Practice makes perfect! After more than three years of acquiring knowledge in college, I feel completely like practicing what I have learned and luckily this year I got a chance to practice teaching English in online education with Beiwaionline Tutorial Center in Bohai University. Now the practice has come to an end. However, I have so many feelings and memories that I can not help writing this paper to summarize what I have experienced and learned.

At the very beginning when I practiced, I was quite excited about my work. When I stood in the classroom and faced my students I could easily get them interested in the class and teach them what I have learned in my college. But just wait! To teach in such a new way is actually not a breeze. Every weekend after teaching online in the weekdays, we have a classroom meeting. 为全面提升我市小学英语教师信息技术应用能力，推动全市小学英语教师在课堂教学和日常工作中有效应用信息技术，根据《教育部关于实施全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程的意见》(教师〔201x〕13号)和《吉林省教育厅中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程实施意见》中的部署和要求，结合我市小学英语教师素质的实际，拟定我市小学英语教师信息技术应用能力提升工程实施方案如下：

一、指导思想

以《教育部关于实施全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程的意见》、《吉林省教育厅中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程实施意见》的文件精神为指导;以中国教师研修网、吉林省中小学教师研修网为网络平台，以教师在职校为研修基地;以远程培训、网上研修、区域研修、校本研修为手段;以更新教师教育教学理念、转变教学方式、提升教师信息技术应用能力、促进信息技术与教育教学的深度融合为目标来实施公主岭市小学英语教师信息技术能力提升工程。

二、工作目标

五、实施步骤

本项目从201x年9月开始至201x年6月结束，分三个阶段进行，具体安排如下：

第一阶段：为项目准备阶段

此阶段组织全市小学英语教师网上报名注册，组织项目骨干集中培训，参培人员为市项目管理者、市学科工作坊坊主、项目学校校长及骨干教研组长，学习内容为项目方案与国家政策，熟悉网络家园、管理者和坊主工作任务、职责与平台操作。

第二阶段：为全市小学英语教师网上学习与研修阶段。此阶段分五个步骤进行。

第一步骤：参训学员熟悉网络家园、感受技术魅力

时间：XX月XX日―XX月XX日。

主要任务：本学习阶段覆盖的课程专题为T1、T25。参训教师熟悉项目方案和研修平台操作;装饰自己的个人空间;去教师工作坊和研修社区熟悉学习伙伴，加入研修团队;学习研修课程，参与研修活动;学习通识课程(包括方案解读类、平台操作类、师德修养类、技术素养类等)，该阶段为学员提供超20学时的课程，学员根据需要选学其中10学时即可。

第二步骤：参训学员运用技术工具，加工教学资源

四、本学期将采用的教育教学方法

3、背诵和多种练习结合

实事求是的说，大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合，乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。

二、所教班级学生基本情况分析：

本届七年级五班和六班的学生和以往初二学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱，由于英语课并未受到足够的重视，他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第二册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初二级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

新学期又开始了，面对八十二个学生，通过开展合理有效的教学活动使他们提升能力是我首要考虑的事情。本学期的教育教学工作在保持原有好的做法基础上还需不断创新。特制定本期的工作计划。

一、学情分析

七年级1班和2班是我校的两个实验班。每班41名学生。除过每班有6、7名学生是由平行班学生新转入的以外，其余学生都是原本班里的。通过上学期对其英语学习兴趣的培养，大部分学生已对英语产生了浓厚的兴趣。甚至是部分原来讨厌英语的男生。但还是有个别学生听不懂，记不住，完不成任务。而且整体成绩较低。本学期除继续鼓励学生张扬自信以外，应着力培养他们对知识学习的严谨态度。

二、教学常规

(一)、着力打造高效课堂

课堂是实施教育教学的主阵地，教学质量得靠课堂来提升。本学期要求自己用英语组织课堂教学，一方面提升自己的口语水平，另一方面培养学生的听力;继续坚持Everyday English，锻炼培养学生的综合素质;减少课堂教学内容，留出充足的时间让学生进行课堂活动。

(二)、加强常规检查力度

充分利用教辅资料，让学生将所学知识转化为综合运用能力。巩固词汇，提高阅读和写作水平。但不能搞题海战术。此外，及时检查才能使工作不打折扣地落到实处。

(三)、继续组长轮流制度

实验证明，每个学生都愿意当组长并能当好组长。在避免了大部分学生当不上班干部和少数学生职责太多太重的情况，让每组学生轮流担任小组长，会使他们具有一定的成就感，并对自身的学习起到督促作用。而且还可以拉近与老师的心理距离。

三、教科研和业务学习方面

1、积极参与并申报各个层面的校本课题。真真实实做课题，踏踏实实搞研究。

2、对每节课进行书面反思。从亮点、缺点及改进措施几方面反思教学的成与败。使课上得一节比一节好。

4、专业学习应该常规化。不能像往常那样三分钟热度，把New Concept English2在本学期自学完，并背诵每篇课文。

5、认真对待每次上公开课或示范课的机会，使自己的教育教学水平大幅提高。

以上是我为本学期制定的教育教学目标，只想扎扎实实做些事情，为学生，更为自己。

mparentand me live in city. mfather ia worker. hiwork ihard. mmother ia high schoolchinese teacher, she take bicycle go to work at sevenclock. in the afternoon, she doesnt go home. in the evening, she make supper. the food idelicious. i am a student. i have chinese, math and english everyday. that iboring. i have manfriends. after class, i plawith mfriends.

we are tried, but we are verhappy. i love mfamily!
