3、逾期交付所订榨菜原料的，按逾期交付榨菜原料价款的 %向乙方支付违约金;逾期交付超过 日的，乙方有权解除合同。

4、因甲方原因造成所订榨菜原料质量不符合合同约定的，按合同总价款的 %向乙方支付违约金。乙方仍需要的，甲方应按收购日当地市场价格交付榨菜原料;乙方不需要的，甲方自行处理。

(二)乙方违约责任

1、拒收所订榨菜原料的，按该榨菜原料价款的 %向甲方支付违约金。

2、少收所订榨菜原料的，按少收榨菜原料价款的 %向甲方支付违约金。

3、逾期接收所订榨菜原料，按逾期接收榨菜原料总价款的 %向甲方支付违约金，并承担由此产生的保管费用等相关损失。

4、逾期支付货款的，应支付完货款，按同期银行存款利率向甲方支付逾期部分的利息，并按合同总价款的 %向甲方支付违约金。

九、争议解决方式

本合同在履行过程中发生争议，由双方协商解决，也可向有关行政主管部门申请调解。调解不成的，按下述第 种方式解决。

7月20日下午，我市供水水源地岗南、黄壁庄水库上游受山洪影响，大量泥沙涌入库区，原水浊度突然大幅度升高，使我公司供水生产受到严重影响，给主城区公共供水管网用户造成供水不足，用水困难。对此，我们负有不可推卸的责任，深感愧疚和不安。深刻反思，造成目前状况的教训是十分深刻的。

第一，对这次强降雨强度之大，影响之重，缺乏预测，准备不足。
