(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视，学得很好，基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习，但有的学生或学校不重视，学得很不好，特别是在农村学校，还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此，整个班级的英语水平很不平衡，给日常教学带来诸多的不便，提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中，处于一个衔接的阶段，学习任务加重，学习的习惯可能不是很好，没有形成一定的适合自己的方法，或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习，所以学习方法都还有待改善。

本套初一教材共分十五个单元，每单元分Section A和Section B以及Self check三部分。

SectionA ： 1a呈现本单元的重点单词，语法结构与功能;1b呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a，2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不同的任务。Grammar Focus呈现语法功能重点;3a-4b提供多种课堂活动。

三.教学模式：

采用学生主体，教师主导，任务中心，活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

四.教学管理措施：初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是最为关键时期。基础打不好，直接影响学生整个初中阶段，乃至高中、大学，以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施：

(一)注重发音教学，加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体，激发爱好，增加容量，整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新，重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固，每日进行单词竞赛，值日报告，学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通，帮助他们克服自卑，增强信心，利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教，做到“一视同仁”关心差生，对其循循善诱，耐心教育。

(六)团结协作，共同进步。教师之间互相学习，勤学好问，做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律：像学生在课堂上讲话，睡觉等，我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒，在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理：会根据学生自身的情况，给于适当的惩奖，对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生，前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒，不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生，会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因，一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试：整个学期一共要做4到5个测试，是以几个单元为单元，在每次考试后，都会进行分析，当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析，比如，很多同学错的是那些知识点，从学生实际掌握的角度出发，进行分析，讲解。

(十)沟通：要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通，也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通，家访，以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话，在作业批改的后面写上一些话。

一、前言：

很感谢荣幸有机会到浙江省义乌市掌坤电子有限公司实习。通过此次实践，我们初步认识了电子厂对一些简单零件的加工过程及装配工艺，了解了其市场营销环节及后勤人力资源管理方面的运作，同时也看到了它们发展中的一些问题，并思考了一些对策。此次活动意义重大，为我们进一步深化专业知识及业务流程打下基础。这次的实践时间虽然很短，但在这几个月的实习中学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益非浅。

五、实习内容：

一个偶然的机会我来到了浙江义乌有名的国际商贸城，应聘的工作跟我的实际专业并不对口，起初是对掌坤电子有限公司的基本情况进行了解，后来我从事的是电子商务，刚开始对业务都不熟悉，每天都是对着电脑跟客户聊天，让他们了解我们的产品，这时候就需要注意跟客户聊天时说话的语气，还考验了做生意的头脑，很多时候还要做对账单，所以工作起来很吃力，但是在老板和同事的关心和教导下我慢慢开窍了…因为这是一个国际化的商贸城，所以时常会有外国客户光顾，有美国的、韩国的、日本的、阿富汗的、非洲的…不得不说，来到这里我的英语口语也得到了很大的提高。在大学的时候，我们几乎很少跟外教对话，因为没有信心，又加上畏惧心理，所以自己的口语就没有得到很大的提高，来到这里之后环境让你容不得胆怯，其实真正跟外国人对话也不是很困难，只要克服了自己的心理压力，一定不要紧张，那样的话就你能流利的跟老外交谈，同时又提升了在老板心中的地位，这一点让我感到很欣慰…在义乌有一个惯例，就是每年都会举行一次大型的“义乌小商品博览会”，由于我是这里唯一一个学英语的，所以老板就把这个重任交给了我，义博会举行了5天，这5天中让我获益匪浅，跟老外交谈的过程中让我感觉到文化知识的可贵，也激发了我继续学习的动力….几个月的实习活动，我们听取了有关电子产品的历史与发展、有关其市场营销、技术生产、人力资源管理等方面的介绍，还参观了各个生产车间，对生产过程产生了感性的认识。

四、权利和义务

3、甲方应在项目启动前主动积极沟通开发需求，确认好美术风格，程序开发功能。确保研发过程中方案不会大的改动，节约开发中的时间，降低沟通协调成本。

（二）乙方的权利和义务

1、按照甲方提供的`材料，或经甲方由第三方提供的材料，按时完成本合同规定的软件开发工作。

2、根据“______________游戏”的需要完成系统开发工作。

3、依合同收取“______________游戏”开发费用；保证合理使用开发经费。

五、合同的补充、变更、终止

如因业务发展需要甲方需要新增合同以外的新增功能，新增功能费用由双方商议一致决定，并且需要重新给出新增功能的开发时间。双方以书面形式确认，并由双方签字后补充为本合同的附件，与本合同具有同等法律效力。

六、违约责任

1、甲方应按项目进展按时向乙方支付开发经费，如因甲方阶段付款时间延误，乙方有权停止下一阶段开发工作，直到甲方支付阶段开发经费，乙方重新启动继续开发下一阶段项目内容。由此造成的开发工作延误，乙方不承担连带责任。

2、乙方未按约定计划实施研究开发工作的，甲方有权要求其实施开发计划并采取相应的补救措施。乙方逾期_______天不实施研究开发计划的，甲方有权解除合同。

3、甲方应当及时支付乙方开发费，未及时支付的，按日承担合同标的额_______%的滞纳金。

4、因甲方不及时支付开发费导致合同解除或者终止的，甲方除应支付开发费用外，还应承担已支付开发经费_______%的违约金，对于甲方已经支付的开发费用，乙方不予退返。

为繁荣当地的文化市场，秉承互惠互利、长期共赢的合作原则，甲方、乙方同意共同合作经营游戏厅(地址：_____________);为保证此游戏厅(以下简称场地)的顺利运营，经双方友好协商订立合同如下：

一、合作关系

甲、乙双方是整场合作的关系，甲方负责机台及配件的选配、运营及日常维护，场地服务人员的管理、运营方案的制定及实施;乙方负责场地的提供、安全防护、顾客及场地外围关系的维护;双方共同维护场地的经营。

二、合作期限

双方合作期限暂定为三年，即从______年______月______日起至______年______月______日止，合同期满时双方有权选择续约或终止合同。

三、场地机台设备

场地开业前，甲方按乙方要求向场地提供总价值约________万元的机台及配件一批(具体内容见《机台配置清单及价格表》);场地经营过程中机台若需要增减，甲方根据情况及时配置新的机台，机台清单以场地当时实际数量为准。所有机台运到场地的运输费用由乙方承担。

由甲方安排人员对场地内机台及配件进行盘点，在盘点过程中乙方应给予甲方必要的配合，共同保证机台设备的数量准确。

四、机台押金

为控制机台经营的风险，乙方支付一半的资金给甲方作为机台押金;本协议签订正式生效后，乙方共须支付押金款______万元(大写：xx元整)，首期支付---________万元，甲方收到押金款后安排发货，其余押金货到之后补齐。

五、营业收入分配

甲、乙双方共同分享场地的营业收入所得，其中甲方占总营业额的x，乙方占总营业额的x;每天下班结帐时甲方主管与乙方领班确认营业结果并实时结清帐目;分享时间于乙方收回押金开始。

甲方安排相关人员定期与乙方进行双方的核对，乙方安排人员进行配合，以保证双方账目往来的准确。

场地所营业所收入

六、营业费用约定

甲方负责所有机台的正常运行，包括维护、维修、升级等工作，并做好经营帐目的监督与核算，所有非人为损坏原因造成的机器售后维修费用由甲方承担;

乙方负责提供良好的场地经营环境，如完成场地租赁、装修、空调、办公桌椅、游戏机椅、水电安装等，机台设备以外经营所需条件产生的费用(包括水电费、经营税费、场地人员工资等)均由乙方负责;

除机台设备本身以外的其它任何因素或人为原因造成的损失，均由乙方负责承担及处理，甲方不承担责任及任何费用。

七、场地管理

开业前，甲方委派专人对乙方场地从业人员进行培训及指导;开业后，甲方协助场地做好日常管理及运营工作，为期15~30天。场地正常运营后，甲方长期提供驻场主管和专业技师在场地负责场地的帐目核算、机台的维护及协助对场地的人员管理，甲方派驻人员的工资由甲方支付，食宿由乙方安排提供;

开业时由双方共同制定场内运营方案，如发卡优惠等措施，乙方必须全力配合执行运营方案，实施过程的监督由甲乙双方代表签字实施双控;

乙方应尽可能地保证场地正常运转，并负责场地的员工管理，如发生服务员携带公款逃离，与客人、机修串通作弊，所缴纳的营业款缺少等损失，或客人以机器故障为由以及其它理由索要取闹造成的损失，甲方概不负责。

八、合同解除

乙方场地因为政策或其他不可抗拒的因素造成无法营业，双方各自承担各自的损失;甲方收回场地内所有机台设备后退回乙方押金，双方各自处理各自的财产，双方合作终止;

十、其它事项

此合同其它未尽事宜由双方友好协商解决。本协议一式两份，经甲、乙双方代表签字后正式生效，协议双方各保留一份，并具有同等效力。

根据场地经营情况双方签定的新的协议作为本协议的补充协议共同有效。
