英语专业大学生实习报告

紧张、美好的实习生活结束了，在这短短的一个月里，我和同学们以及带课老师建立了深厚的感情。临走之前，确实有些依依不舍，但是我知道，人生中这样的分离还会有很多次。以下仅对我实习期间做个简单的实习总结。

来到学校的第一天确实很兴奋，必定这是我们第一次实习，必定这是我们第一次以老师的身份走在校园里。第一天并没有什么实质性的工作，只是分别听了一下主任的讲话，与指导老师互相认识一下，并看了看学校的环境，算是对学校的初步了解吧。

我们的教育实习主要分为两部分，一部分是班主任工作，另一部分是教学工作，说白了就是既要带班又要教课。无论是带班还是教课，作为实习老师，都会有一个该校的正式老师带我们。前段时间实习的主要任务就是听课，看其他老师是怎样讲课的。这种听课和我们上学时听课是不一样的，因为这种听课的重点是观察老师怎样讲课，学习如何传授知识，如何驾驭课堂，如何控制授课时间，而并不是学习老师所讲的知识。熟悉老师的教学流程后，我开始着手备课，写完教案给指导老师查看，

我第一次上讲台时，自我感觉并不紧张，只是课讲得有点快，各个环节之间的过渡性词语不够明确和流畅，课堂驾驭能力不够强，但总体感觉还可以。后来在指导老师的细心指导和建议下，我不断改进，后来的课，同学们对我讲授的知识都能吸收。不仅达到了预期的教学目的和要求，而且课堂纪律很好，同学们也非常配合。有了前几次讲课的经验，我认为自己的课堂驾驭能力有了很大提高，不但可以良好地控制授课时间，也能够适时地调动起学生的积极性，使课堂气氛活跃起来。最后得到老师的好评。

作为实习班主任，我也在工作中不断总结经验。在对个别生教育过程中，我收到了深刻的心得与体会。他其实学习的潜力很大，只是自觉性和自制力不够强，因为经过多次努力但英语成绩仍然跟不上而泄气，失去学习兴趣和动力，导致文理偏科。经过多次面谈，我不断鼓励和支持他。帮助他明确目标和找到适合自己的学习动力和方法，后来在期中考试中取得了很大的进步，这是我对自己也感到很有成就感。作为班主任，同时也应作为一个朋友的角色去和学生相处，在课后消除师生之间的距离感，是学生能坦白自己的真实想法，将心比心的理解学生的心理与情绪，更多的是感化教育而不是教训。

I am from ， a famous city with a long history over 2，200 years. It is called “Rong Cheng ” because there were lots of banians even 900 years ago. The city lies in the eastern part of the province. It is the center of politics， economy and culture. Many celebrities were born here， for instance， Yanfu， Xie Bingxin， Lin Zexu and so on 。 . You know， there is a saying that “The greatness of a man lends a glory to a place”。 I think the city really deserves it. There are four members in my family; my parents， my cute cat of 9 years old and WR me. My father is a technician in the Fujian TV station. He often goes out on usiness. 一、账号注册

1、乙方承诺以其真实身份注册成为甲方的用户，并保证所提供的个人身份资料信息真实、完整、有效，依据法律规定和必备条款约定对所提供的信息承担相应的法律责任。

2、乙方以其真实身份注册成为甲方用户后，需要修改所提供的个人身份资料信息的，甲方应当及时、有效地为其提供该项服务。

二、用户账号使用与保管

2、乙方对登录后所持账号产生的行为依法享有权利和承担责任。

3、乙方发现其账号或密码被他人非法使用或有使用异常的情况的，应及时根据甲方公布的处理方式通知甲方，并有权通知甲方采取措施暂停该账号的登录和使用。

4、甲方根据乙方的通知采取措施暂停乙方账号的登录和使用的，甲方应当要求乙方提供并核实与其注册身份信息相一致的个人有效身份信息。

（1）甲方核实乙方所提供的个人有效身份信息与所注册的身份信息相一致的，应当及时采取措施暂停乙方账号的登录和使用。

5、乙方为了维护其合法权益，向甲方提供与所注册的身份信息相一致的个人有效身份信息时，甲方应当为乙方提供账号注册人证明、原始注册信息等必要的协助和支持，并根据需要向有关_____和司法机关提供相关证据信息资料。

三、服务的中止与终止

1、乙方有发布违法信息、严重违背社会公德、以及其他违反法律禁止性规定的行为，甲方应当立即终止对乙方提供服务。

2、乙方在接受甲方服务时实施不正当行为的，甲方有权终止对乙方提供服务。该不正当行为的具体情形应当在本协议中有明确约定或属于甲方事先明确告知的应被终止服务的禁止性行为，否则，甲方不得终止对乙方提供服务。

3、乙方提供虚假注册身份信息，或实施违反本协议的行为，甲方有权中止对乙方提供全部或部分服务；甲方采取中止措施应当通知乙方并告知中止期间，中止期间应该是合理的，中止期间届满甲方应当及时恢复对乙方的服务。

4、甲方根据本条约定中止或终止对乙方提供部分或全部服务的，甲方应负举证责任。

四、用户信息保护

1、甲方要求乙方提供与其个人身份有关的信息资料时，应当事先以明确而易见的方式向乙方公开其隐私权保护政策和个人信息利用政策，并采取必要措施保护乙方的个人信息资料的安全。

2、未经乙方许可甲方不得向任何第三方提供、公开或共享乙方注册资料中的姓名、个人有效身份证件号码、联系方式、家庭住址等个人身份信息，但下列情况除外：

（1）乙方或乙方监护人授权甲方披露的；

（2）有关法律要求甲方披露的；

（3）司法机关或_____基于法定程序要求甲方提供的；

（4）甲方为了维护自己合法权益而向乙方提起诉讼或者_____时；

（5）应乙方监护人的合法要求而提供乙方个人身份信息时。

in july , i begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in qingdao city.because im capable of more responsibilities, so i decided to change my job.
