻提高自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎么做才能有学识魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照教学法课上所学，一点一滴的去慢慢学习、积累、探索了。

写教案从何下手，修改时应注意哪些问题;评课，议课应遵循什么样的原则;与学生交流以及上课处理意外情况应该朝着哪个方向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要继续发扬的等等这些具体问题的解决我们都需要参照教学法。

第二条线，它相当于一个脊梁、一副骨架支撑起了课堂教学这副身躯;相当于葡萄枝，把一个个像葡萄一样既好吃又好看的独立活动连成一节课;相当于曲谱，只要放进歌词就可以成为完整动听的音乐。脊梁、葡萄枝、曲谱我们不常看见，也不大关注，但他们的存在却不容忽视，他们的作用也是不容忽视的。

二、协议双方说明

1.研发公司负责研发和升级中文版________________游戏的服务器端和客户端软件及技术， 并享有维护上述软件的权力;

2.研发公司有权按协议约定获得来自协议区域的收益;

3.运营公司应当在协议区域内负责产品的运作，推广，发行，生产，使用，销售和服务;

4.研发公司允许运营公司按照以下协议约定在协议区域内提供产品的服务，营销，推广和使用所有商标，标识。

三、术语定义

在本协议中，下列术语含义如下：

1.“内部测试”代表第本协议中的质量认证测试。

2.“商业秘密”代表运营公司的一切商业秘密和信息，包括(但非全部)：

1)运营公司服务的技术与设计。

2)运营公司的人事、政策及商业策略等。

3)运营公司服务对付费用户的各项规定条款，但不包含已经公开发布的。(否则将视为破坏保密协议)

3.“无形资产”代表研发公司拥有的名称、商标、图标、徽章、设计图案、服务标识以及其他任何特殊的无形资产。

4.“工作日”代表中国除周六、周日及其他法定假日外的工作日。

5.“文件”代表所有关于游戏最终用户端程序及服务器端程序的使用手册、说明书、用户指南、网站文档等。

6.“合作伙伴”代表任何由运营公司直接或间接控制或由运营公司拥有控制权的任何公司、集团公司、合伙公司、合资公司等一切实体。

7.“Alpha版”“Beta版”在本协议中代表“____________________”中文版正式上市前由研发公司提供给运营公司的任何版本的最终用户端程序和服务器端程序，以及各种必要的用来帮助进行内部测试的技术说明文档。

8.“交付时间表”代表研发公司将游戏的Alpha版、Beta版及最终正式版交付给运营公司的时间表。详见附录。

9.“最终用户端程序”代表供游戏的终极用户使用来连接到游戏服务器的电脑软件程序，包括任何改进、更正、修订、升级及内容增加等。详见附录。

10.“最终用户”代表购买游戏客户端软件供自己使用而非再销售的个人。

11.“正式版本”在本协议中代表通过了运营公司内部测试并由运营公司确认可以作为正式版上市销售给经销商及最终用户并使其连接到游戏服务的最终用户端程序和服务器端程序的版本。

12.“不可抗力因素”代表运营公司按照合同规定无法预估和支配的各种情况。包括但不仅限于以下情况：自然灾害、战争、罢工、政府限制、电力中断或网络设施及服务器的损坏。

13.“游戏服务”代表由运营公司开发并包含于运营公司服务内容的在线游戏服务。

14.“游戏”代表此款名为“____________________”的多人网络游戏。

15.“知识产权”代表现已存在或将会存在的各种知识产权内容，包括：专利、商标、注册的设计、之前描述过的各种应用程序、版权、商业秘密中涉及的权利，包括但不仅限于创造性的美术设计。

16.“产品”代表与适当文件包装在一起的最终用户端程序。

17.“收入”在本协议中或在本协议中规定今后将执行的账目、商务及审计过程中代表由运营公司通过销售产品和提供产品授权获得的由付费用户为享受游戏服务而支付的费用。

18.“分成比例”代表应由运营公司从其收入中支付给研发公司的比例。

19.“服务器端程序”代表将被安装于运营公司服务器上用以使最终用户能够享受游戏服务的电脑软件程序，包括任何改进、升级及内容增加等。

20.“运营公司服务”由运营公司运营的包含但不仅限于以下内容的服务：宽带互联网接入、导航指南、收费内容服务、游戏及其他相关服务。

21.“付费用户”代表由运营公司认证并向运营公司付费以通过运营公司服务享受游戏服务的任何人。

22.“期限”代表________条款中描述的时间期限。

23.“数据记录”代表所有处理数据或记录，由游戏服务处理执行的一切信息，并且包括所有与付费用户相关的信息和通信。数据记录是运营公司的商业秘密。

24.“更新内容”代表本协议中规定的应由研发公司提供的本产品或游戏服务的改进或补充。

25.“URL”代表统一资源定位符，包括域名和二级以及其他任何用来访问或定位游戏服务的名称。

26.本协议中涉及的所有有关本产品的“出售、销售”都是代表允许使用此产品的授权过程。所有有关本产品“购买”都是代表购买允许使用此产品的授权。

27.协议有效地域：由双方约定协议有效地域范围。

四、经双方协商一致，研发公司与运营公司同意以下条款

1.开发与可交付使用

1.1 游戏的开发与支持 研发公司应向运营公司提供游戏的开发与设计、最终用户程、服务器端程序以及相关文件。同时，研发公司还应保证按照本协议规定的交付时间表进行同步的相关支持。

1.2 未能按时交货 如果研发公司不能依照交付时间表完成，运营公司有权暂时不支付本协议规定的任何费用，直到交货的问题得以解决。时间将不会成为本协议的根本问题。

1.3 可交付使用 研发公司应当依照交付时间表同步提供最终用户端程序、服务器端程序以及相关文件，包括所有结果代码、文档、列表、库、数据文件以及需用于游戏服务的所有相关程序软件。(”可交付使用”)

1.4 本地化 研发公司应当负担游戏中文简体版本地化的费用以及游戏内所有的详尽文字内容，运营公司应有机会评估本地化的结果，并且提供确认。

2.指定及授权

2.1 唯一指定 研发公司在本协议中提供给运营公司以下独家的唯一的权利：

(a)再生产、演示及展示本产品;

(b)对中国大陆的用户直接进行或通过经销商和分销商进行本产品的销售、市场行销、分销等活动;

(c)允许中国大陆的最终用户可以以结果代码的形式使用此产品;

(d)提供维护与支持服务，包括但不仅限于：技术支持、软件支持、客户服务及在线客户服务，所有GM将对研发公司的专门GM负责人汇报。所有运营公司的GM必须依照研发公司提出的客户服务规范对中国大陆的最终用户进行服务;

(e)安装、拷贝、储存、编辑及修改服务器端程序以便提供必要的游戏服务。整体统称“权利”

2.2 互联网权利 协议各方同意，尽管本协议限定的区域为中国大陆，运营公司仍然可以通过互联网进行本产品的市场行销及销售活动，但运营公司应该确定通过互联网访问的用户来自中国大陆。如果通过互联网对中国大陆以外地区进行的销售达到或超过了全部产品销售和收费的10%，将视为运营公司违反了本协议。

2.3 URLs. 研发公司同意所有用于访问限定区域内的游戏服务的URL以及其他相关权利都为运营公司独家拥有。

2.4 进一步的保证 研发公司应当确保运营公司能够在不侵犯知识产权以及不必负担额外费用的情况下享受本协议规定的各项合法权利。研发公司应当独自负担第1子条款中为取得各项权利所须支付的额外费用。运营公司为进行本产品的销售、市场行销和分销所须获得的其他所有权利和授权费用以及在开发完善本协议规定的游戏服务过程中可能发生的获取授权费用也应由研发公司独自负担。

2.5 付款义务 运营公司对研发公司唯一的付款义务应与本协议中规定的所获得权利相对应。运营公司不需要对其他任何一方支付任何费用以获得本协议中规定其应获得的权利。

3.更新资料

3.1 在本协议的有效期内，所有关于游戏的升级资料、补订 版本升级、服务器端程序的升级以及最终用户端程序的升级都将被认为是本产品及服务器端程序的补充。运营公司将对以上所有更新资料享有独家使用权而无须支付任何附加费用。

3.2 不定期更新 研发公司保证将建议运营公司在技术、市场法规等其他影响开发的因素下对最终用户端程序、服务器端程序、文件及游戏服务进行不定期的更新升级(“不定期升级”)。研发公司应当对运营公司提供同步的不定期更新。

4.变更需求

4.1 变更需求 运营公司可能会不定期地要求研发公司对游戏的最终用户端程序、服务器端程序、文件等任何部分进行必要的更改、修正或删节(“变更需求”)研发公司应当在要求合理的情况下进行必要的变更工作。研发公司应当对运营公司提交变更的细节内容和所需时间的计划。一旦计划被运营公司核准，研发公司即应当开始进行变更需求的实施工作。

5.知识产权

5.1 版权通告 运营公司保证每套本产品的拷贝都将会依照本协议的规定进行分销和销售，以下为版权通告字样：

5.2 产品名称 本产品将在中国大陆以____________________这一英文名称标识。在中国大陆游戏的中文名称将在以后由运营公司提出并由研发公司核准。

5.3 研发公司无形资产的使用 “研发公司”这个商标是研发公司的独享资产“研发公司无形资产”)。在本协议有效期内，研发公司应当提供运营公司及/或运营公司的合作伙伴以在中国大陆范围内免费使用 研发公司的无形资产进行此产品和游戏服务的广告发布、市场行销、演示示范以及分销等活动的权利。所有将用到研发公司无形资产的市场活动都将事先获得研发公司的核准。发行人应当给研发公司提供合理的机会检查和监控发行人在协议有效期内依照本协议条款使用研发公司无形资产的行动。发行人不得在本协议规定的范围以外使用任何研发公司的无形资产。发行人不得采用或者注册任何与研发公司无形资产相近、容易混淆的产品名称或符号标记。当本协议终止之时，发行人应当停止以任何方式使用研发公司无形资产。

5.4 第三方侵权通告 任何一方都有义务通报其他方由第三方进行的针对本产品或服务器端程序的任何侵权行为。

5.5 第三方侵权对策行动

(a)由运营公司通报的关于对本产品或服务器端程序的第三方侵权、非法使用或滥用行为，或者由研发公司了解到的类似情况，研发公司有权，但并非义务，采取旨在保护本产品或服务器端程序免受非法侵害的对策行动。

(b)如果研发公司不采取任何对第三方侵权的对策行动，运营公司有权，但并非义务，采取旨在保护本产品或服务器端程序免受非法侵害的对策行动。同时运营公司有权对该行动进行评论，但运营公司将保留对行动的完全控制权。

(c)针对各方损失的经济赔偿应在扣除各方发生的实际费用之后，按照所受侵害的损失程度公平地进行分配。

6.内部测试

6.1 当获得由研发公司提供的游戏简体中文版母盘后，运营公司将根据内部测试标准对其中包含的最终用户端程序进行由双方认可的内部测试，内部测试标准与时间双方应在附录中约定。

6.2 如果最终用户端程序不能达到内部测试标准，测试将由研发公司在适当的时间内再次进行，直到最终用户端程序达到内部测试标准的要求。

6.3 当内部测试结束之后，运营公司必须向研发公司提供确认最终用户端程序和服务器端程序达到内部测试标准的书面认证。研发公司将不对在本地化过程中由运营公司自己进行的任何改动导致内部测试失败的后果负责。

7.技术要求

7.1 技术要求 研发公司将保证最终用户端程序及/或服务器端程序是依照运营公司随时发布的各项技术规格完成。

7.2 服务提供 运营公司将拥有提供和进行游戏服务运营并允许任何经资格认证的第三方代表运营公司提供和进行游戏服务运营的独家权利。运营公司或由其认可的第三方在提供和进行游戏服务的运营过程中不得侵害到研发公司的权利。

8.市场行销与广告

8.1 市场行销工作 运营公司将全力进行本游戏及产品的市场宣传，保证将提供足够的市场预算来确保其市场行销及销售工作能够带来最大额度的收入。

8.2 研发公司标识 运营公司同意将研发公司的名称与图案标志以与运营公司名称和图案标志以同样注目的位置标于产品包装盒上。

8.3 研发公司的协助 如果运营公司提出合理的需求，研发公司应当向其提供所有相关的技术、市场和其他相关此游戏/或此产品的信息。同时应当提供相应的素材以帮助运营公司进行市场推广工作。

9.支持与维护

9.1 支持与维护 在本协议的有效期内，研发公司将为运营公司免费提供以下的维护及支持：

(a)协助运营公司架设用以提供游戏服务的服务器;

(b)协助进行服务器的维护;

(c)软件维护;

(d)问题(bug)修正;

(e)协助运营公司防止对游戏服务的黑客攻击和非法修改;

(f)协助运营公司进行本游戏的市场宣传工作;

(g)完成所有对本游戏/产品的本地化需求，并且提供所有对于本游戏/产品的更新、补订

9.2 支持与维护，在本协议的有效期之内，运营公司应当负责以下事务：

(a)采购所有游戏服务及本游戏/产品所必须的所有硬件设备和带宽资源;

(b)所有的服务器维护工作;

(c)架设服务器并安装相关的软件以提供游戏服务;

(d)运营公司将保留________组测试服务器，用以在正式发布前测试任何更新资料;

(e)运营公司将妥善保管任何管理/客服软件的拷贝，包括GM工具，并且确保这些工具的绝对安全性。

10.付款

10.1 版权金 为获得以下描述的权利以及研发公司提供的支持与维护，运营公司同意支付给研发公司 _____________________美元的版权金“版权”)：

10.2 运营公司保证在协议有效期内本游戏正式在中国大陆运营后的前________月之内支付给研发公司至少________________美元的分成金额。如果运营公司的经营状况无法达到这一计划，将视为运营公司违反协议。

10.3 分成比例 除去版权金之外，运营公司将支付给研发公司相当于来源于付费用户收入的________%，

10.4 运营公司保证尽最大努力来通过付费用户获取收入。并保持实际收入不低于市场零售价格的________%。

10.5 分成金额支付 分成金额应于每月支付，最晚不得超过收入发生的当月结束后________天内付清。所有金额支付都应遵循之前条款中的设定。

10.6 支付完成 所有应当支付给研发公司的分成金额应当汇出到研发公司指定专用账户，研发公司在每次收到款项后与运营公司书面确认。

10.7 税金分担 研发公司与运营公司协商确定税金分担方式。

10.8 滞纳金 如果运营公司超过 ________工作日仍未支付到期款项，研发公司有权选择终止协议， 和要求获得应付款项的每日________%的滞纳金。由此产生的一切费用应由研发公司承担。

11.担保

11.1 保证金 运营公司应当在正式收费之前将保证金共计 US$ ____________________支付给研发公司指定银行账户。 保证金不包括在版税内，并抵扣运营公司的到期未付款项。在协议期限内，研发公司可以选择退还保证金，或者依照双方商定条款和条件保留保证金。

12.数据记录

12.1月报 运营公司应当每月向研发公司根据下列约定提供书面报告：

(a)游戏产品销售数量;

(b)游戏点卡，月费卡销量;

(c)通过传统渠道和网络渠道出售的游戏产品的销售收入;

(d)通过固定电话和移动电话出售的游戏产品的销售收入;

(e)其他研发公司应当知道的信息;

(f)所有上述信息应当以传真或电子邮件形式并同时交递同样的书面副本。

12.2 运营公司应提供给研发公司管理人员“Admin” 或最高权限访问账号，供研发公司访问游戏计费系统、服务器、用户数据库。 运营公司还应提供2个生效的游戏管理员账号。

12.3 运营公司应当正确记录数据记录，包括但不限于发生事件、处理日期、处理结果，并允许研发公司提出书面请求________日内访问使用该日志。

12.4 运营公司应当在协议终止后继续维护所有相关记录、协议、账户________年以上，并允许研发公司需要时查阅和复制。

13.5 审计权利在协议生效期间和协议终止________年内，研发公司和运营公司均享有在本协议约定范围内审计对方财务的权利。

(a)如果研发公司或运营公司账册审计显示有应付而未付款项，未付款一方应当在收到书面通知的________日内补足该欠款。

(b)如果研发公司或运营公司账册审计显示有应付而未付款项，未付款项达到或超过了10%，未付款一方应当在收到书面通知的________日内补足该欠款并同时支付该次审计费用。

13.协议期限与终止

13.1 期限 本协议应与签订之日起开始生效，于本游戏正式收费起的第________个月之后终止。

13.2 协议终止 协议任何一方有权在以下情况下终止本协议：

(a)如果任何一方违反了本协议的任何约定，并且未能在接到指出违约行为的通告起________天之内对违约行为进行补救;

(b)如果任何一方破产;

(c)如果运营公司由于任何原因停止了运营公司服务的提供。

13.3 由运营公司终止 运营公司有权在以下情况下终止本协议或协议中的任何部分：

(a)如果研发公司未能按照协议规定的日程向运营公司提供本产品及/或服务器端程序，或者出现类似的违约行为累计达________天。

14.声明、担保及赔偿

14.1 研发公司声明 研发公司声明并担保运营公司如下事项：

(a)最终用户端程序、服务器端程序及相关文件应当符合协议中约定的内容、特点、功能、容量和操作方式;

(b)最终用户端程序及服务器端程序应当没有重大的程序错误(Bug);

(c)研发公司提供给运营公司销售和运营的游戏软件不会侵犯第三方的知识产权，运营公司不承担任何因此产生的费用。

(d)研发公司应当保证运营公司依照协议使用商标，不受第三方的留置，控诉，阻碍。

(e)运营公司依照协议提供游戏服务，不会侵犯第三方的知识产权或其他权益。

(f)研发公司已经获得所有许可、允许，保证运营公司行使权利。

14.2 违约金 研发公司与运营公司协商违约赔偿方式;

15.保密信息

15.1 双方因本协议的签属而获得的另一方的商业或活动信息为保密信息，双方应尽最大可能对相关信息保密。双方不得将本协议中提及的任何保密资料泄露给第三方。

15.2 双方应享有同等权利控制及使用数据库。

16.其他

16.1 完整协议：本协议即为研发公司与运营公司关于本产品的经销及游戏服务运营的完整协议。本协议取代所有之前口头或书面达成的共识或协议，或者其他任何研发公司与运营公司之前进行的沟通内容。

16.2 不可转让性：若非与运营公司的事先约定，研发公司或者运营公司不得指派、转让、再授权任何本协议规定的各自的权利和义务。

16.3 不可抗力因素：由于不可抗力造成运营公司无法履行协议规定义务的情况，运营公司将不承担任何违约责任。在此类情况下，运营公司应当在________天内向研发公司提供书面的免责声明，说明详细的原因。同时，运营公司应当积极地进行挽回损失的工作。应付款项结算时间应当按照由于不可抗力造成损失的时期顺延。

16.4 协议各方关系：本协议中的协议双方不形成合伙关系、领导关系或雇佣关系。

16.5 协议语种：________语应当是本协议的唯一正式语言。本协议的其他语言版本翻译仅供参考，并不具有任何法律效力。

16.6 政府法规与争议解决：本协议受____________地区/国家法律保护。协议各方应向________地区/国家法院提出任何相关本协议争议的诉讼。(双方也可约定仲裁)

(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视，学得很好，基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习，但有的学生或学校不重视，学得很不好，特别是在农村学校，还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此，整个班级的英语水平很不平衡，给日常教学带来诸多的不便，提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中，处于一个衔接的阶段，学习任务加重，学习的习惯可能不是很好，没有形成一定的适合自己的方法，或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习，所以学习方法都还有待改善。

总之，既要避免优秀生不够学的现象，又要努力把目前英语有欠缺的学生拉上去，激发他们的兴趣和信心，赶上中上的水平学生。在今后的教学中应该注重培养、激发兴趣，教给学生适当的学习的方法，从学生的学习兴趣、学习能力、生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，发展学生的综合语言运用能力，使语言的学习过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成学生自主学习能力的过程，这是新课标和新目标英语的要求。

(二)教材分析

本套初一教材共分十五个单元，每单元分Section A和Section B以及Self check三部分。

SectionA ： 1a呈现本单元的重点单词，语法结构与功能;1b呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a，2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不同的任务。Grammar Focus呈现语法功能重点;3a-4b提供多种课堂活动。

Section B：1a此会扩展;1b新旧知识综合运用，同时在原有基础上有所扩展;2a，2b为听力练习;3a-3c提供各类练习形式，随着所学内容的加深，逐步扩展成阅读和写作练习。4a为创造性活用所学知识提供各类课堂活动。

三.教学模式：

采用学生主体，教师主导，任务中心，活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

四.教学管理措施：初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是最为关键时期。基础打不好，直接影响学生整个初中阶段，乃至高中、大学，以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施：

(一)注重发音教学，加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体，激发爱好，增加容量，整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新，重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固，每日进行单词竞赛，值日报告，学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通，帮助他们克服自卑，增强信心，利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教，做到“一视同仁”关心差生，对其循循善诱，耐心教育。

(六)团结协作，共同进步。教师之间互相学习，勤学好问，做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律：像学生在课堂上讲话，睡觉等，我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒，在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理：会根据学生自身的情况，给于适当的惩奖，对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生，前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒，不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生，会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因，一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试：整个学期一共要做4到5个测试，是以几个单元为单元，在每次考试后，都会进行分析，当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析，比如，很多同学错的是那些知识点，从学生实际掌握的角度出发，进行分析，讲解。

(十)沟通：要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通，也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通，家访，以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话，在作业批改的后面写上一些话。
