采访庄河5中校长，收获主要是心理上的和技术上，以前虽然有过在晨报实习的经历但是报社和电台毕竟不一样，感受是很深的。

心理上，刚开始实习的时候，由于有过在半岛实习的经验所以我每天很早的时候就来到电台，但是电台的人都很忙也没有时间和我说话，有的时候给我安排好了一点工作后，就让我回家了，过了几天他们告诉我最近不忙可以不用来，有事的时候就给你打电话，于是我在家一等就是一个星期，没有人给我电话，我开始着急了，按照这样发展我的实习将不会有什么收获，我还要考研，如果继续这样没有事情做的话也不可能完成实习的要求，消极的心态不利于实习，所以我主动找到了张xx老师，和她谈了我的一些想法，不仅如此我也改变了以往的方法，我开始主动的找机会做事，我对足球比较感兴趣所以我提出从体育类节目开始锻炼，所以我开始在《开利兄弟体育直播室》这个栏目工作，主要负责体育新闻的搜集编辑和要采访的人物事件的资料搜集。

开始的时候我就是从网络上搜集材料，渐渐的我决定要和身边的记者学习最基本的改稿，就是把一篇报纸上的新闻改为广播新闻。广播新闻一般比较口语化，我以前虽然在课堂上学习过，但是具体动手实践的时候就发现没有平日的反复练习，突然来写并不是一件很容易的事情。

把在网上摘下的体育新闻改写成为一篇广播稿成了那段时间我每天都要练习的内容。练习了近一个多月，电台的人也没有给我机会真正的改一次稿，都是我自己找自己改或是改一些记者选的新闻，但是往往都是改完就完了没有下文。这个时候我觉得自己在做无用功，心里有些迷茫，每天做一些相同的事情但是却得不到什么回报。我是不是不应该在继续下去?

9.协议有效期

2017年大学生暑期社会实践总结范文（记者）

一个月的林区文体新广局实习之旅即将完美的画上句号，在此期间，感悟到了很多，同时也收获了很多。早在实习之前江老师就跟我们说过这将是一个特别而又让人羡慕的实习过程，让我们认真的用心融入进去。我们这次的实习较班里其他同学特别之处有三，其一，是一处优美的景点，在这个神秘神奇神圣的地方实习确实与其他地方不太一样；其二，不同于同学们在实习单位的“孤军奋战”，我们一行有8人，在实习期间可以充分的交流经验；其三，由于比其他同学们多实习两个星期，局里把许多任务交予我们完成，我们也没有成为同学们所说的实习中“打酱油”的一员。正是因为有了这些特别之处，有了这些得天独厚的优势，我才会全身心的投入实习中去，把实习当作自己的工作一样认真对待，才会有在学校所学不到的收获。

实习总结就是把实习这段时间所见所闻所感总述出来。经过一个月时间的细心观察、用心感悟，对政府又有了一个全新的认识。

从书籍上了解的政府是等级森严的，听别人说官场上的人是圆滑的，在网上看的都是些政府官员贪污腐败之类的，总之，似乎无论从哪个方面看，政府总不是以一个正面形象出现在人们面前。实习就是在实践中学习，实践出真知。通过一个月的实习发现，其实并不总是这样，至少文体新广局不是这样。没有想象中的美轮美奂，没有想象中的高楼大厦，它看起来只是一座不大不新但又洁净精简的平凡楼房，与想象中的落差还是比较大的。在江老师的博客中了解到刘局长在会议上是非常严肃的，有什么批评就直接说了，让别人可能会有点尴尬，导致有时会议气氛很严肃，但是通过跟刘局长一起吃饭，我发现刘局长是一位很温和的人，总是笑眯眯的样子，总让人不自禁的和他亲近，他并没有跟我们提出很严格的要求，只是亲切的对我们说“融入越深，收获越大”。在我们向刘局长打招呼问好时，刘局长也总是对我们说“孩子们好”，感觉就像是一个长辈一样。办公室刘主任人也特别好，总让我们称呼刘姨就行，刘姨教了我们许多，胡xx同学更是受益匪浅，因为他的所有工作流程都是刘姨教的。局里的人对我们都非常关心，不仅仅是工作上的关心，的是长辈对晚辈的那种关爱！

如果一个非政府人员想了解政府情况，除了亲自走访、上官方网站查询外，似乎没有其他途径可询了。不过这里的文体新广局却还提供了两微一端三种途径以便别人了解，这两微指的是微信公共平台以及微博，一端指的是林区app客户端，局里并没有把这些平台当作一个摆设，而是积极发挥它们的作用，及时更新发布文体新广局的一些通知公告、政策法规、审批公告、许可事项等，并且通过这些平台宣传公共文化艺术、文化名人等让人进一步了解。正是因为有了接地气的两微一端，有了大量的信息宣传，文体新广局才能有底气的举办各类活动，让人民群众广泛的参与进来，让他们享受丰富的文体精神生活。

由于我的工作的特殊性，并没有在局里亲眼看到文体新广局整个运转过程，不过在同学那耳闻了一些。胡xx同学是办公室助理，听起来很高大上，做的事也很高大上，因为在局里办公室运转过程中，他起着非常重要的作用，他主要做一些处理文件的事。如果各科室要发文，得先自己起草一份文件，然后送到办公室登记，再交给办公室主任审查，如果通过了，再交给刘局长过目，刘局长审批并给出意见后，办公室就可以以红头文件的形式发出去。如果是上面来文，在登记、主任看过之后，该文件送到局长办公室，刘局长在翻阅后写出批示，让某个具体的副局长或者某个科室长看，并由他们执行。谁说领导就很轻松了，整天要面对众多冗杂的文件，还要给出指导意见，说是日理万机也不为过！桂庆同学在公共文化科负责意见起草工作，也是非常辛苦，每天有看不完的文件，更有写不完的稿子。上周刘局长让写一篇请示，由于是第一次写，没什么经验，在刘局长再三的修改后，才把请示写出来并通过。

前一段时间局里召开了一次关于公共文化服务体系建设的研讨会，刘局长让我们十几个大学生留下来听一听，这对于我们来说是一个不可多得的学习机会。首先，局长做了一个简要的发言，随后来自武汉大学的陈老师跟我们说了一些公共文化服务体系的背景，以及准备做一些相关调研，也是通过发放问卷的形式（跟我们社会实践有点像），随后是局属各科室科长们发言，他们都谈到了一些就公共文化服务体系建设所想采取的措施及方法，有的还是比较接地气，比如说建议搭架一个跳广场舞的舞台，放一些电影，有的居然跟我想的有些类似，就是可以把文化以一种动漫的形式表达出来，最后在所有人发言完后，刘局长作了一个简要总结，并指出公共文化服务体系建设的方向。其实局里召开会议商量对策时，采用的方式就是管理学中所学到的头脑风暴法，大学学的知识还是很有用的！

早在实习动员大会的时候，袁老师就跟我们说过，实习单位可能没有什么事交代给我们做，我们可以写写建议，尽管单位不太可能会采纳，但是对自己的能力也是一种提高。我把要写建议的想法和江老师说了以后，他非常支持我，并让我将我的想法写出来，然后他帮我推送上去。经过几天的奋战后，我将把神话、传说、民俗、文化改编成一种探险寻宝类漫画的想法写进了博客里，然后江老师通过微信群分享了我写的博客，并且推送到文体新广局的微信公众平台和官方网站里进行发表，这应该算是一种对我们实习生的一种肯定吧，同时也还是对还没有步入社会的我们的一份莫大的鼓励！

在文体新广局里实习，自然也少不了在局里参加的一些活动。上周六早上参加了博物馆小小志愿者结业活动，虽然只是一个小小的结业活动，但是刘局长和江老师都过来了，对这些志愿者们颁发证书表示敬意。由大小学生组成的志愿者团在博物馆里做志愿服务导游讲解的工作，尽管做志愿者才短短的一个月，他们已经为4000多名游客讲解了博物，让来自五湖四海的游客们感受到不平凡的美，不一样的风俗，虽然做的不多，却为文化宣传工作贡献出自己的一份力量，这才是值得我们学习的地方，相信只要有越来越多的志愿者们参与进来，我们的社会就会变得越来越美好、和谐。下午5点我们几个男生穿上印有体彩的队服，和当地的几个小伙子们组成一支队伍代表局里参加了中国民间争霸赛足球（五人制）选拔赛的启动仪式，一共有九支代表队共计80余运动员参加比赛。首先，江老师以文体局副局长的身份发表讲话，对我们九支队伍提出希望，并希望全民健身能在整个全面开展开来。随后，我们一起共唱国歌，再由运动员代表、裁判员代表分别宣誓，最后由江老师宣布选拔赛的开始。在这个特别的地方体验到这些活动过程，不仅给我们实习添了一分精彩，更为我们整个人生增加了一份阅历。

实习期间最让我印象深刻的是政府的“函”，跟我们一同来到还有另外一支队伍，他们在这里通过下乡采访的方式搞非物质文化遗产的研究，当有人提出下乡采访可能会遇到的一些困难时，江老师让他们不用担心，局里可以通过发函的形式要求各地乡政府必须配合大学生们的工作，“函”在政府部门间发挥的作用还是比较大的，在后面和他们聊天时了解到由于局里发的“函”，他们工作好做了很多，由于山村离乡镇较远，乡镇府也是通过发函的形式让各个村接待大学生们，其中还包括食宿解决等问题。尽管书本上也提到了一些这方面的内容，但是跟实践中体会到的，还是有所出入。

中期实习是整个大学学习过程中重要的实践环节，对后面的学习具有指导性的作用，通过这次的实习，我认识到在专业知识这一块儿学的还不够，这将激励我在大学后面学习过程中更加努力。这次的实习让我有了一次难忘的经历，它不仅让我在实践中了解社会，还让我学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，打开了视野，增长了见识，更能让我认清自己的能力、工作的态度、学到的知识，这才是最重要的。同时，这次的中期实习也为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。
