Education background

In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth

In retrospect I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. 1、甲方不得利用本软件传播发布、传送、传播、储存危害国家安全统一、破坏社会稳定、违反公序良俗、侮辱、诽谤、淫秽、暴力以及任何违反国家法律法规的内容。如因此引起纠纷，甲方需承担一切法律责任。

2、提供专人与乙方联络。

3、甲方必须保证本软件信息的合法性和真实性，如因此引起纠纷，乙方不承担任何法律责任。

4、按照协议的约定，及时支付费用。如因乙方过错未能如期完成协议约定内容，甲方有权要求终止，并要求乙方退还相应款项。

5、甲方拥有本软件的使用权、复制权、发行权、出租权，并有权授权给第三方进行使用。

四、乙方的权利和义务

1、提供专项项目经理与甲方联络。

2、按协议相关约定，为甲方提供本系统的制作与服务。

3、在合作期间，如未征得甲方同意，乙方不得擅自改变本软件信息以及发布一切未经甲方允许的内容。

4、在要求的期限内，完成协议规定项目，并通知甲方进行验收。

五、保密条款和知识产权保护

1、在本合同期限内，项目成果全为甲方所有，乙方均应对甲方相关设计成果及资料严格保密，不得对外透露任何相关信息。若乙方泄露相关商业资料或信息造成甲方的损失，所有损失均由乙方负责，甲方可保留追究法律责任的权利。

2、在本协议期限内，双方必须妥善保管对方提供的项目相关资料以及公司资料。

3、乙方为甲方设计及开发的本系统、设计稿等工作成果及相关信息资料的全部权利（包括但不限于知识产权、所有权）均归甲方所有。

4、甲、乙双方应对各自提供的文字、文件、资料、_____、视频、材料、肖像、音乐、人物姓名与物品名称等，保证其来源的合法性，不侵犯任何第三方的合法权利。否则由提供方对其侵权后果承担全部责任；乙方应保证其向甲方提供的设计作品和完稿成品为乙方_____创作的作品，不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权。

5、乙方在本协议有效期内不得许可其他任何第三方使用本协议涉及作品的数字化版权或将作品数字化版权转让给任何第三方，否则，甲方有权要求乙方承担违约责任并赔偿损失。

六、其他甲乙双方无法控制或合理预见的情形

1、在使用本服务的过程中，可能会遇到网络信息或其他用户行为带来的风险，乙方不对任何信息的真实性、适用性、合法性承担责任，也不对因侵权行为给甲方造成的损害负责。这些风险包括但不限于：

（1）来自他人匿名或_____的含有_____、诽谤、令人反感或非法内容的信息；

（2）其他因网络信息或甲方行为引起的风险。

七、违约条款

1、乙方违约责任

（1）乙方逾期交货的，每日按逾期交货金额的_____%向甲方支付违约金，但乙方所支付的违约金不超过逾期交货金额的_____%。逾期超过_____日的，甲方有权解除合同。

（2）若乙方交货程序并不符合合同规定的，若甲方同意接受，则双方可重新协商合同价款；如甲方不同意接受，乙方需重新制作，并负担因延期产生的费用。

2、甲方违约责任

（2）任何一方不能完全履行合同，经守约方书面催告后合理时间内仍不能继续履行合同的，守约方有权书面通知违约方后单方面书面终止本合同，违约方造成守约方经济损失的，应承担相应的赔偿责任。

八、争议解决

本条款和条件适用中华人民共和国法律并据其予以解释。与本条款和条件有关的争议应尽可能由双方友好协商解决。协商未能解决的，则任何一方均可将争议提交甲方所在地_______________人民法院，通过诉讼方式解决。

九、其他

1、本合同自签订之日起有效。本合同生效后，甲乙双方均不得随意变更或解除合同。如一方需要变更合同，双方需另行签订补充合同确认变更事项，补充合同在加盖双方公章或合同章后生效。如若双方未就变更事项签订补充合同的，提出变更方仍应依本合同约定继续履行，否则视为违约。

2、特别约定：本合同构成双方之间就本合同项下之合作所达成的全部合同，并替代双方以前或执行本相关合同过程中所做的相关口头交流、声明或合同。本合同任何一方均可提出对本合同内容的补充和修订，但是任何补充和修订仅能以合同各方盖章的书面文件形式进行，该类文件是本合同的有效组成部分。

2017年3月英语专业大学生实习报告

时间：XX年2月14日-2月20日

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生.。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!

我认为自己是一个认真的孩子;而在老师和家长的眼里，我是一个活泼好学的女孩;可在同学们的眼里我却是多变的：有时候是他们的好伙伴;有时候却是雷厉风行的大队长，但在有些时候，却成了热心的好帮手。

我也觉得积累对于学习来说也是一种勤奋。学习要勤奋，这里的勤奋不仅只追求上进、热爱学习，还指积累。学习中，课外的积累与课内的东西一样重要，是必要的、不可缺的。世界上没有任何一条捷径能马上让你提高成绩，一飞冲天。读书时的好词好句可以积累，大自然里的知识可以积累。积累的好处有很多，比如我就深有体会。每次考试的作文，别人正不知如何下笔之时，而我大脑里浮现出许多平时积累的东西，让我顿时有了灵感。

别人在高兴的玩的时候我在预习课文。别人到睡觉时，我还在整理一天所学。为了能使我的成绩有所提高，我付出了很多努力。当然，我的努力有了成效!我的成绩终于有了突破。但我仍然不敢有丝毫放松，依然是勤勤恳恳，一回家就复习、预习，成了我学习的好习惯

我特别喜欢看书，书是我的精神食粮。我有一个很大的书柜，存了很多不同的书，我很喜欢看儿童文学和科学探秘的书。我看书的时候，几乎都忘记了时间，只要有时间，我一秒都不会放过。因此，还闹了不少笑话。阅读能给予我力量。

现在我正努力学习去实现未来的愿望。我对自己提出了做作业的七条要求，如先复习、改错、再做作业，然后要预习新课内容。每次期未考试会订出计划，达不到目标时找原因，总结经验，令学习成为成长动力。我对知识的理解和领悟力较强，课堂上总有我响亮清脆回答问题的声音，主动自信的我总成为同学们的楷模。

成绩代表过去，我的人生之路才刚刚起步，蜜蜂只有辛勤采蜜，才能酿出甜美的蜜糖，雄鹰只有勇敢的博击风雨，才能使自己的翅膀更加强劲有力。大浪淘沙，方显真金本色，风雪过后，更见青松伟岸。今后我会更加努力，为班级争光，为自己的人生添彩，不辜负老师和家长的期望和厚爱。
