首先关于考试：用考100分的努力去备考。这个话题比较敏感，之前我一直在想如果大学里没有考试该多好，可是考完试之后我就不这么想了，有考试才会有压力，之后才会认真去学一点知识。如果大学里没有考试，那大学四年后，我们都会回到初中三年级的水平，因为我们要用四年时间去忘记高中所学的，排斥大学四年所要学的。有人很形象地说大学生活是十六周的幼儿园加上两个星期的高三，考试周一到，各种考前综合症都会出现，这或许真的是一种应对考试的好方法，如果你真的想学一些东西，就不能靠考前突击。

12.2 in the execution of the contract， any income made by party b within theterritory of china shall be subject to taxation according to the tax laws of the people`srepublic of china.article 13 force majeure

寄售协议

A公司，注册地在中国_______(以下称寄售人)，与B公司，注册地在________(以下称代售人)，按下列条款签订本协议：
