三、深入开展“平安创建”活动，不断完善治安防控体系

(一)深入开展“平安创建”活动，加大对“平安创建”活动的宣传力度，动员辖区内的企事业单位和居民群众积极参与。进行广泛宣传教育，在居民住宅区悬挂、张贴宣传横幅、标语和黑板报，提高群众对平安社区创建活动知晓度。在辖区内各主要路口及治安复杂路段安装视频监控点，对犯罪分子起到震摄作用，同时也对公安部门侦破各类治安和刑事案件提供了有用的线索和证据，效果得到社区大众的好评，群众安全感大大增强。例如：6月16日凌晨4时许，__分队监控室治安员通过视频监控，发现两名形迹可疑男子进入了荣信阁小区，并对某个杂物间进行撬门实施盗窃。监控人员马上用对讲机呼叫路面巡逻队员前往围捕，队员迅速反应成功将两名嫌疑人抓获，后立即通知文秀民警中队到场将其带回作进一步处理。

(二)积极推动社区综合治理工作全面开展，有效维护辖区和谐稳定。加强与物管小区的沟通，每季定期或不定期组织物管公司召开工作会议。经常协助辖区民警中队及相关部门开展系列严打整治专项行动，常态化开展综治大行动。

治保会联合驻区民警在文秀民警中队的组织和带领下，多措并举采取多种形式的整治措施压缩发案。巩固“三打两建”的工作成果，继续加强对辖区“治安黑点”，伏波、细岗一带重点地段涉嫌无证经营、“黄、赌、毒”等非法行为的查处力度，保持高压泰势，稳定低发案水平。

20__年，__治保会协助公安部门抓获刑事案件2宗，治安案件32宗，刑事拘留3人，行政拘留37人，抓获卖_嫖娼等其它处理30多人。维稳综治奖受奖队员15人次，获奖金额二千五百多元。

四、规范出租屋租赁管理，加大流动人口的服务和管理力度。

(一)流管站加强对流动人口、房屋租赁规范化管理，严抓人口服务管理工作。对辖区外来暂住人员，重点人员进行登记，做到人来登记，人走注销，底数清，情况明，管得住。社区不定期的组织辖内大中型和重点出租屋主召开会议，学习相关租赁的法律法规，明确责任和义务，动员参会者加强所属出租屋内消防、治安管理，全面落实各项措施和管理责任，让广大租户自觉参与出租屋消防、治安日常管理之中。

(二)为解决出租屋消防设施不足管理混乱的现状，根据上级有关文件精神，结合实际情况对辖区14间大中型出租屋作为重点整改对象进行推广动员，通过组织大中型出租屋主进行消防安全培训、学习消防法规、要求出租屋主在楼梯间、行人通道等配置悬挂式ABC干粉灭火器、安装独立式(家用)感烟火灾探测报警器、应急照明等设施，与此同时要求出租屋主加强治安防范管理工作，安装门禁及视频监控设备共同维护出租屋治安及消防安全。

(三)辖区出租屋截止到5月31日登记有1323间，流动人员5569人，其中991人为新登记流动人员。针对延年路一带“细岗、伏波”片区出租屋和旅馆多，流动人员密集，涉及“黄、赌、毒”治安情况复杂并存在严重消防安全隐患的现象进行重点整治。5月1日开始，配合社区民警开展为期一个月的出租屋隐患大排查。行动期间，出动检查人员130多人次，检查出租屋185间，盘查300多人，抓获可疑人员15人，其中“涉黄”人员5人，行政处罚7人，督促整改消防隐患的出租屋30间，查封出租屋4间。通过大清查行动，查处多间存在治安和消防隐患违规的出租屋，责令立即整改，确保租住人员的人身和财产安全，有效净化社区的居住环境，提高居民的满意度。

五、安全为主，防患于未然

社区始终将“三合一”场所整治、消防安全作为今年的工作重点。半年来，在全社区范围内开展了“三合一”、安全生产宣传活动，定期不定期的对公共聚集场所进行安全大检查，特别是在春节、“五一”等节假日期间前后开展大排查、大检查行动，早发现早整改，从而把安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态。年初至今，共派出巡查人员200多人次，全面检查辖区“三小”场所470间，重点企业19间，临时厂企20间，发现隐患65处，整改隐患62处，整改率达到95%。

为了提高辖内居民、企业等单位的消防安全意识和应对火灾的能力，按照上级“四个能力”建设的要求，结合“安全生产宣传月”活动的开展，8月11日上午，社区联合__防火办、__安委会、力胜电气有限公司、怡创房产有限公司(包括旧广锻厂区26个租赁企业单位代表，总人数约150人)在__石洛路11号旧广锻厂区内开展安全及消防应急演练。通过这次消防演习活动，进一步普及了消防安全知识，提高了广大群众的消防安全意识，增强了社区居民和工作人员的自救自防和应急处置能力，为社区居民创造一个良好、安全的居住环境。

六、坚守岗位以服务社区群众为己任，做好各项安全保卫工作

(一)__治保会经常性的配合驻区民警对辖区旅馆、网吧、废旧金属收购等从业单位进行摸底调查，按照“一户一档”的要求，逐一上门核实、登记信息，建立和完善各类工作台帐。时刻坚守岗位，以协助公安机关破案，维护辖区社会稳定，服务社区群众为己任，时刻了解社区民情与治安状况，努力为居民群众排忧解难，做了大量工作。例如：6月13日下午，__分队治安员警巡逻至猪仔巷54号时发现二楼出租屋窗口有浓烟冒出，且听到有居民呼救火烛，队员立即到场把居住人员撤离，利用灭火器快速进行扑救，所幸及时扑救，并未造成人员的伤亡及经济上的重大损失，他们勇字当头，冲锋在前的精神得到社区居民的好评。

把课标、教参与课本有机结合，以提高学生分析问题和解决问题能力为目标，切实落实培养学生的创新思维和创造能力，并且能利用课堂时间不断地以新型热点材料为背景创设提问角度，帮助学生拓展思路，从而使学生们分析、解决问题的能力不断提高。教学中注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，积极实施素质教育。精心设计每一节课，形成了“激情、丰富、深刻、互动”的教学风格，运用“问题教学法进行探究启发式教学”，结合多媒体教学手段的运用，密切联系社会热点、现实生活，课堂气氛轻松活跃，学生学习兴趣浓，积极性高。

第三，尊重学生。

重视与学生之间的情感交流和培养，在严格管理的同时能尊重学生的学习热情和认知能力，提出与学生自身水平相当的问题，鼓励他们大胆探索，共同提高。

在遵守纪律方面，本人严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到、不早退、有事主动请假。在工作中，尊敬领导、团结同事，能正确处理好与领导同事之间的关系。平时，勤俭节约、任劳任怨、对人真诚、热爱学生、人际关系和谐融洽，从不闹无原则的纠纷，处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力。

第四、辅导——面向全体，关注个别。

在课后，我根据不同层次的学生的情况进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的不同需求，免了只重视优生忽视后进生的思想和做法。在课后的辅导中我加大了对后进生的辅导力度。我对后进生的辅导，要是学习思想的辅导，解决学生的疑难问题的同时，不断的给予鼓励和支持，让他们认识到学习的重要性和必要性，逐渐培养他们学习的兴趣，事实证明，我的这一做法收到了很好的效果。

总之，教育工作是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。社会在发展，时代在前进，学生的特点和问题也随着社会的不断发展发生着不断的变化。作为有责任感的教育工作者，必须以高度的敏感性和自觉性，及时发现、研究和解决教育教学工作中的新情况、新问题，掌握其特点、发现其规律，尽职尽责地做好工作，以完成我们肩负的神圣思想品德使命。“学高为师身正为范”、

成绩已经成为过去，在今后的教学生涯中，我将一如既往地严格要求自己，刻苦钻研教育教学。

夜已经很深了，虽然我已经很困了，但是听说你还没有休息，还要加班.真的很辛苦!我真的很担心你，而这几天我又是如何对你的呢?乱发脾气乱使性子.哎!真的很难为你了!我知道我的脾气最近很的越来越不好了，从你回家的是开始我的心情就没好过，一直到现在.可是每天的电话里总是你在安慰我，在迁就我，这些我都明白，总觉得世界末日快来了.我知道你一直在担心我的身体，我的心情.我全都明白，可就是怎么也没办法把心安稳下来和你好好的聊上一会儿!

其实你已经很辛苦了，工作在最艰苦的地区，没有大城市的繁华，没有想吃的食品，什么什么都是那么的艰苦，连睡觉的地方都是很多人没办法接受得了的.每次你都是在安慰我，没什么，这些已经很好了.这些都是你和我说的，结果呢?我看到的情况和你说的完全不一样.有人问我：为什么找个民工?不觉得这样不符合你的吗?"不过我很会安慰自己与家人，还好你是个民工头，否则要是真的是民工那么我就惨了.

我知道你最近也快被我折磨到了极点，每天都是我在和你乱叫，虽然你告诉我，"我一直就没有恨过你，我只是担心你会放弃，会折磨自己的身体，会出事....."听到这些我心里很不是滋味，但是，我还是管不住自己.前天，老爸和我谈心，他也证明这次是我和他真正的谈心，这么多年也没有过的，他告诉我自己的事情自己来处理，但是什么时候都要给自己留下后路，以免以后会后悔，他是过来人，什么事情什么人都见过，他一直不相信天下还有你这么傻的人，要我这样一个又丑又笨又蠢而且脾气又的女人，简直是傻子，所以他一直也对你有成见.我其实也不明白你为的什么.这个问题一直围绕着我.

我知道你那里没有什么娱乐活动，给我打电话是你唯一的娱乐，可我还是每天这样对你恶言恶语的中伤你，我明明知道不该这样，但是我这张破嘴就是这个样子，我很蠢，不会用语言安慰你，不会用语言哄你，哎!现在说什么都晚了，我一次次的保证全完了.

现在我只能对你说：对不起!其他的好象说不出来，也没有什么可说的!只求你能原谅我的暴躁与愚蠢!希望你能快乐的工作与生活!别和我计较什么!
