一.与他人和睦相处，加强和同事以及他人之间的沟通

学校里成绩不错的学生变成了未知领域里重头学起的实习生，而熟悉的校园也变成了陌生的企业单位，身边接触的人同样也改变了角色：老师变成了领导，同学变成了同事相处之道完全不同。在这样的转变中，对于沟通的认知显得非常的苍白。于是第一次觉得自己并没有本以为的那么善于沟通。当然，适应环境是需要过程的，所以我相信时间和时间会让我很快完成这种角色的转变，真正的融入到工作单位跟这个与学校完全不同的社会大环境中。

二.虚心学习

在实习过程中，我们碰到很多问题，有的是我们懂得得，但是更多的是我们根本不知道的。不懂的我们应该要向同事和领导虚心请教，当别人教我们知识的时候，我们也应该虚心的接受，不要认为自己懂得一些皮毛后就飘飘然，要把社会实践当成我们真正的老师。

三.错不可怕，就怕一错再错

每一个人都有犯错的时候，工作中第一次做错了不要紧，领导会纠正并且原谅你，但下次你还在同一个问题上犯错误，拿你就享受不到第一次犯错时的待遇了。

随着社会生活信息化和经济全球化的加剧，英语的重要性日益凸显，优秀的英语交际能力已成为一流人才所不可或缺的素质。然而，我们目前的英语教育现状与时代发展的要求之间尚存在不小的差距。这种差距的造成，归根结底源于施教者专业素质的匮乏。因此，加强英语教师的专业化发展已是当务之急。在新课标的教育理念以及指导思想下，教师的角色和作用都发生了变化，学生无疑已经是整个课堂的主体，教师则由一个正统的训导者、管理者变成了引路人、合作者和服务者。教学不再只是忠实地传递和接受课程的过程，而是课程创建与开发的过程。教师教育教学水平的提高也对学校的发展起到决定性的作用，因此教师的专业发展规划在个人成长方面起着不可估量的作用。

一、指导思想

随着教育改革的深化，学校的发展也随之突飞猛进，社会对教师的工作要求越来越高、教师的工作节奏越来越快。农村教师的历史使命和教师的专业化发展成为促进教育发展的动力。社会的发展在教育，教育的发展在教师。而教师是学校进一步发展、提升的关键所在，因此，教师个人自身的专业化发展就显得尤为重要，进行自我剖析，制定个人发展规划是当务之急、势在必行、刻不容缓的大事。鉴于自身情况，特制定个人发展规划，为自己今后的发展指明方向。

二、个人现状分析

经过十年的磨打锤炼，我反思自己的教学工作，在职业道德上，我自认为是甘于奉献。爱我所从事的职业，爱我所教的学生。把每一个学生都看作自己的孩子，用十分的责任心来对待其成长，相信每个学生都能成才。我能出色的完成教学任务，但改革意识，科研能力不足。改革和科研往往很被动。面对新课改，虽然也积极学习，努力投入，但总觉得思想不够解放，在教学实践中，对学生不够信任，担心有余，放手不够，教师面面俱到，包办、代办很多，从而影响学生的主体性发挥。在教学反思中，反思自己的多，局限于设计，方法手段等反思。反思学生的少，很多问题司空见惯;在教育科研方面，是最让我感觉不满意的地方，没有一定的科研理论和水平，还停留在应付，表面的程度，以研促教成为一句空话，没有什么实际成就。

二、专业发展规划目标

师德目标：

因为我们的工作是教育人的、是塑造人的灵魂的工作，我们必须具有高尚的职业道德和扎实的专业知识，合理地处理好自己的教育教学工作不断完善个人业务水平。通过学习先进的教育经验和理论，充实自己的专业知识，使自己成为学习型教师。

专业化目标：

(1)职业道德高尚，教育教学行为规范;专业知识扎实，文化背景知识丰富，具备实施素质教育的能力，为学生提供优质教育服务。

(2)具有良好的教学反思能力及发现问题和解决问题能力，能采取切实可行的措施和行为，以适应教育改革发展。

专业发展水平标准：

1、学习理论，主动积累。

不断加强教育教学理论知识学习，每学期研读1-2本教育理论专著，及时了解新的教育教学理念，做好相关学习笔记;《新课程标准》提出基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神;使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力;培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神;帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异，拓展视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。《教师法》明确规定：“教师是履行教育教学职责的专业人员”。“中小学教育科研要以课堂为现场，以教学为中心，以学生为主体，是教师充满思想的行动，是教师进行反思的方式。”它既指出了“校本研究”的核心内容：中小学教师科研的指向，又阐明了它与“教师发展”的联系：教师的“行为”与“反思”。 通过学习教育教学相关理论知识，我力争将理论知识与实践经验相结合，努力形成自己的教育教学风格。

4、激发学习动力,加强思想教育。

“后进生”认识意识稍差、思维能力不强，教师在讲课时要注意由浅入深、由易到难，尽量降低学习难度，分散难点，给予模仿性练习的机会。讲课语言应尽量通俗易懂，生动活泼。除此之外，在教学过程中，还要善于利用学生感兴趣的话题及内容激发后进生求知欲望。“后进生”经常处于被动的学习状态，也缺乏刻苦钻研精神和克服困难的意志，更缺乏学习的信心，他们的学习动力不足，他们往往缺乏学习的自觉性和主动性，认为“用功也学不会”，有自暴自弃的思想。因此，对于“后进生”学习动力的培养和激发有着特殊重要的意义。在教学中应结合所学内容向学生进行思想教育，多给他们介绍顽强学习、逆境成才的故事，帮助他们树立正确的学习态度，激发他们的学习动力，激发“后进生”学好英语的热情。
