Since then I began to get rid from bad habits like dependent on people and have no patience for things. My study turned out to be better and better after that and the second year , I was honor to have a scholarship from Tongji University.

Secondly , my personality has been changed a lot during my college life. When I was a senior high student all I had to do is study but since I came to Tongji University I joined many communities like the English Corner, the climbing club, the Drama Club. My life became very interesting and since these communities are organized by students , we communicated a lot and had fun together , besides I learned how to communicate an cooperate with others. I am from ， a famous city with a long history over 2，200 years. It is called “Rong Cheng ” because there were lots of banians even 900 years ago. The city lies in the eastern part of the province. It is the center of politics， economy and culture. Many celebrities were born here， for instance， Yanfu， Xie Bingxin， Lin Zexu and so on 。 . You know， there is a saying that “The greatness of a man lends a glory to a place”。 I think the city really deserves it. The top three artware are Shoushan Stone， cattle-horn combs and bodiless lacquerware. In addition， it is famous for the hot springs. Theyare known for high-quality. There are four members in my family; my parents， my cute cat of 9 years old and WR me. My father is a technician in the Fujian TV station. He often goes out on usiness. 为什么说应聘者是讲而不是聊?因为，尽管面试官采用的是聊天的形式，但应聘者表述自己看法时一般都是在讲，这是由于应聘者和面试官的心理状态不对等以及信息不对称造成的。应聘者一般都急于展示自己与应聘岗位相宜的才能与品质，处于表现自己的心理状态，不可能平静地聊，所以只能是讲，甚至是演讲。如果应聘者能够和面试官轻松地聊，说明应聘者的心理素质特别好，或者心理优势特别明显，这一般是久经职场的高级别职业经理人。

如果没有前期的面试官放松地聊，应聘者不知道该讲什么，只有通过开始时的聊天，才能让应聘者围绕所要应聘岗位的内容积极地展开思维，去掉戒备心理，打破事先准备好的台词，展示自己各方面的智慧和才能。应聘者的这段演讲是应聘过程中最关键的部分，因为，作为面试官据此可以看出应聘者的基本内涵，不仅看出应聘者从业经验和相关行业经历以及资源背景，更重要的是了解到应聘者的知识总量和思维的宽度、速度、深度、精度，语言的组织能力、逻辑能力、概括总结能力、化繁为简的能力、应变能力等等，而这些是在应聘者简历中很难体现出来的，甚至在笔试和测试中都很难试出来。即使经验、资历和背景在前期翻阅简历时面试官都知道了，但看他写和听他说则是完全两个不同的测试角度。有经验的面试官根据应聘者上述三分钟的陈述演讲，基本上就会有一个清晰的看法――应聘者与应聘岗位的关联程度和对应聘职位的能力胜任程度做出八九不离十的判断。

当应聘者作三分钟的陈述演讲时，面试官应认真听讲，并不时给予微笑式的鼓励和肯定，切记不要轻易地打断应聘者的陈述。如果面试官考虑到通过打断应聘者的陈述来考察应聘者受挫后的应变能力，也不是不可，但此时的打断效果不好，一是应聘者陈述的主题思路会丢失;二是延长面试时间，进而影响到后面其他面试的人，造成整体面试时间迟延和浪费。

我叫---，如今在教育行业上已经有十年的教学经验了。随着社会的发展，生活节奏的加快，心理不健康则成为了人们身体亚健康最主要的一方面，并且从社会漫延到了学校。来自于学习、升学的压力，越来越多的学生出现了不同程度的心理问题。

作为一名教师，我希望每一个学生都能发自内心地感受到生活的美好，都有能力去创造自己想要的生活。因此，我觉得我应该具备一些专业心理健康知识，以便更好的教育学生。同时，作为一名新教师，刚刚参加教学工作时，我看到自己的学生面对青春期的烦恼，面对学习的焦虑，面对生活中带来的问题，而我显得力不从心，在心理健康辅导的知识和技巧、操作上出要补上这一课，通过上一阶段的学习和培训，我对心理健康教育有了一定的认识和理解。在与学生的沟通与交流中，运用恰当的心理健康教育方法与技巧就能更好地打开学生的心扉，就能更有效地培养全面发展的学生。我愿以我的热情去感染学生，以我的知识去帮助学生，使他们在阳光下快乐地成长，健康地成长。

因此，我想成为一名心理健康教育教师。

当然，要成为一名优秀的心理健康教育教师并不是件容易的事。心理健康教育既是科学，也是艺术。我会在工作实践中不断得学习，逐步领悟，努力提高与完善。
