My dream

I enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation(准备). But life in the university is not as satisfactory(满意) as what I had expected. I become lazy and dont want to

本次比赛虽然时间比较仓促，但在老师及学生会成员的大力支持与帮助下，我们在三天的时间内将比赛准备好，从选手报名到通知选手相关事宜，从布置赛场和安排人员座位，每一项工作我们都尽力做好。我们在做每一项工作之前，都想好了这项工作应该注意的细节。由此，我们知道，只要我们做事认真用心，团结合作，我们一定能把事情做好。

五、活动意义

本次比赛，积极响应了我校提出的“创建文明校园”的号召，在我院建立起良好的英语学习氛围，树立良好的学风，并及时配合学校的各项工作，建立和谐校园。另外，此次比赛使得参赛选手充分展现了自我，肯定了自我，使选手们克服了对开口讲英语的恐惧感，树立学好英语的信心，更加调动了选手对英语学习的积极性，考察并提高了选手对英语的运用及应变能力。此次比赛，不仅丰富了同学的课余生活，并更能够丰富同学的语言文化，增强同学的主人翁意识。也希望通过本次比赛，让越来越多的同学喜欢英语，学习英语，热爱英语，

六、改进意见

就活动中存在的缺点及不足予以改正，用心考虑好每一个细节，要做到精益求精，工作分工要明确，人员安排要合理有序，对于比赛现场有可能发生的事情，提前想好对策。虽然本次活动在音响和话筒上没有出现较大的问题，但是我们以后在搞活动的同时仍然会在这方面多加注意。我们会在此次活动的基础上，改进缺点与不足，继续发扬此次活动的优点，在不足之处，我们会在以后的活动中多加注意，争取将缺点一一改正。此外，在这学期之内，我们部会开展更多更加有意义的活动，来丰富同学的课余生活，从活动中感受快乐！

七、最后小结

在搞完此次活动，我们部更加团结起来。为了这个共同的目标，我们部的所有成员都付出了很多。虽然在此次活动中，我们的意见有很多分歧，但是为了这次活动，我们还是取得了统一。在此，我代表我们部的所有成员，向学生会的全体成员表示感谢，谢谢大家的帮助，特别感谢外国语学院同学对我们活动的支持与帮助。我们也会在以后的活动中再接再厉，争取做的更好，多搞一些有意义的活动，来丰富同学的生活，感受大学生活的快乐！

篇四：英语演讲比赛活动总结范文

由信息工程学院、体育学院、法学院和马克思主义学院学生会学习部联合举办的迎新英语演讲比赛终于落幕了。这次大型活动的举办，对学习部来说，无疑是具有着重大意义的。在活动举办的整个过程中，我们一直坚持“增进友谊、服务同学”理念，认真做着每一件事情，尽可能地注意到每一个细节，力求将这次活动办得让老师们满意、让同学们满意、让自己放心。经过此次活动，我们从中获益匪浅，当然，其中出现的很多不足之处，也值得我们去认真思考。

成绩：

首先，对此次活动，我们四个院学习部之间进行了深入的沟通与交流，在物资设备申请、教室借用、评委礼物、PPT制作等方面，我们分工具体、明确，四个院之间坚持互帮互助、通力合作，为此次活动的顺利进行奠定了良好的基础；

其次，在人员安排方面，我们四个院的准备较为充分，包括主持人、礼仪小姐、记分员、茶水员、音响调试员、多媒体设备控制员等方面都做了周密、详尽的安排，保证了活动完整、有序地开展；

最后，在活动环节中，我们添加了爵士舞表演和十佳歌手演唱环节，十分有效地活跃了现场了气氛，也调动了观众参与活动的积极性；不足：

虽然取得了一定的成绩，但我们更多的，是要关注在活动中所出现的不足之处，以便于吸取教训，为以后活动的更好开展奠定基础。

第一、活动前期的准备工作略显仓促，赛前的赛制商量不明确，直至比赛开始之前的前几小时才通知到选手以相关的赛制改变事宜。部分选手上台之后因紧张而说不出话的原因与此有一定的联系；

第二、活动形式上还需进一步创新。此次的比赛我们仍采用了以往的普通赛制，部分观众因对演讲比赛的环节失去了兴趣，中场离开，导致了现场其他观众的躁动和离场，影响了整个活动的质量；

第三、活动现场的秩序较为混乱。现场的少部分观众未能很好地控制自己的情绪和行为，在比赛现场大声喧闹，不仅影响了选手的发挥，也影响了主持人的发挥，造成了现场的很多尴尬局面。在以后的活动中，一定要记得安排好秩序维护员是一项很重要的工作。

此次演讲赛给予了我们很深的感受，在以后的工作中，我们一定会吸取经验，认真组织，争取把每一次活动办到更好。

I called a package of Kexin, today I stand on the podium for the first time speech, and speech is the first election monitor, this time I am excited and nervous. It is a squad many students looking for jobs, the need for a capable and caring people to play, I believe I have the ability. In second grade I have been a leader, we are not continue to give me this opportunity? My childhood diary whole class to stay in the unparalleled service good memories! I warm and cheerful, loving the collective unity of the students, with love. 其实，要长篇大论地言辞说，我也不知道为什么。我就是想多为班级体做点事，多用自己的力量做出贡献。例如，上学期多次集体买书，每次总能以1元或半元的优惠拿到书。或许对于个人来说这点钱不算什么。但于我而言我觉得不论多少，那却是通过自己能力与努力为同学所省下的钱。这钱也可以拿来充班费啊。这是一种成功感。

我想我该当个实干家，不需要那些美丽的词汇来修饰。工作锻炼了我，生活造就了我。成功学家卡耐基说：“不要怕推销自己，只要你认为自己有才华，你就有资格认为自己能担任这个或那个职务。”自信是第一步，罗曼罗兰告诉我，只有你先相信自己，然后别人才会相信你。此处指的是“自信”而不是“自大”或“自恋”。我之所以今天能站在这里，大部分是源于我的自信。当然，能力也很重要，我的信心与能力永远是成正比的。

班长一职，需要较好的领导能力和责任心。

具体来说，首先最基本的是态度，在工作中敬业奉献、敢于管理、敢于负责。还要以身作则、严于律己、团结同学、平等待人。作为一个学生干部，更要的是以班集体利益为重，主动为同学服务，为老师分忧。而不能光从自己的私利出发点为学生服务。服务意思是学生干部所要具备的最基本素质，要实实在在，勤勤恳恳地，要肩负起一份责任，热爱工作，自愿牺牲一些时间和精力，坚持到底。没有责任心的干部绝对不会高效率、高质量的完成工作。

有良好的责任心与之相适应的是策划能力与协调能力。策划能力，学生干部要做到这一点首先要善于思考。学校许多重大活动都是由学生组织实施的。学生干部要思考如何开展工作，怎样才能干得更好，这样才能控制、改进和创新。其次是协调能力。这如同润滑剂一样可使你和领导、老师、同事及学生关系更融洽。要善于真心地微笑，因为这样可能会受到意想不到的效果;要虚心听取别人的意见，三个臭皮匠总胜过一个诸葛亮吧;及时帮助学生解决问题，哪怕是一件很不起眼的小事细微之处也总关情啊。

权力更是一种责任。每一个重要的职务所获得的相对权利都来自于大众的信任,所以每一个获得更多权利的人更应该看清楚的是自身所肩负的义务与使命。我竞选班长，一旦成功我必将肩负起为同学办事实谋权益的使命,做为一个班级的领头人物,必将做到慎权、慎独、慎微，自觉的接受来自各方的监督。我决不信奉“无过就是功”的信条，恰恰相反，我认为一个班干部“无功就是过”。

我将与风华正茂的同学们在一起，指点江山，发出我们青春的呼喊。当师生之间发生矛盾时，我一定明辨是非，敢于坚持原则。特别是当教师的说法或做法不尽正确时，我将敢于积极为同学们谋求正当的权益。如果同学们对我不信任，随时可以提出“不信任”提案，对我进行弹劾。你们放心，弹劾我不会像弹劾克林顿那样麻烦，我更不会死赖不走。
