(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作，透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱，促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识，，广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念，倡导礼貌新风。
