一、复习计划

学习计划技巧

第一阶段的复习，主要针对于教材的复习与梳理，把每单元的AB两部分快速地过一遍，通过教材的重现来归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时注意基础单词、词组、句型的过关，让学生对所学的英语知识进行“查漏补缺”。

第二阶段的复习是横向复习。根据各知识点的前后联系，将课本中零散的语言点进行整体归纳、小结，帮助学生构建紧密联系的“知识串”。例如，我们复习Are these/ those。。的一般疑问句时就可以和单数形式的Is this/ that…对比起来学习，让学生通过问不同的物品体会单复数，再通过位置的不同区分它们的意思。

第四阶段的复习，有选择性的做一些练习题和模拟题，侧重对做题技巧的讲解和做一些学生易出错的题目，指导学生掌握一些做题的要领。比如做单项选择可以用排除法来做等等，通过分析和操练让学生掌握每题的做题技巧。

作为学校的主力军，我们英语教学在学校已经起了举足轻重的作用。我们坚信英语组教师一定会以勤奋敬业、勇敢向上的进取精神来对待工作，一如既往，再接再厉，为培养新一代人才而不懈努力。

一、学生基本情况分析

本期我担任三年级的英语教学工作，这俩个班学生从整体来看，学生年龄较小，习惯差，上课注意力不集中。但大部分学生聪明活泼、勤奋好学。这些学生基本上都未曾接触过英语，他们对英语感到好奇，对英语都有着十分浓厚的兴趣。所以我对俩个班的英语教学工作还是充满了信心。

二、课程目标

(一)对英语有好奇心，喜欢听他人说英语。能根据教师的简单指令做游戏、做动作、做事情(如涂颜色、连线)。能做简单的角色扮演，能唱简单的英文歌曲，说简单的英语歌谣。能在图片的帮助下听懂和读懂简单的小故事。能交流简单的个人信息，表达简单的情感和感觉。能书写字母和单词。对英语学习中接触的外国文化习俗感兴趣。

(二)对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好。能用简单的英语互致问候、交换有关个人、家庭和朋友的简单信息。能根据所学内容表演小对话或歌谣。能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事。能根据图片或提示写简单的句子。在学习中乐于参与、积极合作、主动请教;乐于了解异国文化、习俗。

三、本期教学目标

激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心;培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调和书写基础，以及良好的学习习惯;使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。同时，能听懂、会说12组对话，并能进行简单的交流;能听、说、读、写73个单词并进行简单地运用;适当介绍中西方文化，培养学生爱国主义精神，增强世界意识，为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。

四、教学措施

1.认真备课，钻研教材，抓紧课堂教学，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。

2.运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学。

3.在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。

4.多为学生营造一些学习氛围，如：创设班级英语角等等。

5.要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。

6.多看英语画报，多读英语故事，多看儿童英语书籍。

7.多与学生交流，进行口语交际训练。

老师工作计划(三)

一、教学目标：

以学生发展为本，加强对学生的听、说、读、写的培养。利用牛津英语教材的教学特点，注重学生人格的塑造，养成良好的学习习惯，培养学生的学习兴趣，是学生具有初步运用英语进行描述的能力。

小学阶段是英语学习的准备阶段，三年级又是是否打好英语学习基础的分水岭。因此，这学期要激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣和培养良好的学习习惯，并掌握一些基础性的英语技能。三年级是后三年学习的关键。本学期要求学生掌握222个单词，Yes， No –Question 和特殊疑问句Wh-question，祈使句的句型。主要通过看图，听录音，进行听说训练来培养学生能运用一些简单的交际能力，为以后的进一步学习打下良好的基础。

二、教学重点、难点、关键：

1. 特殊疑问句。本学期将教学下列几种特殊疑问句：

Who is he/ your friend?

What’s this/that?

What are they?

Where’s my classroom?

What colour is …?

How many/ much…?

2. 物主代词my ，your 的运用。

3. 祈使句的运用。

4. 阅读能力的培养。通过日常训练，逐步提高学生的阅读能力。

三、班级情况分析：

三(6)班大部分学生热爱学习，喜欢英语，能正确拼读单词，初步养成了良好的读写习惯。课堂氛围较好，学生们都勇于举手，积极发言。对于老师布置的作业也完成得较好。但有一部分学生的接受能力相对较差，在课内不能完全消化所学的知识，且学习习惯较差(如：，等)。希望能从兴趣入手，使他们牢牢掌握基础知识。

四、提高具体措施：

1、优化课堂教学，提高学生学习效率

在课堂教学中，老师要积极创设具体生动形象的语境，使学生在该语境中产生说的兴趣。例如：My friends ， Shopping等。教师和学生分别扮演角色，让学生如临其境，自然运用英语来表达眼中所见、心中所感。教学内容力求贴近学生生活，教学形式丰富多样，以游戏、儿歌、比赛等形式使学生乐于参与进来，产生浓厚的兴趣。

2、精心研究教材，提高学生阅读能力

每次备课时，教师都应精心研究设计教学过程，体现语言知识的复现。小学生的年龄特点和遗忘规律告诉我们，孩子不可能熟记只出现一次的单词句型，需要老师不断地提醒与提示。教师应帮助学生把所学地单词、句型整合成小短文，或是寻找一些适合学生阅读的小文章，逐步提高学生的认读能力和阅读能力。

3、采取编对话、编儿歌、课本剧表演、能力小比武等方式，创造竞争机制，丰富学生学习内容，提高学生学习兴趣。

4、培养学生良好的学习习惯，切实抓好学生的听说和书写，培养学生正确的学习观，科学观。

5、经常开展抓差补缺工作，争取每个学生都不掉队。

五、教时安排：

每个Unit用一周教学、每个Module 用三周教学，复习2---3周。教师应理解每个Module 中各个Unit之间的内在联系，不能平均分配每个Unit，或呆板地按次序上，而应有机安排时间，在每一个Unit中，也应合理安排时间，着重于Look and say和Look and learn。教学过程应分三步：复习——实践——巩固，要让学生多说、多听、多模仿。

一、教学目标

1、能够表述过去发生的事情。

2、能够掌握表达过去曾经做过某些事情。

3、能够询问和表达用餐情况。

4、掌握获取信息的方法能描述事物的特征。

6、掌握发送电子邮件的相关词汇和短语。

7、掌握询问别人的意见和提出建议的表达方式以及同意和不同意的表达方式。

8、能够使用不同的动词形式描述过去发生的事情和做过的动作。

9、能针对事件发生的时间、地点和参与的人进行询问。

二、学生分析

三年级学生经过半年的学习英语兴趣更为浓厚，掌握了基本的句子及单词的读音规律。但是后进生的落后面比较大。

三、教材分析

本教材教学内容包括英语常用句型及准确地运用句型进行写作，掌握音标及部分音标组合，学会拼读单词，目的是使学生达到教学大纲规定的小学英语初级水平。训练按音标规则拼读和拼写单词，重点采用"语音拼读法"，少用或不用"字母拼读法"。朗读课文是教学中的必要的环节，语音、语调及句子重音应予以重视，训练根据图画写简单的句子。本册有了更丰富的歌曲、课本剧、游戏活动，开始要求学生用读和写的方法来学习英语，来逐步培养学生读写英语的能力。

会写简单的句子，根据图画或汉语提示填写单词，完成简单的英语句子和小对话等。本教材在对话难度上有了很大的提高，从说对话提高到既要会说又要会写，并且句型长度加大。这对于"学困生"来说加大了难度。正确有力地把握教材、处理好教材成了关键的关键。

本册教学重点：认识更多的动物，运动项目，时间，季节

本册教学难点：几种固定句型的运用。

四、教学策略及采取的措施

【教学策略】

1.抓好常规教学，从细小的环节抓起，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

2.遵循小学英语教学的规律，有浅入深，循序渐近，注重阶段性，重复性，连续性，趣味性。

3.采取互助的方式，来解决后进生的问题。充分利用课外活动时间对后进生进行辅导。同时加强实效性，优秀生充当小老师，乐教，差生充当小学生，愿学。

4.搞好家长与教师的沟通，共同教育好学生。

5.充分利用现代化的教学手段，增强英语教学的趣味性，激发学生的兴趣，提高学生的学习英语的积极性。

6.开张有益的英语课外活动，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，激发他们的学习热情。如英语小课文，英语演讲比赛，童谣演唱，儿歌及短剧。

【采取的措施】

1.语法学习要渗透到情景教学之中，利用比较法、归纳法让学生从中感知并认识英语的语法现象。学生多听录音，感受地道的英语语音，模仿标准的语音语调，辅以适当的教学方法，让学生在愉快的情绪体验中轻松的获得学好外语所必须的听说能力，让学生尽可能多的接受自然的语言，通过一幅幅生动的图画，把学生带入英语的世界，用英语思维，提高英语交际能力，激发英语学习兴趣。

2.用图画、实物、形体语言和多媒体呈现情景，使语言与意义相联系，让学生感知和理解语言材料。通过把以前的知识串连起来，排成对话和小品，激发兴趣，发挥他们的潜力，把歌曲排成文艺节目，排练出来，供师生共赏，充分发挥其潜力，培养成"小赢家"。

3.精心设计英语教学情景，让学生在情景中学，又在情景中用，通过语言描绘、游戏活动、实物、挂图、幻灯投影、录音录像等教学手段，创设特定的教学情景，使学生闻其声、观其形、临其境，触景生情，达到以情至理的深化、知情意行的统一。

4.利用图片、动作、实物等直观手段呈现并学习新的词语，并与单词的形式结合起来，训练学生按读音规则认读单词的能力。注重视、听、说和情景教学。通过各种电教手段以实物、简笔画等把学生带入语言使用的情景之中。补充了一些歌谣、绕口令、游戏，让学生在活泼愉快的气氛中感受到学习英语的乐趣。

5.用汉语作辅助语言，讲解抽象的和无法用直观手段表达的内容。从正面引导优生，让他们诫骄诫燥，不要产生妄自尊大的情绪，培养他们谦虚、活泼的品质和性格。鼓励他们"一帮一"，利用自己的极大的空暇去关心、爱护后进的学生。让他们在课堂上起模范带头作用，事事处处做表率。让他们分散在各小组中，担当领导责任，辅导差生和后进生。

6.组织英语课外活动小组，利用周六进行兴趣活动;布置英语作业，每学完一课，复复习巩固后，回去录一次音，老师在录音磁带上直接纠正学生发音，作口头批语。

7.组织并积极参加英语教研、教改活动，学习先进经验，付诸于英语教学上去。在英语实验教学中，积极总结经验，写出教学体会，积极撰写英语教研、教改论文。

8.语法学习渗透于情景教学之中，运用比较法让学生从中感知英语的语法现象。

9.课前增加Free Talk. 每节课要求一组学生利用学过的或新学的内容自编一个对话，并要求每组学生尽量不重复前面学生用过的语句，也不做量上的要求，让他们根据自己的能力自由发挥。教师按层次给出评语并划分等次，以鼓励学生在原有的基础上取得进步。

10.增添部分歌曲、歌谣和游戏，排演英语短剧和小品，激发学生兴趣。

11.鼓励学生大胆交际，成为大胆说英语的模范。

五、教学活动安排

1、能按四会、三会的要求掌握所学单词。

2、能按四会要求掌握所学句型。

3、能使用日常交际用语，活用四会句型，进行简单的交流，做到大胆开口，发音正确。

4、能在图片、手势、情境等非语言提示的帮助下，听懂清晰的话语和录音。

本学期我仍担任三年级1、2班的英语教学工作。根据学生的实际情况，为更好的完成教学任务，搞好教学工作，特拟定以下教学计划

一、学生情况分析

三年级的学生已经接触英语一学期了，对英语学习有着强烈的好奇心和积极性，三(1)班上学期平均分89分，其中后进生较多，这些学生平时的表现也不是很好，上课不讲话，不违反纪律，也有张开嘴巴跟读，可是不大声，可能读出来的自己也听不见，学习比较被动，学习的基础较差。三(2)班学生上课活跃，发言积极，平时很乐于参与课堂上的一些活动，大部分学生上课的表现很好，有及个别学生很懒惰，也比较典型，做事慢慢吞吞的，态度也不是很好。上学期的平均分稍高一些，90分。主要的情况就是学生比较懒散，需要无时无刻的监督。

二、教材的内容分析

小学英语学生用书是本套教材的核心，共6个单元和2个复习单元. 每个单元分 ABC 三个部分，共10页， 复习单元为6页。英语作业本紧密配合学生用书使用，每单元的设计以学生用书中的 AB 两个部分的内容为主，共6页。此外，还有教师用书、教师卡片、学生卡片、录音磁带、课堂作业本等与之相配套。

三、教学目标

本套教材的教学目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心; 培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调、基础，以及良好的学习习惯; 使他们形成

用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。同时，培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力。更重要是本学期学生更应掌握运用英语的能力， 写与演 及时跟上。适当介绍中西方文化，培养学生爱国主义精神，增强世界意识，为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。

四、教学重点

1、 能听懂、会说12组对话，并能进行简单的交流。

2、 能听、说、认读73个单词(包括文具、人体部位、颜色、动物、食品、数字等6个话题) ，并能简单地运用。

3、 能听、做、演18个游戏。

4、 能学唱14首歌曲。

5、 能完成对自己的自我评价活动。

6、 能了解6项简单的中西方文化知识。

五、教学措施

1、会话教学(Let s talk/Let s play)

学生很爱玩，好表现自己。用表演和游戏的形式来进行交流，学习、运用语言，是恰当的。在会话教学中，融会话教学与情景之中，与具体的实际相联系，让学生在表演中练，再交际活动中用，这一点特别重要。本年级段学生会话表演应抓扎实，为以后的学习奠定坚实的基础。

2、词汇教学(Let s learn/Let s do)

学生用书中的单词都是围绕话题集中归类出现的。这样有利于记忆和展开课题的讨论。在词汇教学中应注意：

(1)、巧用实物、头饰和卡片。(Let s learn)

(2)、融词汇与会话教学中，让学生感到真实性。

(3)、充分发挥TPR 活动的优势，(Let s do)并可以进行改编。

(4)、注意单词发音的示范性教学。

3、歌词与歌谣教学

本册书中有很多的歌曲和歌谣。如在课堂教学时间内一句，一句地教唱或领唱将会影响教学进度，而且效果也不一定好。要使歌曲和歌谣真正起到活跃教学，并服务于语言学习的作用，应该注意：

1、在每节课中渗透。

2、灵活运用在各个教学环节。

3、演唱结合，培养艺术素质。Let s chant部分可以运用教过的知识点去改编，发挥学生的创造性。

4、趣味故事教学

本册书每单元C 部分中趣味故事的作用不仅仅是给学生带来乐趣，更重要的是起到语言的扩展和对不同学生分层次教学的作用。

(1)对于理解好、记忆力强的学生，要求做到理解故事，会讲故事，表演故事，并鼓励会运用故事中新的语言。

(2)对于中等学生的要求是理解故事，会跟录音指着图，讲故事。

(3)对于接受能力稍慢的学生，只要求理解故事，会跟录音指图即可。

5、后进生转化措施 在差生转化方面，我要下工夫监督学生去完成课堂作业与课后作业，课后做到个别辅导，尽量减少差生的数量。做好与家长的沟通工作，与班主任多做交流，大家齐心协力完成三年级刚开始学习英语的教学任务并能保持学生学习英语的兴趣。

优秀生提高措施在优生提高方面，保持学生学习英语的兴趣。在课堂上多让学生参与表演，多练习对话，多用英语交流。平时英语的作业检或任务由他们参与检查，及时锻炼他们的能力。

一、 所教班级学生基本情况分析：

由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视，本届初一新生在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上个周的英语课的教授，大部分学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性较差。

另外，学生在情感态度，学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

二、 奋斗目标：

钻研新课标，提高教学水平，真正做到教学相长，努力达到学校规定的教学指标。

三、 具体措施：

1、坚持听说领先，读写跟随上的原则

在任何语言中，听都是第一位的。没有听就没有说。听是信息的输入，有了足够量的信息输入才能有信息的输出。教师的任务就是要通过大量语言信息输入，使之内化为学习者的一种能力。听的能力包括听得见、听得懂、听得准。听是目的，也是手段，不听，不会听，谈不到会说。新编初中英语教材强调语言的功能，重视听说。听什么呢?一是听教师讲;二是听英语录音带;三是听同学讲。学习新语言项目总是先闻其声再见其形。教师在课堂上努力营造英语氛围，尽量用英语组织教学，课前，值日生做英语值日报告;有新生转来时，让其用英语自我介绍以训练听说。说依赖于听，就还应从模仿开始，先模仿老师，模仿录音，然后同学间学说，最终达到脱口而说，自然流畅。

过了听说这一关，读写就容易了，学生打开书，看到文字有一个“我会了”的感觉，稍加训练，就会琅琅上口，再拼写几遍，“写”的任务就完成了。

现在初一学生基本上能听懂教师的课堂用语、简单的日常用语、听懂与课文内容相当的录音，还经常用英语打招呼，询问情况。

2、以活动为主线，以交际为中心

我们为什么要学英语?我想最直接的目的只有一个：为交际。用英语交流信息、交流思想，或是口头的，或是书面的。而传统的英语教学重语言结构，轻其功能，重语法知识的分析，轻学生能力的培养，现代英语教学不仅要教会学生这种语言而且还要教会他们如何使用语言进行交际，尤其是口头交际。口头着陆能力怎样培养呢?

1)教师在课堂上提出的问题一般要有“信息差”，有了“信息差”学生才会有真实的信息反馈。例如：How are you? Whats the weather like today? 等。

2)对话教学一般都由二人或多人操练，待熟练之后，让学生根据实际有创造性的表演，真正体现课堂交际化。

3)以活动促交际，让学生“动”起来，让课堂“活”起来，少年儿童模仿能力强，好动、善表现，教师要抓住这一特点组织好活动，培养交际能力。一个动词可以用动作表示，名词、形容词，包括一个句子若配以相应的动作，就会使语言更加直观、形象，学生乐学易记。如：Look! This is my friend Li Lei. He is twelve. He likes playing football.在活动中学生学到“活”的语言。

3、加大读的份量，培养语感

中学英语教学大纲要求学生听、说、读、写四会并举，然而在强大的母语重重包围之中，听说英语的机会毕竟有限。尤其是学生走向社会之后，我想读应成为英语学习的主旋律。课本要读，课堂练习也要读。书面作业要求学生边写边读，鼓励放声朗读。读，可以增强语感，扩大知识面，了解英语国家的文化。为此，本学期我们还给学生订了一套初中英语阅读，学生十分感兴趣，爱不释手。今后还将补充其它新闻记者材料。中有当学生能用英语看懂浅易的文章，他们才会真正体味到学习的乐趣，领会到英语的美妙之处。

4、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。

尤其要关心后进生，厚爱特困生，积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效，避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生，要做好“培优补差”。在上好课的同时，我们全备课组教师也积极参加各种教科研活动，从而不断提升自己的专业素养。

英语学习计划怎么制定

学英语是个长期过程，不能一蹴而就，因此制定一个切实有效的长期的学习计划是有必要的。那么该怎么制定呢？

首先就是要全面分析，正确认识自己。要准确找出自己的长处和短处，以便明确自己学习的特点、发展的方向，发现自己在学习中可以发挥的最佳才能。

其次，要结合实际，确定目标。订计划时，不要脱离学习的实际，目标不能定得太高或过低，要依据：(1)知识、能力的实际；(2)“缺欠”的实际；(3)时间的实际；(4)教学进度的实际，确定目标，以通过自己的努力能达到为宜。

第三，长计划要短安排。要在时间上确定学习的远期目标、中期目标和近期目标。在内容上确定各门功课和各项学习活动的具体目标。学习目标可分为：(1)掌握知识目标；(2)培养能力目标；

(3)掌握方法目标；(4)达到成绩(分数)目标。长计划是指明确学习目标，确定学习的内容、专题，大致规划投入的时间；短安排是指具体的行动计划，即每周每天的具体安排和行动落实。

实习学校.市二中学,上海市第二中学,自己初中,高中7年的母校,可以说是再熟悉不过,看到大学里对口的学校里有这所的时候,没有丝毫犹豫地就填进了志愿里,也如愿的在母校开始了大学必经的实习阶段,也是别有一番意义的.回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校3年来的进进出出,目前的3个年级都是我毕业后考进市二的学生.学校的操场,小花园,甚至是几间教室,都是充满回忆的地方,接下来实习的日子,走过这些地方的时候,过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋.

初日.我们一行8位同学到达市二后,接待我们的是现任教导主任高萍老师,她向我们简单介绍了下学校目前的状况,以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项.接下来是认识带教老师,我与其他2位同学分到高一,其余5位同学到高二.英语学科的带教老师是王雅芬老师,教学经验丰富,还担任高一的年级组长;班主任唐虹老师,自己高三时,她教过我政治,算是相当熟悉,呵呵.带教老师和班主任都向我们简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况.第一天只是熟悉下校园,第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对40多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张.

身份.实习老师,是个很特别的存在.还记得第一次被班级里学生叫老师好的时候的那种错愕,渐渐适应,然后自如反应,点头示意.开始的一个礼拜,日渐习惯起学校的生活,仿佛重回高中时代一般,只是是以一种全新的角度来看待学生,以老师的身份来要求自己了,这种感觉挺奇妙的,以往觉得“高高在上”的老师,突然间成了身边的“同事”,作为实习老师,又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生?身份的转变,是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧,正确认识自己的身份:带教老师的学生,高中学生的老师.

高一(X)班.担任实习班主任工作的班级是高一(7)班,高一年级两个理科班之一,与我那时的理科班大为不同,现在理科班的学生不像我们那时那么沉闷,就像班主任唐老师所说,对于老师来说是喜忧参半吧,毕竟调皮的学生太多,比较不容易控制.一进教室就看到教室后的墙壁上贴满了奖状,看的出来这个班级在学校里也是相当活跃的,学校里评选的各个之星,几乎7班也每个都有份.班上同学的性格很活泼,几天相处下来,就建立起了不错的关系,谈谈班级同学,日常琐事,甚至也有同学会来找我解答问题,谈谈理想,也让自己渐渐有了的确是个老师了的觉悟.

听课.实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级.高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,尽管自己以前高中时也上过牛津的教材,现在的教学要求又有新的变化,也因老师的不同,教学方法上有很大的差异.带教的王老师教态相当严谨,备课很充分,听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课规划的很好,让学生知道这节课要完成的内容,就算有突发状况的发生,也能自行控制好时间等等.学校规定的听课是10节左右,自己基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式,都是值得学习的地方.大学里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少教学方法,光纸上谈兵当然不行,真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,可以老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象,对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如: ‘Do you think there is something else?”, “I appreciate your answer”, “I think you must have a lot to say.”还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题来让他们集中注意力,板书的排布也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明僚…这些都是书本上很难学到的东西.一周的听课下来,我们几个实习生进行了小小的交流,感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是 “Sit down, please.”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方.
