，师范学院教育学院10级广播电视新闻学专业学生，现担任xx省科普大赛志愿者组织组副组长、师范学院第七届学生委员会委员、校学生会女生部部长、xx市敬敷教育文化服务中心经理。自入学以来，我深深感受到了师范学院这个大家庭的温暖。在个人成长的路上，虽然会遇到很多意想不到的困难，但我们必须要具有积极的心态，乐观的精神，和敢于向困难挑战的勇气！胜不骄，败不馁，能团结友爱，关心他人，因为成功不是一个人创造的，它是团队合作的结晶，有我的7a609宿舍，我的10广电，我的教育学院，我的师范学院学生会，还有很多一直默默支持和鼓励我的老师和兄弟姐妹~所以，我一直很勇敢的走到今天~我时刻以高标准要求、规范自己，学习上争高分，政治上拼先进，活动中要积极，在思想、工作、学习和生活方面为同学们起到带头模范作用。

一、思想意识明确，政治方向坚定

在思想上，我努力提高自身的思想素质，严于律己，求实创新、与时俱进。并认真遵守学院学校的各项规章制度，不参加非法组织。怀着坚定的政治方向，我主动要求进步，在自己的积极努力下XX年12月我顺利获得“入党积极分子结业证书”，并于2012年11月18日顺利转为中共党员，作为一名学生党员，我深刻地体会到党员所肩负的重责。我希望通过自己的实际行动来鼓舞大家，带动大家，树立起党员的良好形象，发挥党员的先锋模范作用，不仅要在思想上积极入党，更要在行动上积极地向党组织靠拢。尽管今后的路还很长，但我绝对不会辜负所有爱我的人对自己的期望，继续努力，争取做一名优秀的共产党员！

二、学习认真刻苦，各项成绩优异

学习上，我始终坚持“努力的另一个名字就是奇迹”。入校以来学习一直未松懈，有科学的生涯规划，有明确的学习目标，认真钻研专业知识，大一学年荣获专业一等奖学金、“三好学生”称号，大二学年荣获专业二等奖学金、校“三好学生”等称号；综合测评成绩一直保持在全班前四，并以良好的成绩一次性通过国家英语四级资格考试和国家英语六级资格考试。XX年暑假，我在合肥美轮美奂装饰公司实习，在担任市场部经理一职时业务成绩突出，获得单位领导的一致好评！2012年暑假，我在合肥电视台生活频道实习，无论是稿件质量还是拍摄的新闻视频都获得台里老师和总监认可！平日里的我还乐于帮助其他同学，取长补短，达到共同进步。每次考试，我都会积极与他人交流自己考试技巧和准备经验。上课时我认真听讲、做好笔记，积极思考并回答老师提出的问题，不仅自己收获颇丰，整个班级的学习气氛也大大提高；课后及时完成作业，为了丰富自己，我还经常去图书馆看各类报刊杂志，不仅陶冶了自己的情操，也开阔了自己的视野……

三、 工作求实创新，做事脚踏实地

工作方面,我是教育学院党支部副书记，是校学生会女生部部长，是xx省科普大赛志愿者组织组副组长；也曾是校视频新闻制作部记者，担任过的职务很多，活动很多，但每一次的活动，我都会做好自己的本分，哪怕只是螺丝钉的角色，我也会站好自己的最后一岗，每一次的活动，劳动时自己总是冲在最前面，也许我不是最好的，但我都是用心去做事的！鲁迅说时间像挤牛奶一样是一点一滴挤出来的，我就是这样挤着时间在学习和工作之间奔走，利用别人休息的时间学习，利用别人喝咖啡的时间组织活动锻炼自己。

大家好!我的名字叫_X，汉族。我的个子不矮，但和班上的高个儿比起来，就逊色多了。和大多数同学一样，我今年也是18岁。我的缺点。主要是作事不麻利，自觉性不高，对自己的事不上心。上六年级的时候，学校就在我家对面。我却常常是七点半起床，要做半个多小时的准备才能出门，还经常迟到。因此同学们叫我“迟到大王”。

此刻，最起码六点多就要起床，才能有足够的时候吃饭、坐车等。这对我是个挑战。但是，我必须要借这个机会，改掉我不麻利的坏习惯。另外，自觉性不高，上课不免做些小动作、讲话。前几天大家都参加了军训，站着要一动也不动。我感到透过这次军训，我的自觉性有所提高。我也期望在以后的学习中改掉这个毛病。对自己的事不上心。我在当数学课代表时，有好几次本子忘发，作业没收齐，挨过老师不少责备。我也期望改掉它。我有决心改掉我的缺点和坏习惯。我的优点：我和很多同学一样，也找不出我的优点。我和父母讨论之后得出：较有上进心，较乐观。至于我更多的优点，就靠大家的发掘了!我的兴趣爱好。我比较喜爱游泳，踢足球，也对军事感兴趣。如果谁和我“志同道合”，就能够找我交个朋友。

对未来初中生活的期望。我期望能在这4年里快乐地度过，能和同学们结下深厚的友谊，能从老师那里学到更多的知识和道理。我期望大家能够了解我，喜爱我，也期望同学们能团结友爱地度过这4年。
