1、加强队伍培训，提高育人能力

要着力打造一支业务强、素养高、有智慧、敢创新的德育队伍。我们将全面开展教师的培训活动，逐步实施培养计划，不断提高教师的德育能力。

2、开展环境教育，培养审美情趣

letter of credit： the buyer shall， ______ days prior to the time of shipment /after this contract comes into effect， open an irrevocable letter of credit in favor of the seller. the letter of credit shall expire ____ days after the completion of loading of the shipment as stipulated.

15. 装运条款(terms of shipment)：

19. 索赔(claim)：

买方凭其委托的检验机构出具的检验证明书向卖方提出索赔(包括换货)，由此引起的全部费用应由卖方负担。若卖方收到上述索赔后______天未予答复，则认为卖方已接受买方索赔。

22. 争议的解决 (arbitration)：

第一，对这次强降雨强度之大，影响之重，缺乏预测，准备不足。

事件发生后，在省委政府、市委市政府领导下，在全市相关部门和单位的大力支持下，我公司立即组织力量全力抢修，改用长江水替代岗黄水库水源。经过努力，我市主城区公共供水总量恢复至40万立方米/日，但由于江水供应能力有限，相比平时45万立方米/日的供水量仍存在5万立方米缺口，至今仍不能保障居民正常用水需求。为此，我公司将抓紧做好以下几方面工作。

第一，切实摸清居民用水现状。立即组织力量，根据区域划分，采取分组入户的方式，对居民用水情况进行走访。继续采取三餐加压、微调供水管网和送水车送水方式，全力保障未通水用户正常生活用水。

一是严格落实各项社保政策。积极配合各级人力资源和社会保障部门，落实好各项社会保障政策，共建和-谐稳定的用工环境，减少企业违法成本，提高企业的社会信誉度。全面实施劳动合同备案制度，规范劳动合同内容，完善劳动合同签订流程和手续，提高劳动合同签订率。规范劳动合同的变更、解除和终止，规避用工风险。严格履行缴纳社会保险的义务，按时足额为职工缴纳各项保险。落实最低工资制度，实行保底工资制度，保障职工基本利益。规范工资支付制度，公布工资计算方法，落实加班工资，及时足额支付职工工资。 二是努力提高工资福利待遇水平。要看到全国劳动力价格不断上升的客观事实和发展趋势。建立与经济发展水平相适应的工资增长机制和与人口、政策、结构等因素密切相关的工资形成机制，及时提高职工工资水平，尽量接近甚至超过周边地区的薪酬水平，增强企业用工吸引力。进一步提高各种福利待遇水平，使职工尤其是外地职工能“吃得起、住得下、留得住”。有条件的情况下还可以建设职工公寓，供职工免费食宿，还可以通过建设福利房或发放购房补贴等形式，帮助职工解决住房问题，解决职工的后顾之忧。

人们总是抱怨找工作难，找到好工作就更难，可是有很多时候是求职者本人的行为把自己推向了一条不顺畅的道路。HR阅人无数，在人力资源的圈子里也结交了很多同行，大家探讨起招聘工作，总是免不了要谈论形形色色的求职者，他们的行为着实让人不敢恭维。下面就盘点一下在招聘中让HR反感的求职者行为：

一、面试爽约，无致电说明

许多求职者在接到面试通知电话以后口头答应了面试邀约，可是后来由于种种原因没有赴约，也没有主动给通知面试的公司说明情况。更有甚者在公司给爽约的求职者后再次电话询问情况的时候，求职者根本不愿再接听电话。这种不负责任也不礼貌的做法会使求职者在公司招聘记录上留下不良记录。当HR筛选到求职者的简历，已经充分说明该公司对求职者有招聘的意向，HR电话通知了求职者面试的时间和地点，就是发出了一个邀约。如果求职者在规定的时间不能赴约，可以在接到电话时事先讲明，看HR是否能再约时间。如果已经约好了面试而遇到突发事件不得不爽约，也可以在面试前通知公司，说明不能赴约面试的原因，请求谅解。这样不仅体现了求职者是个信守承诺的人，为以后的好口碑奠定基础，而且也给公司留下非常良好的印象。

二、以种种理由、借口解释自己迟到原因

许多求职者在找工作时非常盲目，铺天盖地的发送自己的求职简历，当有公司约见面试时，总是毫无思想准备，对公司不甚了解，对路线也没有清晰的认识。因而从家中出发的时候没有预估在路途上的时间，造成面试迟到。这本来已经是错误的做法，可当求职者迟到之后不是向公司道歉请求原谅，而是找出种种理由借口说明自己主观没有过错，是堵车，是路远，是自己对路线不熟悉的原因造成自己迟到的。这样的求职者会给HR留下一个不勇于承担责任的印象。

三、面试时夸夸其谈，不切实际

HR在面试时，希望了解的是求职者真实的工作经历和知识技能，所以他们会想尽办法考察求职者。有些求职者往往把自己的经历描述的天花乱坠，神乎其神。可是，当HR的考察更加深入时，他们就会乱了阵脚。有的编造自己带领团队，创造非常不错的佳绩，可是当你进一步询问他对团队的管理细节和创造业绩的实际情况时，他就支支吾吾不知所云了。实事求是的态度是非常重要的，能胜任工作和想象中能胜任工作是有天壤之别的。

四、对HR的问题缄默不语、随便搪塞

很多混迹职场多年的求职者在求职面试的时候产生了惰性，不愿意详细地阐述自己的过去经历，对HR问及的工作方面的问题一笔带过，这样的做法使得HR无法了解求职者，更不利于求职者展示自己的才能。这样做给HR的印象就是你是个不易沟通和不愿敞开心扉的人。

五、不遵守面试礼仪

通常求职者前去公司面试最好携带笔和备忘录。笔是用来填写求职登记表的，有时公司也会让求职者完成笔试试题;备忘录可以记载公司的详细地址和电话，同时也可以记录面试后HR传达的有用信息。但有很多求职者没有随身携带笔和备忘录的习惯，在面试公司给求职者提供笔之后，求职者在面试结束后却忘记归还而带走借用的笔。这种做法是一件很小的细节，但也体现出求职者的个人素养水平。

求职面试是一个双向选择的过程，求职者在观察公司的同时也要注意一下自己的情况，求职者只有做好自己应该做的事情，才有可能被用人单位青睐。
