在三个月的英语教学实习中，先后完成了听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课任务。期间，指导老师、实习老师们、学生们都给了我很大帮助与启示。现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。

一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课等教学情况的概述

自9月610号起开始听课，先后听课大约有100多节，并且作了听课记录。听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流，将心得体会记在日志中。听完公开课后，也与实习老师们一起评课议课，获益匪浅。在自己正式讲课前，认真备课、修改教案;曾多次试讲.自第一次走上讲台正式讲课后，就不断听取指导老师，实习老师们及学生们的意见，在不断总结与改进中探索有自己特色的讲课技巧与风格。先后在高一(1)班、高一(6)班讲课4个单元;评讲考试试卷3次及周清试题若干次;批改作业，早、晚自习辅导也不曾落下;监考，阅卷，组办英语文化季活动，参加学校的各种教研会议、各项活动也都尽力做到最好。

二、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结;

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“ppp”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

6. 声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

7. 对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

8. 在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

三、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

四、对英语课堂教学与英语教学法的思考

实习期间和许多实习老师一样，我也觉得在大学所学的教学法在这很难应用，是我们所学的教学法有问题吗?是它太先进而不能应用于这里的落后实际吗?到底问题在哪?

首先在这我自己得重新审视一下大学里所学的教学法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的认识，觉得它在教学中至少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不管我们衡量一节课上的好坏，还是评价一个老师教学水平的高低，我们都在有意识或无意识地用教学法课上学到的知识去衡量。这远比只看考试成绩要合理的多。既然是标准那也就是方向，也就是我们作为老师不断完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让学生喜欢的老师，简单地说既要有学识魅力，又要有人格魅力;课堂上教学严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与学生打成一片，时刻提高自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎么做才能有学识魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照教学法课上所学，一点一滴的去慢慢学习、积累、探索了。

写教案从何下手，修改时应注意哪些问题;评课，议课应遵循什么样的原则;与学生交流以及上课处理意外情况应该朝着哪个方向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要继续发扬的等等这些具体问题的解决我们都需要参照教学法。

第二条线，它相当于一个脊梁、一副骨架支撑起了课堂教学这副身躯;相当于葡萄枝，把一个个像葡萄一样既好吃又好看的独立活动连成一节课;相当于曲谱，只要放进歌词就可以成为完整动听的音乐。脊梁、葡萄枝、曲谱我们不常看见，也不大关注，但他们的存在却不容忽视，他们的作用也是不容忽视的。

一、指导思想

以科学发展观为指导，结合我校的实际情况和英语学科的特点，以“一案三环六步”为抓手，把提高备课组的质量作为主阵地，努力提高教师的教学理念和业务素质，研究课堂，落实有效教学，扎扎实实做好英语教学工作，不断提高英语课堂效率和质量，创造一个教书育人和谐奋进的优良环境，全面提高我校的英语教学质量。

二、工作目标

1.总体目标：培养英语学习兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，提高英语教学质量。

2.各年级具体目标如下：

七年级：注重学生英语学习习惯的培养，进一步培养学生学习英语的兴趣，平时注重口语的训练，强化基础知识学习和基本技能的培养。

八年级：加强阅读教学，注意让学生在阅读中慢慢体会到乐趣，在现有的基础上，强化培优补差，减少两极分化，力求进一步提升质量。

九年级：在总结反思的基础上，挖掘潜力，查缺补漏，加强学法指导和能力培养，着重对复习课型和中考命题方向和命题的基本原则、方法、思路的探讨研究，把握教学大纲，密切关注中考动向，为实现XX年中考的新突破打好基础。

三、具体工作

1.加强理论学习，不断更新教育教学理念。组织本科组的教师深入学习《义务教育英语课程标准》(20xx年版)等相关的教育教学理论知识，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生的综合实践能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.加强集体备课，要做到有计划、有目标、有实效、不走形式，各备课组要做到每周备课一次，围绕相关话题，展开讨论，做到定时定点，并有活动记录。整个备课组要统一教学进度，统一教学重难点，统一作业内容，做到有问题，及时沟通，做好二次备课。力求做到有效备课，以集体的力量和智慧来提高全组教师的业务水平和教育教学能力。

3.进一步落实与深化教学常规，研究常态课堂，打造高效课堂。向45分钟要效率。

4.按计划上好研究课，做到个人备课与集体备课相结合，及时组织评议，加强教学方法研究，找出不足，共同学习，共同进步。

5.组织初三年级备课组的英语教师认真学习xx年xx中考的相关政策，积极参加省市组织的中考备考会、调研会，及时了解和掌握有关考试动态和信息，深入研究近三年镇江市的中考题，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究，结合我校学生的实际，扎扎实实做好第一轮的复习，要在落实基础知识到位的同时，抓好听、说、写等综合能力的培养，特别要重视学生阅读能力的训练。科学合理地分配三轮的复习时间，按计划，又要随机应变，引导学生扎扎实实地过好每一关，尤其是基础关，做题技巧关。

6.继续建设和完善本教研组的资源库。加强本组教师的教学案、教学反思、教学课件、试题的收集和整理。通过集体备课，公开课、网上收集优秀教案以及和外校交流等多种方式来丰富我组的资源库。加强团队协作能力，实现资源共享，提高我组教师的教育教学水平。

7.开展丰富多彩的第二课堂活动。组织三个年级的学生参加快乐英语校本课程，积极参加“英语之星”风采大赛。

一、前言：

五、实习内容：

一个偶然的机会我来到了浙江义乌有名的国际商贸城，应聘的工作跟我的实际专业并不对口，起初是对掌坤电子有限公司的基本情况进行了解，后来我从事的是电子商务，刚开始对业务都不熟悉，每天都是对着电脑跟客户聊天，让他们了解我们的产品，这时候就需要注意跟客户聊天时说话的语气，还考验了做生意的头脑，很多时候还要做对账单，所以工作起来很吃力，但是在老板和同事的关心和教导下我慢慢开窍了…因为这是一个国际化的商贸城，所以时常会有外国客户光顾，有美国的、韩国的、日本的、阿富汗的、非洲的…不得不说，来到这里我的英语口语也得到了很大的提高。在大学的时候，我们几乎很少跟外教对话，因为没有信心，又加上畏惧心理，所以自己的口语就没有得到很大的提高，来到这里之后环境让你容不得胆怯，其实真正跟外国人对话也不是很困难，只要克服了自己的心理压力，一定不要紧张，那样的话就你能流利的跟老外交谈，同时又提升了在老板心中的地位，这一点让我感到很欣慰…在义乌有一个惯例，就是每年都会举行一次大型的“义乌小商品博览会”，由于我是这里唯一一个学英语的，所以老板就把这个重任交给了我，义博会举行了5天，这5天中让我获益匪浅，跟老外交谈的过程中让我感觉到文化知识的可贵，也激发了我继续学习的动力….几个月的实习活动，我们听取了有关电子产品的历史与发展、有关其市场营销、技术生产、人力资源管理等方面的介绍，还参观了各个生产车间，对生产过程产生了感性的认识。

I am a very cheerful, lively girl, has never had the unhappy unhappy time, even if it is only temporary. I have learned everything, dancing, singing and playing zither, but I am not good at maths and English. After the junior high school, I no longer want to on this two courses, I think of junior high school math and English is simple, began to try very hard to let the two families that oneself like, to keep up with the class. I am very good at playing guzheng, and I am glad that I have learned to learn the zither for about five years and have a good pair of zither. I like the guzheng, I play the music from time to time, pluck the strings, and the wonderful music will linger in my room. I was the first student now, I want to put the effort in learning, the only on Sunday learned homework can play guzheng, neither fall in learning, and wont let his own craft. 大家好，我叫宋__，于20__年6月11日出生，20岁，来自山东，齐鲁大地给了我现在这豪爽直爽的性格，但又不失稳重，后来不远千里的来到南京这城市求学。

来到大学学习的这个事实与我的理想其实有很大的出入，难免有些郁闷，但在一段时间后，我认清了事实，很看互联网专业。"21世纪是网联网的世纪。"这句话一点都不假，随着互联网的展，它为21世纪插上了腾飞的翅膀。后来在不断的培养兴趣过程中，我开始对互联网产生兴趣，今后的四年，我将在不断的学习进步中度过的。

“十年磨砺锋利出，宝剑只待君来识”。再苦再累，都愿意一试，“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”，在以后的学习生活中，我一定会是一位尽自己的努力、过一个充实而又意义的大专生活。

从踏入大学门槛的那天起，经过良师的精心指导以及自己的奋力拚搏、自强不息，我逐渐成为了一个能适应社会要求的新时代大学生，并为做一个知识型的社会主义建设者打下坚实的基础。

在大学期间，我认真学习，发挥自己的特长，挖掘自身的潜力，从而提高了自己的学习能力和分析处理问题的能力，也获得大家的认同。另外，我也积极参加各种社会实践活动。工欲善其事,必先利其器。在求学期间, 学而知不足是我学习、工作取得进步的动力。除了必修课程外我还自学Photoshop、flash、dreamweaver等软件，并制作了自己的个人站点。在英语学习上，我坚持阅读英文报刊，提高自己的科普知识和阅读能力。

在学习之余，我坚持参加各种体育活动，使自己始终保持在最佳状态，这些都是我将来工作的重要本钱!
