大家好!我叫某某，今年40岁，大专学历，党员。曾经担任过小学教师、工厂质检员，部队工厂保管员等，20某某年由某街办招聘为A社区计生专干，20某某年换届当选为A社区委员，分工负责党建、安全、综合治理、统计、民兵、纪检、信访等工作。回顾自己三年的社区工作之路，天天与不同职业类型的群众打交道，不但积累了较为丰富的基层工作经验，而且深深爱上社区工作，与群众接下了深情厚谊。总体来看，我认为自己有三个特点：

一是我非常熟悉社区工作。在学习与实践中，我对涉及计生、基层党建、综治维稳、民兵、信访、民生等领域的工作非常熟悉，对相关国家政策和我市的新政策领悟较深，对社区群众的基本需求非常了解，能够宏观地把握并执行好相关政策，从做好每一件小事入手满足群众多元化需求。

二是我非常熟悉社区管理。除了完成日常任务外，我多次参与了重大社区活动，在上级的指导下顺利完成了我街道20某某年户口整顿和20某某年人口普查工作;20某某年狠抓了社区消防管理，初步形成工作亮点，某某社区代表街道接受市消防支队检查，获得各级领导一致好评;20某某年我具体负责网格化管理，在摸索中不断创新，将社区所有楼栋及周边商户纳入网格之中，组建了一支由社区干部、楼长、群众代表组成的队伍，形成了覆盖社区的安络，越级上访事件和违法案件明显减少，社区综治水平与维稳工作明显地上了一个大台阶。统筹管理能力、创新能力、组织协调能力、突发事件处置能力得到了锻炼提高。

三是我具备高度的责任意识和服务意识。对于街道交付的各类繁杂任务，我不敢有丝毫的懈怠和马虎，都能够以高度的责任感去完成，到位落实上级精神;对于群众普遍反映的热点问题，我总是主动地与各上级机关协调沟通，全力维护社区和谐稳定;对于居民之间东家长、西家短的纠纷矛盾，不管是在休班日，还是在家休息的晚上，只要接到一个电话，我总是快速赶到现场，带着感情去服务。
